This hotel is perfect . I love it The rooms are super cozy and staff are very service minded . Surroundings is very beautiful & quiet and in evening can enjoy the scenery in the cultural city Nearby is coco park ( mall ) and otherwise it’s easy get a didi from the road .

Facilities: The stargazing tent facilities are excellent. I visited in winter, and it wasn't cold at all inside, very warm, and the hot water was great. Cleanliness: It was very clean. Despite being a desert hotel, there was hardly any sand in the room; it was impeccably cleaned. Service: The butler contacted me in advance and met me at the entrance. They explained how all the facilities worked and also sent WeChat messages beforehand with the daily activity schedule, which was fantastic.

Highly recommend this hotel, the room is clean and comfortable, the living is very safe, the hotel is very good, the most touched is that the front desk staff is very warm and friendly, I forgot to bring the charging cable, but also enthusiastically help me borrow the charger, help me charge the phone, service meticulous, The breakfast is delicious, there is my favorite vegetable salad, very satisfied, and freshly ground American coffee, very nice for me to control my diet! The fatigue of the journey was instantly cured. Full score praise.

1. Fantastic location: The surrounding area is incredibly vibrant, with an abundance of large shopping malls and unique restaurants. In the evenings, you're spoiled for choice whether you want to grab a bite or take a stroll. 2. Superb soundproofing: Despite facing a busy street, once the windows were closed, I heard virtually no noise. This was an absolute godsend for a light sleeper like me, ensuring I had a truly restful night's sleep. 3. Thoughtful and attentive service: The front desk staff were not only efficient but also greeted me warmly, which made me feel very welcome. When they saw me return with a package, they even thoughtfully offered me scissors without me asking – such incredible attention to detail! 4. Breakfast with local specialties: Besides the standard Chinese and Western options, they surprisingly offered freshly prepared local specialty noodles, which tasted incredibly authentic and provided plenty of energy for a day of exploring.

A shout-out to the front desk staff! They were patient, attentive, and had a great attitude. 👍 We arrived early, and they quickly prepared our room. Our child had a wonderful experience; the room was incredibly warm, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a wide view. The hotel breakfast featured local specialties and had a great variety of options. 👍 Fantastic! 🌟🌟🌟

The room was very clean, and the facilities were great. I could control the TV, curtains, and lights with the smart assistant, which was very convenient. The wood-grain tiles had underfloor heating, so it wasn't too cold even without air conditioning. The room lighting was a bit dim, and breakfast wasn't very good.

This time I came to Hampton by Hilton Yinchuan Jinfeng, and was greeted by Amy, who efficiently checked me in, provided considerate service, and helped me upgrade my room for free. She was also very enthusiastic and had a very good experience. I recommend it and have extended my stay.

This is a great hotel. It's clean, well-equipped, and everything feels new. The service is excellent, and the location is fantastic, right across from Yinchuan High-Speed Railway Station. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Yinchuan.

We spent five days exploring Ningxia with our kids and chose this hotel for our first night. Our overall impression was excellent. The location is incredibly convenient for dining and activities; Chengtian Temple Pagoda is just a few minutes' walk away, and it's also close to the Drum Tower and Yu Huang Ge. Huiyuan Night Market is about a 30-minute drive. We were so pleased that we decided to book this hotel again for our final night. The lady at the front desk was exceptionally warm and helpful, offering very attentive service and immediately resolving any requests we had. The extensive breakfast spread deserves a special shout-out!
