I was a bit worried at first because of all the negative reviews, but it turned out to be pretty good. The decor was clean and simple, and the daily essentials were sufficient. However, as others have mentioned, the bathroom design is truly baffling. There's no drain, so even though there's a faucet next to the toilet for rinsing, the water just flows into the shower area. But then there's a waterproof strip in the shower, so the water can't actually get in. And it's the same if you splash water out of the shower – I have no idea what kind of designer came up with this…
1. I was happy with the facilities and cleanliness, but everything in the minibar cost money. The complimentary water bottle was tiny (pic 3), and a bottle at the downstairs bar was 5 Euros (pic 7). Make sure to go down and buy it yourself, as they charge an 8 Euro service fee for delivery, making one bottle 13 Euros.
2. There was an extra charge for ordering an omelet at breakfast.
3. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory.
The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The location is very convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the subway station. The bathroom was exceptionally large, and I'd highly recommend this hotel if you're traveling with elderly companions. It's equipped with grab bars everywhere and a shower stool, making it very senior-friendly. Plus, there's a large supermarket, Li Do, just a 3-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient.
The room was quite spacious, but the facilities were just average. The hotel's location is a bit too out of the way. For the price, getting such a large room offers decent value for money, though. There's a Conad City supermarket nearby, about a 10-minute walk. The hotel is very close to the S2 train station; it's right outside the exit. However, if you need to get to the M3 subway station, it's a much longer walk, probably around 15 minutes.

Lovely Art Deco hotel a short walk from the central station. Staff very helpful. Sadly bar was shut during our stay, staff said it was closed at weekends which seemed a bit bizarre. Good choice of breakfast items but served in a small area with only one coffee machine so the area was quite congested. Having said all that, would stay here again as close to a number of metro stations. Can recommend also The Kitchen restaurant 10 mins walk away for dinner.

Unfortunately, my stay at Glam Milano was very disappointing.
The room temperature was around 27°C throughout the night, and despite air conditioning being listed as an amenity, no effective cooling was available. I contacted reception multiple times and was told the heating would be turned off, but this never happened. The room remained uncomfortably hot and made proper rest impossible.
I arrived late at night after a 16-hour long-haul flight and had no realistic alternative but to stay, despite the conditions. To make matters worse, I was also required to pay an additional fee on arrival, which felt unacceptable given the circumstances.
A hotel at this price point should be able to regulate room temperature properly or at least resolve issues when guests raise them. The lack of solution, combined with poor handling of complaints, significantly impacted my stay.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values comfort, rest, or responsive service.

I stayed here in July with my friend. The hotel location is really convenient (5 mins walk to the main station). For two people the room size is good, amenities etc however at night it got really cold and spare duvets were not provided (had the AC on the entire night as my friend needed it). It would be useful for duvets to be stored in the cupboards already as we had to make a phone call around 2am for it which took a while to come. Reception staff were nice, stored our luggage and umbrellas were provided for the day.

Oh my goodness, this place is absolutely amazing! Out of all the hotels I've stayed at in Europe, this is by far my favorite. It's super close to the train station, just a ten-minute walk, and the subway station is only two streets away. The room is incredibly spacious! And the breakfast is absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!

Absolutely the central location. Great if you are travelling with a lot of luggage it’s not far from central station, where you can catch the Malpensa Express. The view from the balcony was also fantastic! Really enjoyed my stay here.

Very clean and well kept, considerably new. It seems like quite a popular spot as we weren’t able to check in early when we arrived around 1 pm. I really like the washroom and it was very clean just like at home. The location is not bad, quite near the metro as well. However, I don’t think there are a lot of amenities. Would definitely rebook if I was to come back to Milan in the near future as the price was reasonable and I had a very good rest.
The location is good, it is near Naviglio Grande where is beautiful and many restaurants around. The staff are nice, they are very helpful to call taxi and even contact the hospital when my son was sick in one night. The cleaning staff is responsible and tidy the room good.
Nice hotel in the heart of Milan 500m from the Duomo, 347 restaurants and likely as many stores. The rooms and common areas are nicely designed with quality materials. The rooms are well designed with nice large bathrooms and especially rain showers. They have among the most comfortable bathrobes I've ever had at a hotel. That's why it's a mystery to me that the same hotel has the most pathetic pillows l've ever had short of a Super-8 motel. One is too thin and hard and the other is too soft and light. It's time to upgrade to one foam and one down pillow. The other great mystery is the hair dryer. I think the Dollar Store wall-mounted models actually provide more heat and power. The breakfast room is where the hits and misses continue. Nice full buffet with a wide array of fruits, breads, charcuterie, cheeses, viennoiseries and cereals. The super automatic espresso machine with fresh milk and beans visible through glass is one of the best l've ever seen. You'll notice I didn't mentions eggs, bacon and sausages in the buffet. They have all three but the quality lies somewhere between prison and hospital grade. The powdered eggs are terrible and if they aren't powdered but actually fresh, that's even worse. The bacon is a processed pancetta saltier than sardines. The halal sausages completed the trifecta. Getting back to the hits, the hotel is clean and the staff is dedicated. The rooftop bar is second to few in Milan. It may appear over priced at first with a 23€ minimum charge for all cocktails as a price of admission but that includes three high quality amuse-bouche croquettes. It was more than enough to later save on appetizers at local restaurants. The live DJ was spinning up a nice vibe and the people were as beautiful as the views. The restaurant was fully booked and fully priced so we didn't stay for dinner. The self-park down the street at 28€ per day was reasonable as were the mini-bar prices. The misses are easy to fix so we'll be back to check on their progress.
The hotel is nearby bus stop and behind the hotel there got urban train station. Thus accessible to the down town seamlessly. The room is very big, roof is high and provided large bed and bathroom.
I booked this place without recommendations, but this hotel was more than every expectation. Perfect location-on walking distance from Corso Vittorio Emanuele. Great friendly staff, kindly and professional. Tasty breakfast, clean comfortable room, with coffee machine. Yesterday I asked for recommended restaurant near to the hotel, not touristy oriented and the receptionist wrote for me list of four local restaurants around the hotel. I visited ”Miscusi”, small nice restaurant specialised on pasta. With great prices. I think to come back to Palazzo Viridis. Highly recommend!
Good location for both terminals, very accommodating with a good shuttle service, or a 30-40 min walk to either terminal, spacious clean basic rooms, not much to do in the area though, back to the airport is the best link to get anywhere, use Case Nuovo for the airport shuttle
