It is the best hotel and the best service. The staffs are lovely and polite. I got upgraded room because of honey moon. The room is very clean, comfortable bed. The breakfast is delicious, there are many choices. I have to thank you guys.
The hotel is conveniently located a 10-minute walk from JR Nagasaki Station, with some rooms offering distant views of the station. The lobby is bright and spacious, offering complimentary morning coffee and a microwave for guests. The self-check-in kiosks are very user-friendly; you just enter your booking number, and with Chinese language options, the check-in process is seamless and free of any language barriers. A 7-Eleven convenience store is conveniently located right next to the lobby, perfect for grabbing snacks and essentials. Our room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. As a welcoming gesture, the mini-fridge contained two complimentary bottles of water and two mango puddings. A complimentary hot spring ticket was also provided. We managed to book this room during a 618 sale event for under 600 a night, which was absolutely fantastic value for money! Overall, a five-star experience; I highly recommend staying here.
The location is superb, directly connected to the JR station and a large shopping mall, offering abundant dining and shopping choices. All major attractions are easily accessible by bus right from the hotel entrance.
To reach the hotel, take the airport limousine bus directly from Exit 5 of the airport. For your return trip, the airport bus stop is conveniently located just a 3-5 minute walk across a pedestrian bridge. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes one way, and timetables are available at the front desk.
The hotel's concierge service is excellent; they can help book the Mt. Inasa night view tour. This is very convenient as it includes pick-up and drop-off right at the hotel entrance, lasts about 80 minutes, and costs 2000 JPY per person.
As noted by many reviewers, the rooms are exceptionally spacious with great views, and feature excellent water pressure and strong air conditioning.
We were pleasantly surprised to find that we were staying in a resort-style independent house. The dinner and breakfast we ordered were delivered directly to the room. The staff were very friendly and took care of our needs. The front desk staff could communicate in English and Cantonese. It is the first choice for self-driving.
The most surprising discovery of this trip to Japan was the half-water raft of the hotel! From the moment you step into the courtyard, the simple Japanese-style architecture is interesting with the flowing water, as if you have entered an ink painting. The room layout is full of Zen, the tatami is clean and soft, and the dry landscape courtyard outside the window is quiet and elegant, making people instantly relieve the fatigue of the journey.
The service is impeccable, the staff is kind and professional, and the Japanese hospitality is conveyed with intimate details. Kaiseki cuisine for dinner is artistic, and each dish is carefully prepared with seasonal ingredients, with a full sense of color and fragrance, and the dining process is full of rituals. The freshly ground matcha for breakfast with exquisite refreshments awakens the taste buds.
The location of the pavilion is also very good, the surrounding attractions are within walking distance and convenient for travel. At night, I fell asleep with insects and woke up in the early morning in the bird's eye view. This slow life is unforgettable. Highly recommended to friends who want to experience Japanese style in depth, the half-water raft will definitely become the warmest memory of your trip!
We enjoyed to stay. Hotel staff members are very friendly and kind. Breakfast buffet at hotel are good as well. I just didn’t know about free shuttle from station to hotel at the beginning. If I know early, I did not walk extras and save energy. Otherwise we are very happy to stay there.
Although the hotel is located on the mountain, there is a regular shuttle service from the hotel to Nagasaki Station and back. The hotel staff is also very friendly and helpful. I would vote for this hotel if you do not mind the inconvenience of the hotel located in the mountain.
The room was a little on the small side. It featured a tatami-style bed, which made for quite a novel and enjoyable sleeping experience. The location is excellent, very close to Chinatown, with plenty of food options nearby.
The room wasn't large, but it had a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast service was attentive, although the selection of items was not extensive. Many Japanese guests, both young and elderly, were staying at the hotel; I gathered this from conversations I overheard during breakfast. Its location is quite good, being close to everything.
Nice clean but old hotel. It is quite dated but the rooms are big and the view is very nice. About 15 mins from the station. They have shuttle service. Be sure ask them about their shuttle schedule especially if you have luggages.

꾸꾸꾸야아This hotel definitely ranks among the best I've ever visited. While the meal prices were a bit on the higher side, enjoying delicious food with an incredible ocean view made it entirely worth the cost. I loved being able to watch the sunrise right from my room, and the hotel even provides a shuttle to the lighthouse so you can catch the sunset too. The hot spring facilities were superb; I spent an entire day exploring all the different onsens and saunas. The complimentary cafe, where you can grind your own beans for fresh coffee, was another lovely touch.

GGuest UserTo be honest, I booked it without doing any detailed research or knowing the location, but based it on the price and the name value of ANA.
Recently, whenever I stay in a city, except in hot spring areas, I usually stay at business hotels of major chains.
I arrived at the hotel by taxi. As soon as the taxi door opened, a staff member immediately ran over to me and greeted me politely. After that, another staff member was at the automatic door and opened it just in time for me to walk by, as expected! I was impressed with the ANA hotel and the ”hotel” after such a long time. When I arrived at my room, I was surprised to see that Glover Garden was behind it! In front of the hotel was the pier. It was the best location to feel Nagasaki. The staff's service was first-rate. The entire building was clean, and the hotel's location and the view from the room were perfect. The restaurant on the second floor was delicious despite being reasonably priced for a hotel. I had no complaints about anything about my stay. I will definitely return.
TTo Eat and To TravelThe now-Emperor of Japan stayed here when he was still the Prince. Not the most new and fancy hotel in the area, but still has its unique charm. Our room was by the lake which the sunset can be viewed from the balcony (but unfortunately we missed it due to arriving too late). Service was great, staff have good English. The breakfast was definitely the highlight, the food was nice and the view from the venue was very pleasant. Our plan didn’t have dinner but I am sure it would be just as good.
WWanzizhiThe hotel is so beautiful, you can overlook the whole of Kujukushima. Yumihari Observatory is just on the right hand side of the hotel. You can walk a little way to get there, but there are too many bees🐝, which is a bit scary. The public bath is made of transparent glass, you can enjoy the scenery outside while taking a bath, and you will feel relaxed. The room is large and quiet. The hotel is renovated not long ago. The buffet dinner is 220 yuan per person, and the dishes are very good👏
CCL WooThe hotel is on the mountain, the traffic is inconvenient, there is a shuttle bus, but it is neglected, I chose the morning and evening buffet, the taste is general, all are not high-end ingredients, the hotel interior decoration is old, the staff service attitude is very good, the male soup has to take the elevator to the 2nd floor, and then go down two stairs. The elderly are not very convenient. The big bath is not a natural hot spring, it is tap water. I chose the city view room and the view of Nagasaki is very good. The shuttle bus is the name of the sister hotel, be careful. Get on the bus at the west exit w2.
