Hotels With bar in Cairo Governorate, Egypt

Don't go in winter if there's no heating; it was 10 degrees outside and 15 degrees inside. During my two-day stay, the first day the warm water was around 40 degrees. On the second day, after I kept urging them, they finally fixed it to just warm enough, but still not hot water. The decor looks like it's 15 years old. I came here because it said it opened in 2019. The service was indeed good, so I can't give a bad review for that. However, I spent two and a half hours over two days waiting for repairs and service. In summary, it's a five-star hotel with three-and-a-half-star facilities.

We only stayed for one night as we had an early flight and the hotel is practically on the airport grounds. In the morning, the free shuttle to the airport departed exactly on schedule. It's a good hotel: clean, cozy, and the restaurant starts serving breakfast very early. I recommend this hotel!

Everything was perfect ! Professional stuff and always willing to help with a smile !!! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay !!! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality accommodation, excellent service, and great value for money. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

First room smelled like cigarettes despite picking no smoking. Second room was an upgrade but it was actually the upgrade I originally paid for. My first room was a downgrade.

The place is very comfortable; almost everything you need is close by. The hotel itself has cafes, restaurants, and more, making it excellent for families. The staff are wonderful, especially Ms. Madonna, who was very cheerful and served us with great hospitality. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Cairo, God willing.

I needed to stay here for a business trip. The good points are the consistently high quality of the St. Regis rooms, the abundant breakfast, and I loved the swimming pool. The downside is the location. The new capital city is so new; the nearest shopping mall is a 30-minute drive away, and because it's so new, even ride-hailing services are hard to find. The hotel only has two restaurants.

The staff of this hotel was not good, At about 8 PM in the evening, the hotel front desk staff called the room and said that the hotel we booked only allows one person to stay. If two people stay, they need to add an additional fee of 70 US dollars. Very unlogic, so I leave my friend and I booked another hotel.but the facilities and environment is good .only their service is bad

I booked a family connecting room, which was essentially a king-size room and a twin room with an adjoining door. The beds were very comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. It's super close to the airport, and they offer a free shuttle service to all terminals. The Black gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and even gave a small parting gift to the kids when we checked out. It’s perfect for a layover stay at Cairo Airport; a taxi to New Cairo City Center Mall only cost 150 EGP.

We stayed here for two nights on two separate bookings, We had requested on the first day of check-in to join the beds, but they had not done it on the first day, and neither on the second day. They came and handled it at 8:30pm on the second night. The TV was not working on the first night and they told me they would let the IT department fix it on the second day, but that did not happen either. When we were leaving for our day out on the second day, we told the reception to handle everything while we are away, I guess they completely forgot.

Everything was great – excellent service and a beautiful hotel, easily one of the best in Cairo. The only issue was the room was too cold; the AC only blew cold air, making it chillier and chillier, especially on a cool day.
