Although it's a Hilton property, it's clearly a franchised location. Some rooms were under renovation, and the smell was so pungent it made my eyes water. We had to request a room change before it got a bit better. The hotel is quite far from the city center, so you have to rely on public transportation. It's at the bus terminal, which limits travel times. **Cleanliness**: The room was very clean and spacious, with no noise at night. **Service**: The staff were friendly, and communication in English was not an issue. **Amenities**: The facilities are relatively new, but some rooms are undergoing renovation.

My room faced the quieter street side. The room furnishings are new, everything is very well-maintained, and the fact that the hotel is integrated into a former brewery gives it an architectural advantage. The service staff is adequately friendly. The location is a bit out of the way, but you know that when you book; public and free transportation to the airport and city center is right in front of the hotel.

I loved the hotel. I found it beautiful. It has a gorgeous old elevator, and the room was spacious, very clean, with a view of the square across the street. The staff were extremely friendly; they even brought us fruit after we checked in. Highly recommended. It's an old hotel, but everything works perfectly, and it retains the charm of the past. I would definitely stay there again.

A mid-range business hotel. Not luxurious, but it offers all the necessary amenities. Small gym and sauna. Breakfast is satisfactory. Silent, convenient location for Kirchberg area.

Everything about this hotel was satisfying, from its location and cleanliness to the service and amenities. All the staff who greeted us at check-in were incredibly kind and lovely, which made for a wonderful start to our trip in Luxembourg. The room was a bit small, but it felt like a palace compared to the UK hotels we stayed in afterward. I also really enjoyed being able to use Rituals products. When I mentioned that my sister's birthday fell during our stay, they gave her a lovely birthday surprise, which made it a truly memorable experience. 🥰

The single room I booked was clean, but quite small and simple - I would even call it spartan. The staff was not very friendly; I would have expected a bit more. Still, I was not turned away :). The location is convenient, close to both the historical center and the European Quarter. I would stay there again, but without any high expectations.

The transportation is convenient, close to the airport with a metro to the city and a bus to the city. All public transport is free, except for the hotel's parking which costs money. Breakfast is good. There's a 50€ deposit required at check-in by credit card. You get a free drink if you opt out of room cleaning, but towel changes are still available. There's a 24-hour self-service shop. If you're hungry, items start from 18€, and staff can heat them up for you to eat in your room.

The room was really spacious, with a lovely small lawn outside the window that looked like a prairie. It was super convenient to take the free shuttle into town to explore. We stayed out until past 10 PM, then took three different buses back. Even though it was summer, I was practically freezing by the time we got back in the middle of the night. One thing I definitely have to commend the hotel for: I accidentally left my car keys on the sofa by the entrance and only realized they were missing when I got back late. I rushed to the front desk, and even though the shift had changed, they thankfully found them in a drawer. Even more coincidentally, I met the family who found the keys right there at the front desk. Everyone was so kind, and I'm incredibly grateful. Losing them would have absolutely ruined our entire trip!

Getting here from the airport is easy by bus, and from the city center, you can take a tram or bus. We arrived at night and surprisingly, I couldn't find the lobby right away – it's actually combined with the most prominent restaurant. The room was spacious and the facilities were new, with air conditioning. Several Novotel hotels I've stayed at in Europe seem to use Rituals bath products. Although there's no free bottled water, there's a water dispenser on each floor by the elevators, which even offers sparkling water. The sparkling water was incredibly bubbly and ice-cold, which was really refreshing. Breakfast is on the first floor, offering a standard European spread. The dairy products were decent, but the bread was just okay, and the air conditioning was set too cold.
