The breakfast at club lounge was marvelous, especially the Benedict! But light lunch and light supper were too light! I would never feel full. I really enjoy the view from my room window. Definitely wanna go back to this hotel again!

When i booked it's shows 5 star hotel It's a really 5 star plus hotel We arrived early at the hotel within 2 minutes we had check in and upgraded room was offered without any charges also they offer unlimited water and tea coffee and bathroom essentials also complimentary jacuzzi and sauna and steam was offered and swimming pool is best ever I had with highest quality and price was really cheap I would gave it 100% happiness and would recommend to everyone in the world GHULAM JILLANI AND FAMILY UNITED KINGDOM

I had a nice 7 day stay with my husband at this hotel .everything was good and clean, the service was great and the people were so welcoming and nice . We went to the beach and swimming pool , and the breakfast was so delicious with so many options.we asked about a birthday cake and they made a wonderful carrot cake the best I’ve ever had ! Even the dinner was great . Thank you so much .and a big thanks to miss imane the helpful receptionist and Mr chandara 😍

Simply the best hotel in Abu Dhabi!!!! I loved the gym which is so spacious and professional (and brownie points to the sauna in the shower/changing room) Food was also excellent, had breakfast and dinner buffet at the hotel when I felt lazy and didn’t want to go out

I would like to commend the staff at Grand Hyatt Dubai for their outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, the warm and friendly welcome made me feel at home. The professionalism and flexibility of the staff left a very positive impression on me. The view and comfort of the room were pleasantly surprising, with an unbeatable view of the sea and ample space that made it very comfortable! Location is Additionally, I have a small suggestion regarding the hotel’s takeout service. Currently, guests need to go to the lobby to collect their orders, which can be inconvenient after a long day or during a quiet night. I would recommend considering the introduction of delivery robots to bring takeout directly to guests’ rooms. Love this hotel very much!!

My experience at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal was truly exceptional, especially when it comes to the service. From the moment I arrived until check-out, the staff were incredibly professional, kind, and welcoming. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, and their attention to detail was impressive. I genuinely felt cared for throughout my stay. A big thank you to the entire team for making my visit so special. I will definitely be coming back!

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, which made the stay pleasant. However, it seemed to be peak season during our visit, so the breakfast area was quite crowded. The seating was arranged closely, making it feel a bit cramped at times. Despite this, the food variety was good, and the quality was satisfying. The hotel’s location is a major plus—it’s very convenient, with easy access to major attractions and public transport. Overall, it’s a decent choice for travelers who prioritize location and friendly service, but be prepared for some crowds during busy periods.

Came back to EP after 3 years after Covid and I enjoyed my staying a lot. Staffs were helpful and friendly in general, but they were not those sweet sweet kind… just friendly, maybe some people would find them rude… Anyway, the package was super good and good value for the price. Many activities were included. Basically you could spend all day in the hotel without going out… I enjoyed their fine dinning restaurants: 1.Hakkasan-modern Asian fusion, if you like typical Chinese food, not the right one… 2.Broadway-western, American style… loved their cauliflower salad… steak was okay, maybe I ordered wrong one, should have tried the wellington… but staffs were super friendly… 3.Lebanese Terrace-somebody told me it was the best Lebanese restaurant in town, so I went have a try. It was so good… but the staffs were not friendly… 4. Vendome-the best breakfast buffet in town for me… (tried Park rotana, St Regis, Conrad, four seasons, rosewood, W hotel, Hilton… )still think it is the best one For someone who stays in the hotel like 300/365 days, this is the best hotel in abu danbi. I found it difficult for me to stay in any other hotels in Abu danbi 🥹

This specific hotel is always my escape because it has come and I like the facilities everything is perfect from the bed to the stuff and when you order something to the room it gets to you within seconds the reception people are very friendly and helpful and they always bonus me with upgrades I really recommend it

It was a lovely stay for my anniversary, the welcome was really warm, and the special anniversary arrangements added more spice for the special occasion. A lovely chocolate moose cake, and a sweet red rose petals with towels gooses on the bed! That was really cool. The dinner was great alongside with the breakfast. Pools also with the beach were amazing. Strongly suggested
