Location is good, we used this as a place to stay the night after visiting grand Teton national park and as a good starting point for our trip up to Yellowstone the next morning. However, the price is extortionate considering that the cabins are in desperate need of updating. There needs to be more thorough cleaning like around the windows where there was mould, there were stains on the bed covers and they couldn’t even be bothered to do something as simple as get the crumbs off of the armchairs in our room. The room also smelt quite strongly of vinegar when we arrived. These are things which we could live with and usually look past but for the price you pay, you expect more. The places to eat are limited but that being said, the pulled pork bun at the diner was very nice tasting despite the untidy appearance of the diner. The service could be better - it’s not clear how it works for ordering & no one acknowledged us when we walked in so we sat down rather confused about how to order. The waiter walked past us a few times and ignored us until we asked how to order. He then told us to go sit in another section that was being served by someone else - thankfully once we moved, the new waiter was more attentive and nice.

The hotel is in a great location, easily walking distance to downtown and local restaurants. The ambiance of the grounds is fantastic. The service was great. Our room had a noisy air conditioner and when we reported it, they sent someone out immediately and end up changing it out in a short amount of time. Our room was nice, it seemed like we were in an older section, but the room met our needs. The pools and hot tubs were fantastic. My only suggestion would be to re-evaluate the hours where they are open. We wanted to sit in the hot tub one cool morning but found that it didn’t open until 9. Would stay there again.

I’m not going to sugarcoat this. The motel is a bit out of the way, which is fine with me. There aren’t a lot of amenities, which is also fine with me. The thing that sets this Travelodge apart from other places is the PEOPLE! Scott is the owner and a great guy! The staff is AMERICAN, and incredibly friendly and accommodating. The price is less than competition in Cody, Wyoming about 20 miles closer to the area attractions, and I mean a lot less! I booked the room through Trip.com because of the extreme price difference, and ended up saving more than enough for an additional night, after rethinking our rushed plans. I would absolutely stay there again, and I highly recommend it for budget minded travelers.

Nice hotel and in my opinion fairly new. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Nice spa area but the pool just a little too small to really swim in it. Breakfast really good, they offer you a menu from which you can choose. But when arrived we weren’t very lucky with our room keys and even after several reprogrammed still not opening so we got an other room. Another thing the hotel really have to take care of is the alarm clock which in our room went off at 6 am by itself. Because of that I could not sleep again and had a short sleep that night.

Hotel location is very good, just in the mountain Teton Village, booked a luxury loft, two floors are very spacious, the hotel has no breakfast, it is recommended to buy something to eat, about 15-20 minutes drive from Grand Teton National Park ,very convenient. There is free parking.

We had an excellent stay at Best Western. It started with a very friendly and quite helpful reception by Cameron... many thanks to him for his professional and friendly check-in as well as following up several questions we had. Room was perfect, all amenities were provided and working well. The large indoor pool and hot tub were clean and quite enjoyable after our long drive. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. And checkout was easy. Great place to stay 👍

We ordered one day in advance without meals, the price is more than 2,000, a little expensive, about 1 km away from Antler Park in Jackson Town, if time is available, it is recommended to live in a small town far away from the scenic area or back to Salt Lake City.

First of all, THANK YOU for the stellar room hookup. We truly had a great time. My man said he has no complaints. They provided every necessity, perfectly. The one negative blarb I have is a 'me' problem, and it's that I needed more of that incredible conditioner for my thick-ass hair. 🤍

The overall feeling of the room is good, the bedding supplies, faucets, sanitary ware are clean, the room area is also large, because it is an old-fashioned small wooden resort created by the Rockefeller family, which has a rural flavor different from the city hotel. There are shops, gas stations, restaurants in the resort. The front desk service is efficient and fast. The park is large in size, with many parking spaces and a quiet environment. The price is a bit higher, but this is also the price of the wooden house resort experience.
