This hotel is perfect for those who prefer to relax and enjoy their vacation at the hotel rather than spending time sunbathing on an island. The hotel boasts several restaurants with excellent food. My favorite room type was the one with direct pool access from the balcony. These rooms, situated on either side of the central garden, feature their own private, long pool, where you can watch the sunset. The facilities are relatively new. The sand on the beach is quite dark due to the black coral rocks, but since I'm not a fan of beach activities, this didn't affect my enjoyment of the holiday.
Very good hotel, exceeded expectations.
I checked into the Sheraton after returning from the outer islands. As soon as I arrived, I was infected by the enthusiasm of the concierge and the front desk. The hotel public area is very beautiful and the room is very clean.
The hotel can directly check in for Fiji Airways, which saves a lot of time.
The only complaint is that the food in the restaurant is a bit bad. The buffet breakfast is very average except for omelet. There are many employees in the catering department, but many of them are slacking off. I hope it can be improved.
Traveling with family (2 adults + 3 kids) from USA. We had a great time there. Kids absolutely the pools/beach/soccer field/the grill/pizza restaurant by the pool. Very quiet, peaceful and beautiful. We have been to Tahiti before and found this Marriott Momi Bay is even more relaxing, romantic, and picturesque than Tahiti. But there are also some pros: 1) the location is in the middle of nowhere (though no so far from Nadi). So once you are there, you will be pretty much stuck there; 2) food at the main restaurant is just average. They have an Asian food section for breakfast/dinner buffet, but quite a joke (to our standards, as Chinese Americans). The fish bar is awesome but requires a bit of walking/buggy ride; 3) snorkeling wise, the fish is not as colorful as in Tahiti, but is still very good; and 4) the layout of our room (2 beds by the pond) is not so much different from an upscale city business hotel.
Overall, if you are just looking for a relaxing time in a resort, this would absolutely be great place. But if you are looking for a new cultural/food/city adventure, this would not be the right place.
I had a disappointing experience relating to service. My room had no wifi upon check in. I made the staff aware of this straight away, yet nothing was done until mid-morning the next day after I insisted it be resolved. All up I had to visit reception 2 times and call reception 5 times before they finally sent someone for a rather quick fix. When I called reception (outside of check in/out hours) often there was no answer. Furthermore, I paid for an oceanview room with 2 single beds, at check in I confirmed this was what I booked and requested that the room was not overlooking the pool. All these requests were ignored, and I was given a pool room with 1 bed, with no explanation for why.
While the staff are friendly (most hospitality staff across Fiji are), for a ”5” Star resort I found the service very lacking.
I originally thought that the renovation in 2014 would be very old, so I was very nervous before setting off. But when I arrived, I found that it was much better than the photos. Spacious, bright and comfortable, perfect for our family. The villa and Sheraton Golf share a front desk, and all hotel facilities are also shared. Everything is great and very suitable for vacation. The hotel staff are all warm and friendly. Emele. Tamani, who cleaned our room every day, carefully prepared enough water and tea bags for us. The cleaning was very meticulous and clean, allowing us to have a comfortable holiday.
When you stay at Hibiscus Suites And Residences in Nadi, you'll be near the airport, within a 15-minute drive of Wailoaloa Beach and Port Denarau. This hotel is 5.8 mi (9.3 km) from Port Denarau Marina and 11.9 mi (19.1 km) from Vuda Point Marina.
Don't miss out on recreational opportunities including an outdoor pool and bicycles to rent.
The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Make yourself at home in one of the 15 air-conditioned rooms featuring Smart televisions. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Bathrooms feature showers with rainfall showerheads and hair dryers. Conveniences include safes and separate sitting areas, and housekeeping is provided on request.
Small and beautiful hotel. The aroma of fresh orchids is everywhere.
Sitting in the jungle, waking up in the morning in the birdsong and seeing the Milky Way at night.
Very relaxed and healing.
We arrived at the hotel after an early flight, and the front desk lady was so kind as to upgrade our room. Although we had to wait a few hours for it to be ready, the ocean-facing room we finally got was absolutely stunning! The hotel is elegant, with great beaches and surf. The food at both Toba and Nova restaurants was excellent, reasonably priced, and the service was spot on. They even thoughtfully prepared breakfast boxes for us before we left the next day, which was a really thoughtful touch. It would have been perfect if the room had more bottled water.
The room service was quite poor. We check-in and no towels were present in the room. We called room service to request for towels and we didn’t get them after 2 hours of our request. Even after waiting for the 2 hours, only 2 shower towels were provided and nothing more.
Amenities were good overall.
Hotel location is good, you can watch the sunrise and sunset, you can snorkel, a great experience, you can eat too, very pleasant memories, unforgettable memories, very relaxed

NNadia39Such a beautiful resort! We were lucky to be upgraded to a beach front room and it is definitely worth it if you are booking! The staff are all so lovely and they made our special occasion even more special. We can’t wait to come back!

GGuest UserRadisson is our goto hotel everything I am in denarau. However this year I wanted to explore a bit of other hotels in denarau and booked Hilton however the hotel was rundown and dirty so we checked out on the same day as checkin and came fo stay at Radisson as we knew it’ll have the cleanliness and services we needed for our family especially for our child of 2 years. The hotel is amazing and so are the staff. Thank you Radisson for your service and we will continue being there anytime we are in Fiji
GGuest UserResort location was good kept very neatly. What we came across was some staffs were very anti towards non White tourists. We pay same amount of money as other tourists we are not local. Some very grumpy workers worked pass with out no Bula even when we said it ourself but as they see white people they say it to them. Would I return back no because of those some staff attitudes. We have travelled over 50 resorts in Fiji and never came across with this attitude.
