5-Star Hotels in Dhaka Division, Bangladesh

It was good experience. Nice and clean room. Very quiet despite noise outside. Hot water, good Internet connection and friendly reception. All I want to change is more European options for breakfast. For example, omelet would be good. Currently, it’s more like lunch menu with all soups, noodles, rice, etc. French toast, boiled eggs and many items is good alternative, but could be better. Anyway 5 stars experience

The room wasn't very big; after sitting on the chair, I was almost at the foot of the bed, so the space felt a bit cramped. The power outlets weren't conveniently placed, and I had to pull up the curtains to access them, which revealed a lot of dust. The air conditioning also wasn't great; even after turning it down, the room stayed quite warm, around 27-28 degrees Celsius.

We chose it because it was close to the airport; it was a quick 5-minute walk. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, and they answered all our questions quickly. I highly recommend it.

Facilities: The facilities are very complete. Hygiene: The hygiene is pretty good, acceptable. Environment: The environment is nice, there's a swimming pool inside. Service: The service is very patient, I really like it. The people here are all nice too. I'll come back here again next time I visit friends.

The hotel is very nice, surely in the top 5 of Dhaka, the staff is friendly and professional. Location extremely convent to reach the airport and the expo center. PRO: location, staff, breakfast and restaurant are pretty good, room is spacious and bathroom also nice  TO IMPROVE: room key stop working way to often, I think in my stay (8 nights) I've been to the front desk to get new keys at least 15 times.... facilities can be better, room need a little renovation to launch this hotel on a higher price point  

Extremely disappointed with the airport transfer service—completely unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Despite prior arrangements, I was left stranded at the airport for 30 minutes, as the hotel’s representative was waiting at the international terminal, even though I arrived via domestic. There was zero coordination and no communication from their side. I expected better from a so-called 5-star hotel. To make matters worse, they charged USD 90 for a simple 20-minute ride—an outrageous fee for a service that wasn’t even properly executed. No apology, no accountability, just an overpriced mess. That said, the rooms and amenities are commendable—clean, comfortable, and up to luxury standards. But service like this seriously undercuts the overall experience. Westin Dhaka, you can and should do much better.

The service was very very friendly, helpful, and welcoming!! The location is right in the downtown area and the buffet, restaurant, cafe, and gym are all great. The rooms and bathrooms are clean as well but the bathroom door in my room didn’t have a lock so I would like that, but otherwise I would come back!

Terrible Services they provided. Really not worth of staying. We couple staying there newly married as we mentioned and keep telling them, but they not providing us any extra complimentary cakes or anything for this. So poor service as well

During Ramadan period, the menu of breakfast is not buffet but a la cart within limited selection. I wanted to enjoy more variety of local food，but, no choice. Airport pick up service and airport transfer service are very good.

First time visiting Bangladesh, so I chose an international chain hotel that had recently been renovated. There were quite a few Chinese guests, and the facilities met the standards of a domestic four-star hotel, which was better than I expected. The price was also reasonable. The security guards at the entrance were very responsible, and I felt quite safe, which is the most important thing.
