The environment here is fantastic! The lobby has books, a guzheng (Chinese zither), and calligraphy brushes, plus two adorable parrots 🦜. I'm very satisfied with this hotel; the rooms are spotless, and the front desk staff are wonderful. It's also very convenient for getting around. To go to West Lake, you just need to take the subway to Xiuxi Road Station. I really love it and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

Front desk staff, Ms. Wang Xiao, kindly upgraded my mother's room for free. The room was spacious and bright, with a bathtub for a relaxing soak. The environment was quiet, ensuring a great night's rest. Breakfast was plentiful, and they even gave us a souvenir upon check-out. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends and family when they visit Hangzhou.

Our stay this time was extremely satisfying! The hotel boasts beautiful scenery and a tranquil environment, offering excellent overall privacy. The room had high ceilings and was spacious and grand, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was rich and abundant, and the taste was on point. All staff members provided warm and attentive service. A special thanks goes to Manager Lily Hu, who, considering the dampness common on the first floor, thoughtfully arranged for a dehumidifier – full of thoughtful details. Our entire stay was very pleasant, and it's definitely worth coming back!

The room was nice and spacious, and the hand-rowed boat ride was enjoyable. The wetland was quiet with no other tourists, which was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, the bird-watching activity we were looking forward to was canceled due to rain, and there weren't many other free activities available. The complimentary fruit was a bit underwhelming. Other than that, the staff service was excellent.

After seeing all the great reviews, I hastily booked my trip to Wuzhen just the night before, and Jintang Inn definitely added a lot to the experience. The swaying sculling boat carried us into the water town of our Jiangnan dreams, starting a journey of peace and tranquility. The location of Jintang Inn is excellent, the room is great, the breakfast is delicious, and the reception service from Manager Zhao Runqiu was very thoughtful. Following the hotel's arrangements, we experienced a sound bowl healing session, feeling the physical and mental relaxation brought by the sounds. We visited the silk reeling workshop, which was quite impressive. The large loom actually required two people to operate; it took me a while to realize there was someone else sitting up top! ”If a child doesn't learn, cut the loom thread” – if it were me, I don't think I could bear to do it!

I initially chose this hotel purely for its location – it's only about a ten-minute walk to the Broken Bridge, perfect for an early morning stroll to Jewel Hill to catch the mist. But what truly prompted me to write a review was the ambiance and cleanliness I discovered after checking in. The ambiance excels at being an 'oasis of calm in a bustling area.' The hotel is tucked away near the Hubin business district, with lively street scenes downstairs, and the vibrant Hubin Yintai just around the corner. Yet, once you step into the room and close the window, you hear no traffic noise. Coming back from the musical fountain at night, it was a pleasant walk to aid digestion, and I could just collapse into bed, exhausted. The cleanliness is understated but solid. The bedding was dry and fluffy, and the bathroom drain was spotless. After a day of exploring, being able to come back to a thoroughly clean shower and a comfortable bed to just lie down feels more substantial than any fancy decor. 'It's a comfortable stay that doesn't tire you out' – that's my most straightforward assessment.

Our family's first summer trip – Naked Stables. Our little one rushed to Moganshan right after school, still in her uniform! Even though it was the rainy season, it had its own unique charm. **Environment:** Secluded and tranquil, with various standalone round houses or villas nestled in the valley. The landscape design ensures excellent privacy. There are also plenty of activities, making it a great place for a holiday! **Facilities:** The in-room amenities are all excellent, and the minibar is well-stocked. Even the chargeable snacks are delicious! On rainy days, it's perfect for enjoying tea and snacks in the room. However, the bathroom in the round house felt a bit small, and the shower facilities were located on the balcony, which was inconvenient to use on rainy evenings. My elderly parents had no choice but to use the bathtub, which was quite inconvenient. Later, we discovered the water heater wasn't working. The butler responded quickly, but it took an hour to fix the hardware, and still no hot water. The duty manager then proactively and very thoughtfully came to check on us and kindly moved us to another room where we could finally enjoy a comfortable hot shower. **Service:** The butler service contacted us by phone before check-in to pre-register our license plate, allowing for seamless entry without stopping. The hotel also offers a wide range of entertainment programs for both adults and children. Our child loved it, quietly enjoying handicraft activities and horseback riding. Our little girl especially adored it and rode for half an hour each day during our two-day stay. **Exquisite Naked Stables Souvenirs:** The cups are commemorative, and each room area is named after an animal. The various merchandise sold in the lobby is also very appealing and meaningful; we bought some to take home! **Restaurants:** There's an Italian Western restaurant and a Chinese restaurant, both with good food. The set menus at the Western restaurant were decent, and à la carte options weren't expensive.

Bedding: The sheets, duvet covers, and pillows were the best we've encountered in any hotel during this trip. The bedding felt incredibly soft against the skin, and the pillows were just the right firmness, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Food: While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, every item was exceptionally delicious and well-prepared. They had everything from NFC juice, milk, coffee, and soy milk to Coke and Sprite. I highly recommend the incredibly tasty xiaolongbao, and the freshly made beef noodles were absolutely fantastic – the beef was tender and soft, and the noodles had a great chew. Everyone should definitely try them! Parking: The hotel has its own parking spaces, which makes parking safe and worry-free. The most important thing bears repeating three times: You can feed squirrels in the hotel courtyard, you can feed squirrels in the hotel courtyard, you can feed squirrels in the hotel courtyard! This was a huge hit with the kids, allowing them to watch the squirrels eat up close. Finally, I'm giving a five-star review again. Hesheli Hotel received unanimous approval from our entire family, and we hope to have the chance to visit again in the future.

In terms of rooms, the rammed earth hut felt a bit dated, while the cliff-view suite offered a superior view. **Environment:** Before visiting Naked Castle, I absolutely loved Naked Stables. Even after 15 years, its 'wild luxury' concept still leads the pack. However, after going to Naked Castle, I grew to prefer its hilltop scenery, which offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the mountains. **Dining:** At Naked Stables, we dined at Tian She, and at Naked Castle, we ate at the Paotailou Chinese Restaurant. Tian She at Naked Stables was a clear winner; their home-style dishes were exceptionally well-prepared. In contrast, Paotailou Chinese Restaurant had no distinctive features and wasn't even particularly tasty. **Service:** Relatively speaking, Naked Castle provided a more detailed service with a one-on-one butler, Xiao Yang, in addition to their official customer service. However, both resorts lacked standardized training. For instance, regarding departure gifts, which were clearly included in the booking, Naked Stables didn't offer one during check-out. After I brought it up, they gave me one cup, and then another when I mentioned that others received two. Naked Castle, on the other hand, asked me to choose a color beforehand, which was great. But then why were the sizes different between the two resorts? I found that very odd. The smaller size given by Naked Castle was less practical. I experienced travel photography at both, from the same company. I preferred the photos from Naked Stables, and their customer service was also more accommodating and polite. **Friendly Reminders:** The round bed in the rammed earth huts at Naked Stables only has a bathtub and no shower, so choose carefully if you're not a couple. The mountain road to Naked Castle can be challenging for new drivers, so please drive safely. Also, Naked Castle had many insects at night that I'd never seen before. Furthermore, for a luxury hotel priced over 3000, it's unheard of for the mini-bar to separate non-alcoholic beverages and snacks, making only the soft drinks free. It's either all free or nothing. Why offer some items for a fee and some for free, then place them together and expect guests to scan codes to figure out which is which? Guests paying this price typically don't mind spending a bit extra on food, but it's truly a hassle…

The hotel's decor is stylish and tasteful; even after ten years, it still looks current and has a great vibe. The rooms are also quite soundproof, and the staff are all very polite. The afternoon tea was a bit monotonous and limited in variety, but breakfast was excellent – primarily Western with some Chinese options, all exquisitely prepared and delicious. The complimentary 'Pian'er Chuan' noodles for lunch were surprisingly good and beautifully presented; kudos to the talented chef! Overall, a great experience. My only suggestion would be to improve the afternoon tea; it felt a bit like an afterthought, but everything else was perfect.
