The hotel was extremely clean and the ambiance was modern and cool.
The location was great for me since the train station from the airport was just 6 minutes away and the regular metro was also 7 minutes away, very convenient and a lot of stores and restaurants near by that had authentic food and not tourist traps.
The amenities of the hotel are not much, better bring your own shampoo and conditioner since they give you a one bottle with both and a small bar of soap and that’s it.
1. I was happy with the facilities and cleanliness, but everything in the minibar cost money. The complimentary water bottle was tiny (pic 3), and a bottle at the downstairs bar was 5 Euros (pic 7). Make sure to go down and buy it yourself, as they charge an 8 Euro service fee for delivery, making one bottle 13 Euros.
2. There was an extra charge for ordering an omelet at breakfast.
3. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory.
Very clean hotel. Rooms were clean and fresh. Comfortable mattress. Kind and friendly reception staff (beside departure day). Good location - close proximity to metro line 5. Cons: for the first night I have got smaller room than I booked, there was no heating working - temperature dropped to 17,5 Celsius in the room. I reported that to the reception and the only thing they could do that night was to give me blanket. Next day reception staff changed my room to the standard I booked (double bed) and with heating working. Sink was clogged and doors didn’t close - it was necessary to push them strong. Hotel haven’t proposed me any discount or complimentary service instead of that 12 pm (sharp) got phone call from reception to vacant the room (first time in my life I had sth. like that) - despite the fact a day before reception staff told me I can stay until 13… No complimentary water, coffee or slippers. I don’t have big expectations and usually make some concessions but that time I am rather disappointed.
The rooms are spacious, the environment is great, and parking is convenient. The front desk staff are also very friendly. It's the perfect choice for a trip to Milan. I genuinely recommend everyone to stay here; it's excellent value for money!

Not far from the metro and train stations. The room was nice, a bit old but very clean. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful, although the breakfast selection was quite limited. The bacon and sausage were boiled for the first two days, and the taste was... indescribable.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms and common areas were very clean, which made the experience comfortable and relaxing. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The only reason I didn’t rate this hotel excellent is because of their front of the house staff. On a positive note, we loved this hotel, great location, modern, clean room with good amenities. What fails the hotel is their female receptionists. We came into contact with two of them, both were miserable looking, unfriendly, gave wrong information and set all the wrong time for this great hotel. Well done to trip.com too for offering such a good rate on this booking.

The hotel isn't really within convenient walking distance from the Central Station. It looks close on the map, but Milan's main station is huge, and it takes a long time just to navigate around it.
It's located on a street with many residential buildings, and it feels like most of the ground-floor businesses aren't open, so there aren't many people on the street during the day. It's about a ten-minute walk to the M3 line. There's a bus stop right outside with routes like the 43, which makes it easy to get to the main tourist areas.
The room was very spacious with an industrial design, and the cleanliness was acceptable. Toiletries only included a small bar of soap and a tiny bottle of shower gel, but it was sufficient. The showerhead was oddly low, so you had to hold it by hand to wash your hair.
The soundproofing of the door wasn't great; at night, you could hear luggage and trolleys passing by outside. During the day, there was some construction nearby, so it was a bit noisy in the afternoon, but otherwise, it was fine. There's no 'Do Not Disturb' sign, and you have to specifically ask the front desk for housekeeping, which definitely needs improvement.
I saw many reviews mentioning being on the ground floor, and sure enough, we were too. I'm not sure what kind of strange arrangement this is.
Overall, the price was acceptable for what you get.

Absolutely the central location. Great if you are travelling with a lot of luggage it’s not far from central station, where you can catch the Malpensa Express. The view from the balcony was also fantastic! Really enjoyed my stay here.

MMagsTravelsGreat location close to S.Agostino metro station. Tram station is close by too! Single room was clean and just the right amount of space for a solo traveller. Room can get a little stuffy at night had to open the window for some ventilation. Free bottle of water on the first day was a bonus! Highly recommended :)
GGuest UserAndrea, the PR manager, is definitely the best I met in Milan, Bologna and Parma. He is extremely helpful with excellent hospitality. Thanks to him for avoiding the traffic congestion due to a concert at Duomo and arrange for us a direct transportation to airport at a reasonable price. Andrea is definitely a good reason for us to come back to Milano more often and stay in this hotel.
GGuest UserHotel was really clean and nice. However, I got stuck a night at a tram/bus stop 15 minutes from the hotel on my way back from the city centre because the bus 99 was out of service. I was unfamiliar with the area and didn't speak italian. I called the hotel to ask if they could help call a taxi to pick me and bring me to the hotel. (I was going to pay the taxi obviously ) but they said they couldn't as they weren't allowed to do this. I ended up finally getting back to the hotel at almost 1am, after been assisted by some locals.
林林雷恩RyanThe transportation is convenient, the hotel is very clean, the service staff is professional, shopping is convenient and convenient, and the public security is relatively safe. Except for the high accommodation cost, I am very satisfied with everything else. Will definitely visit again next time!

PpdmnnThis hotel was truly fantastic! The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious, air-conditioned, clean, and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was also delicious. It's definitely a place I'd love to come back to.
SSyed FThe bus shuttle set us on a good path to the hotel. A very convenient service and a good value ticket (attached the schedule) We arrived just past 1am, but the reception team were still very welcoming! We were gone by 6:30 AM but the room was very pleasant and overall a good stay!
