I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very positive experience, rating it 4 out of 5 stars. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and helpful, making check-in quick and easy. The room was clean, well-presented, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you would expect for a relaxing stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, and I had no trouble getting a good night’s sleep. The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and transport options. I also appreciated the facilities available, which added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of my stay. While most aspects were great, there were a few minor areas that could be improved, such as slightly slow service at times and small maintenance details that could be addressed. Overall, the hotel provides good value for money and delivers a comfortable and enjoyable experience. It strikes a nice balance between quality and affordability, making it a solid choice for both short and longer stays. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future and would recommend it to others looking for a reliable and pleasant place to stay.

I had a very pleasant stay at Swiss-Belhotel Luwuk as a solo traveller. The receptionists were warm and welcoming, which instantly made me feel comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room every time I went out. i also tried the hotel spa and it was amazing. the massage therapist, Nonie, has great skills and the massage was truly relaxing. Overall, the hotel has a cozy and calming atmosphere, perfect for rest after exploring Luwuk. If I ever return to Luwuk, I will definitely stay at Swiss-Belhotel again.

Staying at Aston Palu was quite comfortable. The room was clean, the bed was soft, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff were friendly and helped with a quick check-in. The view from the room was decent, especially if you got a higher floor. Breakfast was alright, not a huge variety but the taste was good. The swimming pool was clean, although the area around it could get a bit crowded sometimes. The location is easily accessible. Overall, it was a good stay.

So far in my opinion the best hotel in the city. Because the location is strategic, complete facilities, friendly staff, cleanliness is maintained but with affordable price. The front desk is friendly and helpful. Before coming, I have filled in a special message such as a room on a high floor and near the elevator, and when I checked in my room was on a high floor and right next to the elevator. Without being asked, the officer has explained everything that guests need to know in a friendly and warm manner. If I go to Hammer City again, I want to stay here again. Recommended.
