We were well received by Michael at the reception gave us really helpful information where to get the best sea food for my birthday dinner. Breakfast was fantastic even the vegetarian option all was fabulous the young lass waiting i am sure her name is (Ora) was so kind and made us feel at home. Will definitely come back a relaxed overnight. The beach was fabulous 👌 enough to walk and its beauty amazing.

I booked two rooms while visiting family in Carnoustie and was disappointed with several aspects of the stay, particularly given the mid-market price point. Service in the bar fell well below expectations, with a 28-minute wait for a glass of Champagne and a pot of tea. At check-out, reception staff appeared fully occupied with the computer system, and there was no acknowledgment of guests leaving, so I simply left my key and departed. Housekeeping also felt inattentive to detail, as both rooms had low levels of shower gel and shampoo on arrival. Overall, the experience felt closer to budget-level service than what the pricing suggests, and it did not reflect well on the property.

The service was first class and the food was of a very high standard (The photos shown are from our breakfast menu). The room was a bit small but adequate for our short break.

I Enjoyed my stay At Park Hotel, And Montrose Music Festival. The staff were delightful, and let me leave bags in Office till Afternoon for me to collect after my day. :)

Last minute booking, the staff were so helpful and arrange food and quiet drinks! Epic breakfast!

Amazing

It's OK, the hotel is not big overall, the train station is outside the window, and there is no noise at night.
