Our stay was truly exceptional! The location is absolutely perfect, boasting an amazing, pristine beach that's ideal for relaxation and water activities. We especially loved the complimentary kayak usage, adding to the fun. The hospitality was a perfect 10/10 – every staff member was incredibly attentive and friendly. Our sea view room offered breathtaking vistas, and having a private beach felt incredibly luxurious. So many wonderful amenities to count, making our Anniversary unforgettable. Highly recommended for a fantastic Phu Quoc experience

The Few Positives: 1. Stunning Sea View – The room offered a beautiful view of the ocean.   2. Efficient Airport Shuttle – The shuttle service was punctual and hassle-free.   3. Prime Location – Conveniently within walking distance of the night market.   4. Exceptional Poolside Staff – One staff member went above and beyond, quickly securing my personal belongings when heavy rain suddenly started.   Major Letdowns: 1. Poor Dining Experience – The BBQ buffet was underwhelming, with unappetizing presentation despite the fair price. Not worth it.   2. Disappointing Breakfast – Limited, low-quality options with bland flavors. Service was lacking: no staff guidance for seating, forcing guests to scramble for tables. Empty food trays were left unfilled for extended periods, leaving guests waiting. 3. Cold & Unwelcoming Service – From check-in to room service, the staff lacked warmth — far below the standard expected of a top-tier hotel.   4. Tiny, Uninspiring Pool – The swimming pool was disappointingly small.   5. Hygiene Concerns – The room was uncomfortably humid.

5 perfect days in here. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and tidy room. Free access in cildren daycare every day from 9am-6pm, free chocolate hour every day from 3.30pm-4.30pm and free airport pick up/ transfer.The chocolate and cheese cake is so delicious. There are more than 5 ice cream flavours to buy. I bought vanilla and matcha. Both were so good! I am requested to get a room and a beautiful sunset view to celebrate my anniversary but wasn't expected to be fulfilled with warm greetings via wish card, a romantic swan towel and roses deco on bed, and there was a surprise of a delicious chocolate mousse cake too in the chiller! Iron and iron board upon request. The hotel provide a tote bag to use for free along the stay. I have tried their signature coffee. I like it. So refreshing! Hotel also provide a water cooler on the ground floor to refill a drinking water. I am also use their laundry service and satisfied with the service provided. The hotel has a universal plug, and therefore you don't need an external adapter. Btw, the hotel will charge you a deposit VND1million/day and i paid for VND4millions for 5D4N using wise card. The money will be refund less than an hour after check out. I am suggested to use wise card rather than use credit card that will take 7-10days to refund the money. This hotel is not halal because the breakfast provided is mixed with non-halal food. Our only food choice is boiled eggs. maybe the hotel can separate halal food because there are some foreign tourists from other countries who also have problems eating breakfast. Overall, we were satisfied staying here and fully recommended.

The room is superb, clean and comfy. It's wonderful that you could enjoy the firework show at the balcony, especially during the rainy days. The welcome drinks tasted good and the staff at the front office are nice. However, the facilities and workshop are limited, compared to other hotels. They have one workshop on every tue and sat. Sadly, we check in on Friday and leave in Sat morning. The weather was way too bad and keep raining cats and dogs on the day we stay with La Festa. Only sauna and gym were available for accessing...of course you can pay for a drink or swim under the rain and storm...and the worst thing is that, the restaurant for dinner and breakfast, swimming pool, gym and sauna were all in the opposite building...We got soaked in the rain...

Our stay at Pullman was very comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was clean and big enough for our family. During our 10 day stay we were never bored with the superb and diverse breakfast buffet. There were western and eastern style dishes prepared with quality ingredients. The restaurants, pool bar and room service foods were delicious though a bit expensive compared to local restaurants. The spa was professional and affordable. We ended up getting spa treatments twice! The pool was huge with different areas for children and adults including a small water park for the kids. Our children also enjoyed the indoor playground, especially the activities organized by their attentive staff. The Pullman staff were all professional, attentive, and caring towards their guests. For our wedding anniversary, they greeted us with a delicious desert and personalized card in our room. We had a minor noise complaint regarding the restaurant upstairs. They solved the noise issue immediately and gifted us with a free bottle of wine. The spa staff was professional and attentive to our needs. Pullman Resort is near the airport with free transportation back and forth. It is also near Sao Beach and Sunset Town, but far from other tourist spots in the north. The only negative was trash found on the beach. While we were there the waves were rough and probably brought in the trash.

The location is the best. The room was very dusty, not cleaned properly, and the bathtub lid was stuck. Breakfast is delicious. I also liked the pool very much, very comfortable.

All of got to say is that the staff is very attentive to details especially the request made. The villa is super well kept. The breakfast spread was good better than most accommodation that we have stayed at. Everybody should try living here at least once.

My family had a very present stay at the hotel ( Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort). Would like to give score 8/10 to the hotel and recommend to friends. We highly appreciate the warm and welcoming hospitality service, especially most of staff at hotel’s lobby , the phone operator, the housekeeping , internal transport driver between the villa to the lobby and to breakfast restaurant, the maintenance repair staff, the staff at the breakfast restaurant. Most of them are very friendly, helpful, polite, and vey efficient.  The diversity of food and the food quality and taste are excellent in Dining room service and the breakfast restaurant.  I would highly recommend my friends and relatives to stay at the hotel in the near future if the hotel has more improvement on  the hot water system and the drainage system at the bathroom. During our stay in the hotel , my villa number is 6132, the hot water system was not stable which made not enough hot water for the next person taking shower or had a bath at the bathtub. We should be grateful if it could be fixed to make sure enough hot water for all 7 people having hot water taking shower .  Besides that , the drainage system should be improved as well because during my stay the ground floor king bed size room , once taking a shower, the water could not be discharged into the drain well, causing flooding. It made some unpleasant experiencer during our stay.  At last, we found that there was a large tile falling off in the private swimming pool in our villa. Fortunately, no one was injured. We forgot to inform the hotel as it happened in the last two days of our stay. Would you please pass the message to the hotel and hope that the hotel could pay attention in checking and maintenance the private swimming pool in the villa carefully. We had a very pleasant stay at Vinpearl Resort. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. Our hotel room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The pool and beach areas were large and well-maintained. A small but thoughtful gesture was that the resort provided three balls for us to play with in the swimming pool—this was a big hit with the kids! The kids’ playroom offered some engaging activities that kept our little ones entertained. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted great. While we didn’t get their names, we noticed that some staff members were especially attentive and welcoming, which added to the experience. Out of the three hotels we stayed at during our trip, Vinpearl definitely gave us the best staycation vibe, with the pool, beach, and theme park all conveniently nearby. The free shuttle bus service was very helpful, although it’s worth noting that the bus tends to leave exactly on schedule (sometimes even within a minute), so it’s easy to miss it and end up needing to book a Grab instead. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back again!

Beautiful, quiet resort along Ong Lang beach. Hotel breakfast and services are excellent. The distance to town takes 15 minutes by Grab and the hotel to the airport takes 30 minutes. The nearby hotel has nothing much, but you can order grab food if needed. The sea view from the room is gorgeous. I will recommend this hotel to my friends & family who are coming to Phu Quoc.
