Location is far from the city center but convenient to take Metro 13 or 14. They have free swimming pools on the 40th floor. They have amazing skybar. After a whole day visiting and roaming around outside, coming back to the hotel and enjoying time there is also great. The only problem is the bathroom with glasses, the water was leaking too much whenever we took a shower, I tried to report to the receptionist but unfortunately nothing fixed until I checked out.

During my stay, the booking software is “upgraded “. However, such system is not ready for use actually. It made my room key cannot open the toilet in lobby. Also, I cannot open my room. As such , I need to got to reception and queue up again waiting for handling room key issue.
I stay here for 7 nights. The restaurant can’t handle my breakfast issue well. When I go out to take foods, the card turned to black side, that means “occupied”. But they still clear my table, also take away my card for telling them if I am still here. That means they treat me as already left. When I come back, I asked them to change me to another table for two to avoid misunderstandings, one staff told me that he will clean the table for me but he forget it. After take away the card for telling them if I still occupied the table, no one give me back. I asked one of the staff give me back but he simply requested me to ask other staff to do it. Later, they cleared my table again because there is no card. A lot of mistakes. If charge this price, service is fail.
The food is generally good. Good position and can appreciate Efital tower every night.
This is a great place for those who are visiting Paris for the first time or plan to visit major attractions (Notre Dame, Pantheon, Musee d'Orsay, Louvre, etc.). The hotel is very conveniently located, and you can easily reach the city by bus or subway. Because it is close to various famous attractions, you can also see the ”very Parisian” street scene along the way when taking the bus. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to walk to the superb Luxembourg Gardens. Although it is close to famous attractions, the surrounding environment of the hotel is very quiet and safe.
Although the hotel room is not too big, there is enough space and it will not make people feel cramped (the double room we stayed in still has enough space to move after accommodating 2 luggage + 1 small suitcase). Although the building itself is a bit old, it is very clean overall. The hotel staff are also very polite. They greet each other every time they meet, and provide timely help if there are any problems. For a novice visiting Paris for the first time, this stay experience is very good, and I will choose to stay again next time I visit Paris.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, and all the services were very good. The room was clean, and it’s a great place for families — the staff were friendly, and my kids had fun playing around the area, which felt safe.
Swimming pool, gym facilities equipment all best !! U
However, the only downside was the breakfast. There were no halal options, and not much food suitable for people from different cultures or dietary needs. For example, the sausages were not halal, and there weren’t many alternatives available.
If the hotel could offer more diverse food choices, especially halal options, it would be even better. Overall, it’s a very clean, comfortable, and family-friendly hotel — I would definitely recommend it and hope to visit again. Service was not less than 5 star hotel.
We will definitely visit again …. Love it
The hotel is very clean
Staff are polite
Have free parking for hotel guests
It is more convenient if you have your own car rental as location is remote
Not many facilities around
The area is calm and safe and clean as well
We were extremely impressed with the service and warm welcome by the front desk staff. Also noted was the wonderful breakfast hostess who greeted us every morning with her smile and pleasant good morning. This is our second time staying at the hotel and will not be the last. The room was for a triple and very spacious for the two of us. We purchased a nice bottle of red wine and the wonderful night front desk managed to find us 2 wine glasses and even opened the bottle for us. Nice view from our room of the front street.
Very warm welcome, spacious room, very modern decor, very friendly, professional staff. Breakfast was a buffet with local products and especially croissants and pain au chocolat, a real delight. I recommend the hotel, a magnificent, quiet, calm hotel, and the rooftop is the place to have lunch outside. I can't wait for our next weekend.

We booked the Classic Family Room with two double beds, and it was spacious and very comfortable. The room was well-equipped, including a smart TV which was great for relaxing after a day out. The location is excellent — right next to the train and metro station, making it easy to get around. The area feels safe and has plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I booked this hotel as it had a swimming pool and I suffer from back pain (3 operations in 5 years long ago).
On arrival I asked about the pool and was told it is only open from 10am until 9pm and a 30 euro one off fee for use is payable per guest.
I mentioned most people would likely choose to swim prior to breakfast but was told tests have to be made everyday (presumably Ph levels) so that was the reason for late opening.
Surely the first staff on duty around 6/7am could be shown how to do this.
Finally checked the pool out just before leaving ........... I wouldn't have used it, an overwhelming smell of chlorine !

Very good hotel with very spacious room. Walking distance away from the subway station as well as a short walk to the mall. Premium outlet is around 15 mins walk away but not too bad as you can cut through the mall. Excellent service provided if you're heading to and fro Disneyland as they have their own vehicles to chauffeur you which I felt was very convenient. However the number given requires a local number.

DDaitieGreat little hotel on the outer skirts of Paris. It's decently located within a 10 minute walk of 2 metro stations. There's a small gym that's 24hr, co working space and a restaurant as well as a laundromat on site.
Reception is open 24 hours and they're very friendly and will try their best to cater to your needs.
The rooms are extremely clean, and has all the amenities you would normally need (except a spoon to stir the coffee). They provide a reusable glass bottle to take on your day out (which is purchasable if you would like) and they have water refill stations throughout the hotel.
For the price i can't complain. Brand new hotel, you can still smell the paint! Extremely clean. Comfy beds (though the sheets are quite thick and I felt a little warm even when the air con was on full blast!)
Would definitely recommend if you don't mind the travel into central Paris (I'm from London so the commute is nothing compared to the London underground). Supermarkets and small brasseries located nearby and there's also a restaurant thats open till late that provides drinks and food.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's exterior is a bit dated, with some peeling walls in the hallways. The room was okay, though. We booked an apartment, which was a decent size. For a four-star hotel, they don't provide dental supplies, so you need to bring your own.
The hotel was clean and tidy. Despite the large number of guests, there was no trash or clutter.
The front desk service was a bit sketchy, perhaps due to the high volume of guests. The staff's quality needs improvement, especially since they even argued with other guests. The main issue is the management's disorganization.
The front desk said they would refund our deposit on the 28th, but it's already the 2nd and we still haven't received it. We'll have to wait.
Finally, there's a restaurant street behind the hotel with classic French restaurants. They're delicious and affordable. Highly recommended!
FFalik BatubaraA Hidden Gem Near Antony Train Station
I recently stayed at a charming hotel conveniently located near Antony train station, and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The location is incredibly convenient for travelers, with easy access to the train station just a short walk away, making commuting to central Paris and other destinations a breeze.
One of the standout features of this hotel is its quiet and uncrowded neighborhood. Unlike the bustling areas closer to the city center, this neighborhood offers a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Yet, it doesn't lack in convenience, as there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Whether you're in the mood for a quick bite or a sit-down dinner, you'll find various dining options to suit different tastes.
Cleanliness at the hotel was top-notch. The rooms were spotless, with a well-maintained feel throughout the entire property. The housekeeping staff ensured that the amenities were replenished regularly, and there were enough essentials provided to make the stay comfortable, from toiletries to basic appliances.
Overall, if you're looking for a hotel that combines convenience, cleanliness, and tranquility with easy access to both transportation and local amenities, this is an excellent choice.

AAlb33It was a lovely staying after Christmas and wonderful location for tourists. The room is relatively big and very comfortable, you’d have a tiny modern kitchen with cutlery, water boiler and hob as well as a fridge. Not to mention the blackout curtains did the job! We had a very good sleep for 2 nights :)
The receptionist was very kind and helping! He recommended a restaurant called ‘Au Relais’ for lunch nearby and it turned out absolutely amazing!!
At last, we really enjoyed the coffee machine in the lobby so cheap and convenient!
GGuest UserHotel has excellent location - once you step out of the hotel you get to see the Eiffel Tower. There are also rooms facing Eiffel Tower. Also has restaurants and a metro station nearby which definitely makes it more convenient.
GGuest UserThe people were fantastic! Very helpful and accommodating and deserve good tips. The location is nice, not that close to EiffelTower but close to park and restaurant choices. You need to learn the metro and bus system in order to visit Paris or if you have a family just Uber. Two big issues: the indoor pool water is cold and my 11 year old refuses to swim in it. A pool was a huge selling point and ended being unusable. The place caters to families, and a 24 hour payable washer and dryer would be very useful on the premises. Otherwise, the beds are very comfortable and I definitely recommend staying there as a couple or with family.
GGuest UserI was surprised to stay in a Paris hotel for my vacation. The room was clean and quiet, which was good for my boyfriend to relax in because we were exhausted from getting around Paris. The staff members were nice and helpful. Btw, the location was kind of scary because it was located on the outskirts of Paris and full of homeless and immigrants. It was not hard to travel to the city centre. You can take a few minutes walk from the hotel to a bus stop which is direct to the city. However, whoever travels by car or bus and chooses to stay at this hotel, I strongly confirm that the hotel also provides security 24/7. So, I would recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserOverall, it is not enough to be considered a 4-star... 2 bottles of water were only filled on the first day and not once for the entire 3 days, and the towels were the same as the first day... The hotel's electricity was turned off on the first day, so you could experience changing rooms in the early morning.
BBCBExcellent location for a visit to Disneyland Paris. They have a free shuttle bus that runs the whole day till 00:40h. If you are by car the parking fee needs to be paid separately. It’s 17 euros a day. Only when booking the hotel room via their own website, the parking is included. That was not clearly stated anywhere. So make sure you add this up to your hotel costs!
The swimming pool is too small without anything that entertains kids. Most of the time it was too crowded in the evening hours, so we could not really enjoy the swimming pool.
The hairdryer in our room was not working properly. We called the reception for a solution but they could not help us in any way. So we went to bed with wet hair. I suggested them to buy a few manual hair dryers for guests in case this would happen again. The receptionist reaction was: yes, let’s see tomorrow…I don’t know if we can…I have never received any feedback from them anymore, not even the next day. So we did not wash our hair after the first day.
The room is pretty small, but I guess that is the standard in Paris. The airconditioning was not working properly. It was too hot in the room so none of us had a good sleep.
Overall the rooms are clean. The breakfast was good. Not much variation, but good enough.
Given the bad service, the condition of the rooms and the high price, I would prefer to stay in other 4-star hotels. You pay for the name (Disney hotel) but not for quality or stars.
