Spacious rooms, but only with separate beds. I like to sleep with my wife in the same bed, but in the room I had to sleep separately. This is a small disadvantage. They didn't clean the room even once for 3 days. Great breakfast, everything was excellent. The public bath was clean and spacious. I liked the yukatas that were given to me. The washing machines are located in the public bathhouse and are not available after 11 p.m. There is also no banknote exchange machine in the laundry room. The hotel is located far from the railway and it would be great to organize a transfer from the railway station to the hotel. Overall, I really enjoyed it. Пляж в 5 минутах ходьбы. Завтрак великолепный -есть смузи, мороженое, морепродукты и много всего другого.

The hotel is in a great location, just five or six minutes away from the Ureshino Bus Center, where you can take the express bus to Fukuoka or Nagasaki. It is ten minutes away from the shops, with large supermarkets and drugstores (tax-free for purchases over 5,500 yen) The tenth floor of the hotel is the hot spring bathhouse, which is open from 7 am to 11 am. It is divided into open-air and indoor areas, which is very comfortable. The hotel room is also very spacious, and three people live very comfortably. In addition, disposable socks are provided, which saves the trouble of washing socks 😀

The design of the hotel is very unique, with artistic enjoyment, and the food is quite Kaiseki style, without any special features. The slightly better menus have to be paid separately, which I haven't seen in other hot spring hotels of this level. There is also an additional fee for tea ceremony, which is a pity.

The hotel service is first-class, the environment is quiet, the hot spring is surrounded by mountains, and you can hear the gurgling water while soaking in the hot spring, which is very special. The food was of a very high standard and both morning and evening meals were delicious. Will stay again.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, especially if your budget allows for it! The room windows offer direct views of the moat, and the hotel is incredibly close to attractions like the hot air balloon festival grounds and shrines. **Transportation:** From Saga Station, you can take the Showa Bus (towards Karatsu) directly to the hotel. Alternatively, the most convenient option is to simply take a taxi. **Service:** I absolutely have to commend the hotel's front desk staff! They were an enormous help! Due to heavy rains in the Kyushu region, I found myself stranded in Saga and had difficulty getting around. I wanted to arrange for my luggage to be sent directly to my next hotel in Fukuoka. A lady wearing glasses at the front desk was exceptionally helpful in assisting me with filling out the Takkyubin (luggage delivery service) forms. Even though the courier company ultimately couldn't guarantee delivery to my next hotel before my departure due to the heavy rain, the hotel staff's assistance was invaluable and greatly appreciated! **Dining:** When it's too hot in summer, taking a break at the hotel's first-floor cafe, sipping coffee and enjoying the views, is a fantastic way to relax. (The Baumkuchen is delicious!)

Both breakfast and dinner were terrible, leaving me starving at night. I'd highly recommend bringing your own food, especially since there are no 7-Elevens or convenience stores nearby. However, the hot spring water was absolutely fantastic; it left my skin feeling incredibly smooth and soft! The hot springs get a perfect 10/10. As for the food, it simply wasn't up to par!

The room needs a ball car to pick up and drop off. The beautiful environment and the service staff are friendly and welcoming. The clean outdoor hot springs are my favorite. The three-day stay is delicious and delicious.

The east building of the hotel is newer and has better facilities. It has a large bath, spa facilities, swimming pools, etc. Private baths require reservations and fees. The hotel staff is warm and friendly. The exterior of the hotel on the seaside is very design-oriented and has a nice view. The hotel has free shuttle buses to the bus center near JR East Karatsu Station and Karatsu Castle, which require reservations. If you want to go to Karatsu Station, you can ask the front desk to help call a taxi, which costs more than 1,000 yen.

The hotel's sound insulation is relatively poor, and the neighbors are noisy at night. The hotel is newly built, the facilities are relatively new, and the bed is quite comfortable. You can make an appointment for a private bath, and there are two rooms. I didn't experience the large bath because I have a tattoo. The desserts at the entrance of the hotel are delicious, and the hotel provides self-service Ureshino tea, which is also good.
