I stayed at Isann Lodge Hotel for 3 nights. The territory is like a tropical garden. There are lots of different authentic sculptures and interesting stuff. Very beautiful! The interior is very nice, everything is made of wood, the furniture looks like it's handmade. The staff is helpful. They serve nice breakfasts. I really liked this place and would recommend it to everyone.

The main reason for choosing this hotel is to charter a car with friends from nearby hostels. The location of the hotel is quite good, there is a supermarket within a 1-minute walk, a 10-minute walk from the bar street, and it takes less than 5 minutes to get to LUCKY MALL. There are many breakfast places and small restaurants around the hotel. Compared with the surrounding houses, the hotel is very high-end atmosphere, mainly white, giving people a fresh and bright feeling. The room is large, with all the items available, the bathroom is great, and there is a small balcony where you can have breakfast in the room. The service staff are very enthusiastic and always greet with a smile on their faces. The hotel breakfast is also very good, you can choose Chinese or Western style, and finally will have fruit. The rooms are on the inner side, so you will not hear the noise of the street and sleep very quietly at night. The 3-day chartered car will be very tiring during the whole itinerary, so you must have a room with a bathtub. Come back at night to take a bath to relieve fatigue. Overall this hotel is very good, the only thing that annoys me a bit is the problem of the airport transfer. The hotel said that it would cost $10 to pick up the airport, and Ctrip's customer service said the same thing, but on other websites, it was clearly stated that the free pick-up and drop-off machine was free. Later, after negotiating with the hotel again, it agreed to the free pick-up (one way). But since the Youth Hostel can provide discounted airport pick-up, I want to change the one-way free service to airport drop-off, and confirm everything OK with the hotel email. As a result, the driver went to pick me up that day, and the hotel even forgot to inform the driver, so I had to take the hotel car and leave. After communication, the hotel finally agreed to give me a free airport drop off. Although it was a tuk-tuk, it was so cool that I was cold wearing long sleeves haha. Although it was a little episode, it was solved successfully. I am very satisfied. I would highly recommend this hotel if I have friends.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The people from the reception were very attentive and supportive and helped us to book a tuk tuk for a day tour in Angkor wat. They gave us welcome drinks too. Overall was a 5 but I was a little bit frustrated because I wanted to use the gym but the gym was open from 7 am to 7 pm. That made it imposible for me to use it after a long day tour or before a tour because we arrived to late or we had to leave early. In every hotel we stayed the gym is open until 10 pm, so that people can use it after dinner but they close it at 7 pm…. I hope they can extend the opening hours. The breakfast was great ok.

First of all, I would like to note the friendliness of the staff, they greeted us like family)). Welcome drink, cold towel upon check-in, we arrived in the morning and our room was ready, we didn't have to wait. Smiles and desire to help with any issue were sincere. The atmosphere in the hotel was conducive to relaxation, you want to come back here again and again. Beautiful interior, cleanliness, delicious food in the restaurant, location of the hotel - I liked everything. There is a hairdryer, kettle, refrigerator, two bottles of water, green tea, black tea, coffee, cream, sugar, you can brew lemongrass and ginger. The territory is green, vases with lotus flowers are always fresh, it is very beautiful in the hotel and around. In the bathroom there is a very nice shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body scrub (I really liked it, the skin after it is smooth, pleasant). The scrub can be bought at the reception, the cost is $ 12 for a large jar. Wonderful SPA salon. We took the program for the March 8 holiday. Our booking included a $15 deposit for the program and 2.5 hours of relaxation cost only $30. Pedicure $15. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk across the bridge to Pub Street and Old Market. Everything is nearby: shops, cafes, pharmacies. I will return to this hotel again. I recommend it for accommodation. Thanks to the staff for the warm welcome.

AAnonymous UserOne of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff was amazing, especially the girls working at the reception. Every request was taken care of, we were allowed an early check-in and a late check out. The food of the restaurant have some dishes with fair prices and I also liked their breakfast ( Ps: try their banana vanilla smoothie ;-) ) . The swimming pool side is also very nice, it’s not the biggest I’ve seen but you have enough place to swim and enjoy the water. The free shuttle to the center is also a good point because the hotel is not really close to pub street, but even booking a grab is cheap. I recommend 100%

11507245****There's an elevator, and it wasn't overly crowded. The parties downstairs generally quieted down after 11 PM. Its location near the bar street makes it very convenient for getting around. Plus, there's a 24/7 convenience store right downstairs.

GGuest UserSala Lodges in the enchanting city of Siem Reap is nothing short of a hidden gem that boasts not only of charming aesthetics but also of exceptional service that made our stay unforgettable. Nestled quietly away, this hotel provided a tranquil retreat that was much needed during our travel. The service at Sala Lodges was commendable, embodying the true spirit of hospitality. The staff were attentive, approachable, and consistently willing to assist us in organizing our trips around Siem Reap, making the overall experience hassle-free and enjoyable. A special shoutout to the Swiss owners who were genuinely amiable and made us feel warmly welcomed. As for the accommodations, the rooms in Sala Lodges were a delightful surprise. Each room bore discrete charm with its tasteful decoration, seamlessly blending traditional and contemporary elements. The authentic Khmer old houses are full of charm, yet modern and well preserved. The hotel’s kitchen offered a menu that might seem simple at a glance but was satisfyingly delightful upon tasting. Every dish we tried was prepared well, with fresh ingredients and flavors that are comforting yet exciting to the palate. The breakfast, in particular, deserves an extra note of praise for being consistently good, providing a delightful start to our days of exploration. Adding to the hotel’s allure was the inviting swimming pool, serving as a refreshing sanctuary after a day of touring the magical temples and vibrant markets of Siem Reap. During the wet season, the atmosphere around Sala Lodges was even more calming and soothing, with the soft sound of rain providing a comforting backdrop to our stay. To sum it up, our experience at Sala Lodges was nothing short of magical. From the excellent service to the beautifully appointed rooms and delightful meals, every aspect of the hotel contributed to a stay that was serene, comfortable, and absolutely enjoyable. Whether you’re traveling in the wet season or not, Sala Lodges offers a cosy retreat that will surely enhance your Siem Reap adventure. Highly recommended!

IIvan-2Very interesting rustic/colonial vibe to the hotel. I was not able to use all the facilities because I was only there for 1 night but overall I thought it was great. Helpful staff that allowed me to leave my luggage at the front desk in advance of my check-in time and good location as far as I was concerned.

KKevin Taylor 1983Superb hotel which is made even more accommodating by fabulous staff that go out of their way to ensure you have an amazing stay. Location: 3 minutes walk from bar street and market area which is close enough not to hear any of the night time noise yet be in the middle of the wonderful Siem reap night scene. Perfect proximity for myself with a young family. Hotel: medium sized hotel well maintained and very clean. Pool is good sized and perfect for to chill out after a long day at the temples or markets. Rooms are excellent quality and perfect for my family. Staff: Top marks for the staff, truly an unforgettable experience and I have stayed in many 5 star hotels worldwide. The service surpassed anything I had ever experienced, staff would be there immediately when you arrived at any point In the day with cold towels and water for your convenience. They were forever helpful with any requests and would always go above and beyond to ensure your stay was perfect. This is an outstanding hotel team and made the stay 100% better as we felt like part of the family. Food: Breakfast menu has lots of variety and we tried most during the stay and all were great quality and very tasty. Set menu was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the traditional Khmer set to taste the local cuisines. The hand made nuts they have for sale and also come free with a drink from the bar are moreish and I had to purchase 3 bags to take home to keep my family happy. Overall… I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is wishing for a comfortable and homely stay in Siem Reap who doesn’t want the chaos of the city centre but still wants to be close enough to easily walk there and back for shopping/food/drinking. Thank you Khmer mansion for making our stay unforgettable! The Taylor Family

__louI really enjoyed our stay at the Boutiqie Indochine d'Angkor for several reasons: 💲It was so affordable - the rooms were not perfect (water pressure in the shower wasn't great, and the floors were a little uneven), but given the price, i was extremely comfortable. 😀 Friendly and helpful staff. 😴 A quieter part of time meant we could rest easy without any loud music, though still just a 15 min walk to town and close to some nice restaurants. 💻 Decent wifi so I could get my work done. 🛺 Still close to the main road, so it was so easy to hail a tuktuk to get to Angkor Wat. 🏊♂️ pool was nice and they did same day laundry for us at a very affordable price 🚲 they also rented us bikes, they weren't the most comfortable, but it was really convenient.

SSteven Timothy RoweThe first night I was put in a room with an air conditioner that was running but never cooled. The next room had a family of very loud people that went most of the night. The staff is friendly and attentive, but obtrusive. I was moved to another room which had excellent air conditioning and was comfortable. I have lived extensively in SE Asia and am familiar with the culture. However, always being asked,”Where are you going,” or “What are you doing?” Made me feel very uncomfortable. Simply tell guests that if they need anything or have any questions to please ask, instead of feeling interrogated each time I walked in and out of the hotel. The girl that served in the dining room had a warm smile and was very kind and she always tried to serve well and did great. The days she was off, it was an uncomfortable awkward experience just trying to have a simple breakfast. Just trying to get salt or getting condiments so that I could eat my food while it was hot, was almost impossible. As an exercise swimmer, the pool was very unclear at first. I asked if it could be cleaned and their was resistance to do so. Eventually it was cleaned and later it was much better. I booked my room for two and my girlfriend was only able to be with me part of the time. One evening when I walked into reception with her, the guy was rude and disrespectful and interrogating us both. It was a very uncomfortable and unacceptable situation. I had booked it for two weeks. Two days before I left, one evening, there was a rat running on the soffit near the ceiling. I didn’t complain about it because my stay was nearly finished and I don’t know what they would even try to do to remedy the situation. The balconies are nice and overall it was quiet and peaceful.

Nneelie09The rooms are unique and the interior is very ”Cambodia feels”. Rooms are also spacious, comfortable and affordable. Love their balcony with pool view. There is no elevator so you may consider 1st floor rooms if you have luggages. Though they will help you carry your things. Location wise - can take tuktuk to go to places such as the night market and pub street. The only downside: Swimming pool wasn't maintained well and it not so inviting to swim (hope they able to maintain it and maximize the good ambiance of the pool). Other items in the room are not well maintained such as the water kettle is rusty and the bathrobes got holes/tears. Love their lobby/receiving area too. It is very cozy area and love the scents! Staff are very welcoming and very polite despite of the communication barrier. They are very patient. The phone in my original room wasn't working and asked for replacement since I may need the phone during my stay. I appreciate Trey for stepping out and settled the issue. They have good food as well. They even packed my breakfast when one of my tour started at 0430hr. They also offer complimentary foot massage and discounts for food/bar and spa. I was able to try their Khmer Massage at La Dear Spa on my last night. I recommend Vanra for the relaxing spa experience.
