В номере нет заявленных 30 кв м , максимум 20. Комната оч маленькая. Есть хорошие шампунь, бальзам, гель для душа, лосьон, зубная щётка и паста, мыло. Уборка каждый день, смена полотенец тоже, постельное бельё не меняли ни разу. Самое печальное -это завтрак. Как бы шведский стол. Уровень 2 звезды максимум. Кофе заварен в термосе!!!!!)))) чай только черный и горячая вода только из термоса!!! Из еды варёные яйца, сосиски, омлет (или яичница), макароны, огурец, помидор, болгарский перец, лист салата, нарезка ветчины ( штук 10 ломтиков, и если они закончились, нужно ждать, когда принесут ещё, если захотят), сыр низкого качества. И всё! Если вы непривередливы, вам хватит, но это точно не уровень даже 4 звёзд!!! Отдельное спасибо ресепшн за бесплатное продление номера на 2 часа в связи с задержкой рейса! По итогу -всё хорошо, кроме завтрака, который они так рекламируют!!!"

Excellent location! This hotel is considered one of the top hotels in Batumi! There's a wide variety at breakfast. The room is very beautiful and spacious. There's a large pool next to the hotel, and the sea is just a couple of minutes' walk away. The service is very good, and the staff are polite and helpful.

My wife and I stayed here from May 3rd to 8th, 2026. It's a good hotel with an excellent location. We had a room with a sea view, which was absolutely the best. The breakfasts were delicious. However, you have to specifically request toothbrushes, and sometimes they forget to bring them. Also, the exhaust fan downstairs makes a constant, loud humming noise.

The arrival experience was very disappointing. I arrived at 12:30 PM, completed the registration, and signed all the required forms. After that, the receptionist simply stared at me awkwardly before asking, ”Do you know that check-in time is 3:00 PM?” I replied, ”Yes, I know.” He then remained silent, leaving me unsure of what to do next. Eventually, I had to say, ”Okay, I'll find my way.” What disappointed me most was the complete lack of hospitality. There was no offer to store my luggage, no suggestion of a place where I could wait, and not even directions to the lounge. I ended up sitting in the lobby until I approached the Front Desk Supervisor, Polina, who was exceptionally professional. She completely turned the experience around by delivering the level of genuine five-star service I had expected from the beginning. Another concern was the absence of a concierge service. Even more surprisingly, the receptionist did not seem to know what a ”concierge” is. My overall ratings: - Room: 8/10 - Bed: 10/10 - Bathroom: 7/10

It's okay. The location is good, but the hotel's facilities are a bit old. However, the price is cheap, and for that price, it seems acceptable. It's very close to the beach, so you can go anytime.

Hotel facilities and booking page are the same. Sea view rooms face the Black Sea. After checking in, a bellman will guide you into the room. The breakfast is rich, and the spa and gym service park are very welcoming. The indoor swimming pool is of mini type. The floor heating in the bathroom was praised, but the water in the bathtub smelled bad.

First, the positives. Very friendly staff. Indoor and outdoor pools, spacious family room – everything was very good. However, there were some nitpicks. The hotel seemed a bit tired. I understand that can happen to anyone, but you still expect top-notch service from a reputable chain hotel. The sink in the room didn't drain properly; we only stayed one day, so we reported it to reception upon checkout. I can't comment on how quickly they fixed it. In the pool, you occasionally step on chipped tiles – not a big deal, but a nitpick. In the morning, you could hear pipes humming somewhere… Generally, if you're picky, you'll notice these kinds of little things everywhere.

The lobby was very crowded, with only one or two staff members available at the reception. The room cleaning was not done on time, and I had to request housekeeping every day. The five elevators were almost always full, and sometimes appeared to be overloaded, which made using them uncomfortable. The lobby was also extremely noisy and crowded, more like a bus terminal than a hotel lobby.
