Amazing hotel with wonderful staff. Juroj was exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. We look forward to coming back.

Like motel, some insects inside the room and need to borrow insecticide to spray the room. Breakfast is good. Environment is ok as it is a residential area and you won’t hear the airplane’s noise. The restaurant in the hotel is also a good choice to eat dinner. Helpful staff . No lift for second and third floor.

The hotel is at this little quiet corner which is also good since we had to open the window at night (aircon is centralised and it’s still “winter” despite in spring). We were given level 6 which is the highest floor so it helped with the quietness. The breakfast spread was amazing, lots of cheeses and cured meat. The cooked vegetables are the best, though it can get a little oily. It’s a convenient location to walk around the city, and visit the parks and museum. There are good food options around as well. However, we were there during Easter so most of the places are close but there was a pizza place within 6 mins walk which is open during Easter. Lots of supermarkets around, so it’s easy to get snacks and fruits.

Cosy, boutique -style hotel decorated with whimsical touches. Friendly staff, free and fast Wi-Fi, good water pressure and a small basement gym. Limited, though adequate breakfast buffet selection. My room's mattress showed its age as it was sagging to one side. Staff were prompt in retrieving lost property and posting to my next destination. As Zagreb is a compact city, the hotel is within easy walking distance to all major attractions, with convenience stores at the doorstep and the central train station 2 blocks away.

Fantastic location. Sauna is available to book for free for private use. The best thing was the massage - it was really good. The only issue was the air condition which was changed to heating during the time we visited (summer transitioning to autumn) so it was a little warm at night. Unless you took the garden facing room, the road/ trams noises will be uncomfortable to leave the windows open through the night. Having said, the staff service were good.

Well airport is in the name and you can hear the engines hit full throttle but i need 'airport' to mean airport. About 18 minutes walk, a 290 bus ride or 10 minutes ripoff taxi. Like all airports, the drivers may as well be criminals, they will not like getting a fare to the royal it being a short journey. Restaurant is called 'forks' and shares staff with the basement breakfast room. Lots of breakfast choices and a none too unreasonable cappuchino from a machine. Rooms are fine but without tea and coffee making tools. The bathroom underfloor heating invites a midwinter visit.

I stayed for two nights. On the first night, I was greeted by a rude female front desk staff member, and was given a triple room that was different from the photo on the website. The room was completely out of proportion to the price, so I asked for a room change, but she said, ”Just do it tomorrow!” The next day, the front desk staff member was very polite and nice, and changed me to a larger room. I had no complaints about that room from the first night onwards.

This is a reputable hotel, and the environment, service, and quality are all guaranteed. After checking in, we entered our room and were immediately hit with a faint smell of cigarette smoke. We complained, and the front desk promptly switched us to a fresh-smelling room. This reminded us that in the future, when booking, we must specify a non-smoking room. The hotel breakfast was delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. The gym equipment was excellent. It's also quite close to important uptown attractions, reachable within a 15-minute walk. The hotel is worth the price. I enjoyed the stay very much.

I have stayed twice now and a little disappointed that the last visit I was in the older area of the hotel. Room was smaller and could go with an update. Was in a great location.

Clean and comfortable. Needed to be close to Lisinski. For me it was a great option.
