The hotel is massive. As soon as you step inside, the spacious and bright lobby immediately catches your eye, with its grand and elegant decor. The service truly lives up to its five-star rating; from the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and professional attitudes. They proactively helped us with our luggage and guided us through the check-in process, which was efficient and seamless. Room service was also excellent; just a call to customer service, and staff would arrive promptly with a friendly demeanor. I also have to mention the hotel's environment. The landscaping is outstanding, with lush trees providing ample shade. We could access the South Lake scenic area just by scanning our room key, which my parents particularly loved. They couldn't stop praising it, saying they felt very comfortable staying here. Overall, whether it's the size, service, or environment, Nanhu Hotel is definitely worth the price. I'll certainly bring my parents back again; each season should offer a different experience.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is the exceptional service from the staff. They made us feel right at home. They proactively upgraded our room, asked about our needs and sleeping preferences, and even informed us about potential construction noise nearby, offering good alternative solutions. The room itself was spacious with a good layout. Overall, I was very satisfied. It would be even better if the hardware facilities could be further upgraded. Five stars.

I'm very satisfied with this hotel! The facilities are complete, and the hygiene is good. The room is bright and spacious! A special thanks to Evelyn at the front desk – she's beautiful, generous, and enthusiastic. I was also very pleased with Alice at the front desk, who was kind and approachable! They both gave me a wonderful check-in experience! I love China! The breakfast was also very much to my taste and quite good! And having unlimited coffee and tea was perfect for me as a foreigner! It was great! I'll definitely be back next time! It's been wonderful for someone who's lived in China for over ten years!

Staying at this hotel during our trip was incredibly convenient and stress-free! The room cleanliness was top-notch. The staff were all very kind and attentive, even proactively offering recommendations for things to do. What I loved most was the dining options. The 24-hour McDonald's on the first floor was super handy for quick bites, and the restaurant on the third floor served delicious food. Plus, there's a whole street right next to the hotel packed with local eateries and specialty restaurants, so you don't have to go far to find something to eat. Everything for food and drinks was right there, making it excellent value for money.

When I visited Huzhou before, my Huzhou friends proudly told me that the Sheraton Huzhou Taihu Lake Hot Spring Resort was the city's calling card and its pride. Due to time constraints, I couldn't stay there then, but I decided I had to experience it someday. This time, taking advantage of my trip back to China, my spouse and I finally fulfilled that wish. The Sheraton Huzhou Taihu Lake Hot Spring Resort exceeded our expectations in every way! What particularly impressed us were the dazzling 'Ring of Light' show, the multi-themed outdoor natural hot springs, and the incredibly rich and varied breakfast. Of course, the luxurious and comfortable room, its impeccable cleanliness, and the polite and attentive service from the butler and staff also left us full of praise. As overseas Chinese from Japan, we can say that even in Japan, hotels of this caliber, with such excellent service, are not common. I will definitely recommend the 'Moon Hotel' to my Japanese friends. Our heartfelt thanks to the Moon Hotel for providing us with such a thoroughly satisfying experience.

This is my second stay at this hotel, following a visit in April this year. I was in Hangzhou for five days and four nights, and it's become my go-to choice whenever I visit the city. The hotel's location is excellent. You can easily reach it from both Hangzhou East Station and City Station via Metro Line 1. Getting to scenic spots is incredibly convenient, with metro and bus stops nearby. West Lake is just a ten-minute walk away. Famous century-old Hangzhou restaurants like Zhi Wei Guan and Kui Yuan Guan are also within a ten-minute walk. Qinghefang, Wushan, and Orioles Singing in the Willows are all within walking distance too. The hotel environment is pleasant, and the rooms are clean. I was very satisfied with the front desk and room service; they were quick to respond to guest requests. The package I booked through Ctrip offered great value for money, making it perfect for couples and families.

Booked an executive room, but hit a string of snags! Arrived at 3:45 PM, and the front desk said the room wasn't ready yet. I understood, it was Chinese New Year after all. They gave me a drink voucher for the lobby, so I ordered a coffee and Tiramisu. It took a long time for the food to arrive. The cake was just a regular cake, absolutely nothing like Tiramisu. I asked the waitress, and she repeatedly insisted it was Tiramisu. Haha, fine, during Chinese New Year, staffing is probably stretched thin, and people aren't properly trained. No point arguing, I just wanted to check in. At 4:30 PM, I asked the front desk again, and they said it still wasn't ready. Under pressure (my voice got louder, and my tone became firmer), they gave me room 2613 (my original room was 2616). I had seen reviews about the room's cleanliness being an issue, so I had already braced myself. After a careful check, it was acceptable, which was a relief. But then came the evening, and the problems resurfaced. I could hear the loud chatter of the gentlemen in the room to my left, and the 'indescribable' sounds from the room to my right went on for an hour. This is supposed to be a five-star hotel, and I was genuinely shocked by how poor the soundproofing was. After complaining, the duty manager on the second day promised they would block off the rooms on both sides. Yet, on the second night, the same neighbors reappeared. Apparently, business was booming during Chinese New Year, and the hotel was fully booked. Although the duty manager tried their best to appease guests (they really did try), the hardware of this place is just so subpar. Thanks to Ctrip's intervention, we changed hotels on the third night and finally got a good night's sleep. And let's talk about the hotel's breakfast – who on earth designed that traffic flow? The queues for people and the adjacent Wenyan restaurant cross over, and first-timers often get lost. As for the food quality, it definitely doesn't justify the price (128/person). This is the second time I've had a bad experience with the Wyndham brand in different regions. Fool me once, fool me twice, but not a third time.

I'll be writing a glowing review focusing on the ambiance, river-view rooms, thoughtful service, and facilities, highlighting the hotel's unique features, keeping it around 500 words, and using authentic, detailed language suitable for sharing. **Wenzhou Shangri-La Hotel: A Five-Star Plus Experience** My stay at the Wenzhou Shangri-La Hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish. It truly lives up to its reputation as Wenzhou's premier luxury hotel. Everything, from the environment and service to the facilities, was impeccable and utterly captivating. Strategically located in the riverside business district, the hotel offers a tranquil retreat while still being incredibly convenient for getting around. The moment you step into the lobby, you're immediately struck by its grandeur – a forty-meter high ceiling adorned with exquisite crystal chandeliers and stately columns that exude a high-end, luxurious feel. The lobby also features unique Thangka decorations, blending Ouyue culture with ******* aesthetics, creating a distinctive charm. With sunlight streaming in, casting beautiful light and shadow, the atmosphere is simply stunning, making every photo look like a magazine spread. I stayed in a deluxe river-view room, and it was an excellent choice. The room was spacious and airy, with a well-organized layout. The overall decor was tastefully luxurious and elegant, spotlessly clean, and odor-free. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows were undoubtedly the highlight. By day, you can gaze upon the magnificent Oujiang River and the continuous mountain range, with boats gracefully passing by – a truly therapeutic sight. By night, the city lights sparkle, and you can enjoy the breathtaking city skyline and mountain light show right from your bed, fully immersing yourself in Wenzhou's urban romance. The guest room details were thoughtfully executed; the high-quality bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and all essential toiletries, as well as office and living supplies, were readily available, ensuring maximum comfort. The hotel's service was particularly heartwarming. The staff were consistently warm and polite. Check-in was swift and efficient, and they proactively offered guidance and meticulous, thoughtful service. Their gentle demeanor and patience made the entire experience feel both dignified and relaxing. Facilities were also exceptionally well-appointed. A 25-meter heated swimming pool and a professional fitness center were all available, with new and well-maintained equipment. The 'O Café' Western restaurant and 'Shang Palace' Chinese restaurant offered a rich variety of authentic dishes. The hotel also features a children's playground, making it a great option for families traveling with kids. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations. The elegant environment, breathtaking views, and attentive service make it perfect for both business trips and leisure vacations. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Wenzhou!

GGuest UserThe environment here is fantastic! The lobby has books, a guzheng (Chinese zither), and calligraphy brushes, plus two adorable parrots 🦜. I'm very satisfied with this hotel; the rooms are spotless, and the front desk staff are wonderful. It's also very convenient for getting around. To go to West Lake, you just need to take the subway to Xiuxi Road Station. I really love it and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

GGuest UserOur stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact! However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby! Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet. The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement. Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!  In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay. Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. Thank you very much, Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou, for helping to create an amazing lifetime memory.

AAnonymous UserFacilities: The facilities are relatively old. The shower water in the room kept fluctuating between hot and cold. The telephone was unusable due to a damaged cable, which made calling the shuttle very inconvenient. We booked the Far Mountain Family Room, and the reservation stated it could accommodate three adults, but all the supplies were for two people. When we requested an extra toothbrush cup, we were told the room is for two adults and one child, so there were only two sets of adult toiletries. They kept emphasizing that they could give me a cup, but only a plastic one for children, which was quite frustrating. Although it's advertised as child-friendly, I saw almost no mother-and-baby facilities. Compared to some of the more popular family hotels nowadays, the difference is significant. Hygiene: The second floor of the Far Mountain Family Room was much smaller than expected, and there were small bugs in the room. At breakfast in Lumingxuan, the floor was slippery, and I almost slipped several times. A child at the next table even fell down. Environment: The air in the manor is fresh, and there are many animals and birds living here. Small animals often roam on the paths, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The giraffes are the biggest highlight and quite interesting. However, feeding all the small animals comes with a fee, ranging from 20 to 30 yuan for a small portion, which is really tiny and not good value for money. Service: Breakfast with the giraffes is a major attraction at the Giraffe Manor. We went in the morning hoping to queue for a window seat, but the management was chaotic. There was no queue; finding a window seat was entirely up to luck. Some people would stand by a table or place their bags next to people who were already dining to wait for a spot. There were also people live-streaming on their phones, selling hotel packages in the restaurant, which greatly affected the dining experience. My child needed warm water for milk, but they only had boiling water. When I asked for a bottle of mineral water, the server said the restaurant wasn't part of the hotel and would charge for it. As a family-friendly hotel, the contrast between the live-streamers praising it and the reality was striking. Almost all the entertainment activities in the manor close at 5 PM, so evenings can be quite boring. The scenic shuttle bus is very slow, especially when it rained that day. Staff told us it would arrive in two minutes and we could go downstairs, but we waited with our child in the rain for more than five minutes. In short, every time they said it was coming, it always took a long time to arrive. Welcome fruit: Very fresh and delicious, my child loved the cherry tomatoes. Room MINIBAR: It didn't match the pictures on Trip.com. There were no golden sprouts or other items suitable for young babies. I heard the supplier changed, but the pictures on Trip.com haven't been updated. Summary: The hotel's scenery and outdoor environment are excellent. It's spacious, the air is fresh, there are many small animals, and the giraffes are super cute. If you love small animals and want to get close to giraffes, I recommend coming here. However, for the 1799 yuan we paid for the Far Mountain Family Room this time, I feel it wasn't good value for money. Almost all activities within the scenic area are charged, and some of the complimentary items in the package were free anyway. The most expensive was feeding the small animals; 30 yuan for about 10 carrot sticks, roughly the length of a finger. The internal management, service, and environmental hygiene all need improvement.

YYiluzizaiIf you're visiting Hangzhou, West Lake is a must-see, and if you're seeing West Lake, this hotel is the place to stay! It's literally right across the road from West Lake, and Wulin Night Market is just downstairs. You're practically staying at two attractions at once! Plus, every room has a balcony, and there's a large rooftop garden platform with panoramic views of West Lake and the surrounding area. The rooms are incredibly spacious; even a standard room here is easily the biggest I've ever stayed in. Seriously, for West Lake, this hotel is a no-brainer!

GGuest UserI guess I'm a loyal customer of this hotel in Xian Mountain, Qiandao Lake. I've been there twenty times, and every time I visit Qiandao Lake, I still choose this hotel. There's a unique sense of appropriateness here – they don't seem to be merely providing service, but rather 'taking care' of you, making you feel like entering the hotel truly marks the beginning of a vacation: free, comfortable, pleasant, and warm! I felt it the moment I arrived. The car had barely stopped at the entrance when the bellhop scurried over to open the car door, greeting us with a smiling 'Hello, welcome home.' After we checked in, a bellhop proactively helped us with our luggage, introducing himself as he led us to the elevator: 'If you need anything these next few days, just call the concierge. My name is Henry.' He was a bright and efficient young man with a constant smile. Just hearing him say that, and seeing his smile, made you feel like he wasn't just completing a task, but genuinely inviting you to reach out, all to put your mind at ease! On the day we checked in, I casually asked if there were any good running routes nearby and what fun things there were to do. Henry actually took the time to draw me a map, explaining the hotel's layout, where I could run, where I could cycle, where I could hike, where I could pick bayberries, and where I could eat. He even reminded me, 'Before 6:30 AM, the boardwalk is less crowded. If you like photography, you can go and take pictures of the sunrise; it’s really beautiful.' The next morning, we indeed went to the lighthouse and the camphor tree forest. When we returned, dripping with sweat, we ran into him again in the lobby. He enthusiastically asked, 'Finished your run? The weather's great today, how was it?' – just like an old friend I'd known for ages. It feels wonderful to be remembered! Another time, our group of ten went to the hotel. In the evening, he led us to chase the sunset. We walked cheerfully along the path on Xian Mountain Peninsula. He walked in front, constantly describing the surrounding scenery and sharing stories of past guests, occasionally turning back to make sure everyone was still with us. In that moment, it didn't feel like staying in a hotel; it felt more like being shown around by a local old friend, listening to him share everything about the area… The hotel is now called InterContinental One Thousand Island Lake Resort, and everything is still as beautiful and comfortable in that resort style. The moment you step into your hotel room and open the door, the entire Qiandao Lake unfolds before your eyes. You can't help but think: 'This is exactly what I wanted!' The mist and mountain breeze intertwine, a gentle drizzle, so comfortable you don't want to move. The bedding was just the right firmness, and I swapped my pillow for a buckwheat one, sleeping soundly until my alarm went off – which is quite rare in a hotel. The breakfast restaurant is also the most extensive among similar hotels, with a vast array of dishes prepared meticulously. There were six or seven kinds of green leafy vegetables for the salad alone, and a variety of dressings. There was also a young man making fresh squeezed juice, busy but with a good-natured smile on his face all morning long… So, what does staying in a hotel mean, you ask? Is it just staying for two nights, looking at the lake, and eating fish head? Actually, it's about enjoying the service the hotel provides, not just the 'hello, thank you, sorry' routine, but feeling that someone truly cares about your feelings, your needs, and your mood! InterContinental One Thousand Island Lake Resort doesn't feel like staying in a hotel to me; it feels more like visiting a friend's home who truly understands you. You want to go back every now and then to see your old friend and everything you hold dear! The lake view is beautiful, but what makes me want to keep returning are those warm moments I remember… The lake views will stay in our photo albums and on our phones, but those people and those moments of being treated with kindness will always remain in my heart…

GGuest UserThe room was nice and very clean, but the TV couldn't screen mirror, so it felt a bit lacking in smart features. The three meals overall were decent, with a good variety of ingredients, not just an afterthought. Here are a couple of things that weren't great about the dining experience: 1. The BBQ area was a pretty bad experience. A large group of people were queuing, and by the time it was your turn, the food might be gone – and this wasn't even a holiday! The chef was grilling on-site, and perhaps due to the heavy workload with so many people, he constantly had a sour expression. 2. I asked the lady at the noodle station three times if there were any more chicken feet next to her, and she just ignored me! *Sigh*.

GGuest UserEvery time I'm on a business trip to Ningbo, I stay here; it feels just like home. The service is excellent, with a WeChat concierge almost 24/7, always ready to help with anything you need. Especially Miya, who always contacts me in advance before my check-in to reserve my preferred room. The hotel breakfast is very good. The hotel facilities are top-notch among domestic five-star hotels. The gym is huge, and there's also a sauna, yoga room, squash court, and a tennis court with a dedicated coach, which is very convenient. The only downside is the slow Wi-Fi. Personally, I think this hotel ranks first among all the five-star hotels in Ningbo for its overall offerings.

GGuest UserAnji has a dense network of hotels and guesthouses, making the choice incredibly difficult before our trip. After comparing many options online, we finally settled on the ”Fulan” room type at this guesthouse, which appears to be on the highest floor. The moment the door opened, my husband and I were overjoyed, praising the room's beauty: lush green bamboo groves and three large floor-to-ceiling windows! It was simply the perfect escape from the city for relaxation! The receptionists were incredibly nice. They created a service group before our check-in to help with our luggage and direct parking – so thoughtful and attentive! A big thumbs up! The only downside was the lack of an elevator; it felt a little awkward asking them to carry things up the stairs whenever we wanted something. The room had a Marshall sound system and other amenities. Connecting to Bluetooth and playing soothing music while soaking in the hot spring was incredibly relaxing! A few minor suggestions: 1. The bathroom could have two floor mats, one for the hot spring area and one for the shower. It's quite slippery after coming out of the hot spring. 2. The bathroom leak wasn't very effective; water would overflow if you showered for too long. 3. For this price and environment, it would be even better if the room had a coffee machine and coffee cups. It would be much more convenient to have coffee in the room or on the terrace in the morning, instead of having to go downstairs and bother the front desk every time. 4. I hope the breakfast could be more varied, with more hot options. Overall, I was very satisfied with this weekend trip! I will definitely come again!
