The hotel is in a good location, the staff are generally friendly, the facilities are average, and the price is reasonable. Things to note: [1] Choose a room facing Liverpool Street. Otherwise, the sound from the nearby bar is deafening and you won't be able to fall asleep until 4 a.m. [2] The staff basically only speaks Spanish. Bring a translator. Otherwise, it will be impossible to communicate.

The room was clean. The shower pressure and temperature were good. However, there was a gap in the door, allowing water to leak out. In the room I stayed in, the toilet wouldn't refill, so there was a limit to its use.

Location and Hotel in general is great! Room city views are beautiful. Shared amenities with Double Tree, swimming pool has extra cost. Some personnel attitude a little dissapointing. Overall a nice experience.

Beautiful hotel, great location, but unfortunately, the noise makes it extremely difficult to recommend staying here. The music from the rooftop bar starts getting louder around 6 PM and continues until approximately 2 AM, and it seems to get progressively louder throughout the night. It was genuinely impossible to relax or sleep in our room. We were even given earplugs, but they did very little to help. If you plan to be out until 2 AM every night, you may not notice it. But if you are looking for a relaxing hotel where you can come back, unwind, and get a good night’s sleep, this is honestly a terrible experience. We also booked a Deluxe King room but were put in a Queen room for our first night. We were not able to get into the correct room category that we booked until after 5PM the following day because the Deluxe King room was ”not yet clean.” No upgrade or compensation was given for this mistake. It’s a shame because the property is beautiful but a hotel room that you cannot reasonably sleep or relax. I would strongly recommend asking about the noise before booking.

The location is great. Many cafes and restaurants to visit, or just to walk around and appreciate the architecture of the area. The rooftop bar looks awesome, and the gym is sufficient. Definitely a great option, especially considering that it has a little kitchen and fridge. The hotel also has a laundry/drying machine in certain floors. The check-in is a bit late (3pm); although they say if there is a room available, they will allow you to check-in earlier. Interestingly, I waited in the lobby for around 1 hour since I didn't have much to do. All people who arrive who were non-latino were given a room, all Hispanic people were asked to wait. Maybe was a coincidence? Also, be mindful that taxis are not allowed to stop in front of the hotel since it is in front of an avenue.

This hotel is great for an overnight stay at Terminal 1. The room facilities were all good, and they even kindly offered complimentary beer at check-in. Just a heads-up: as of [Month, 202*], the entire Terminal 1 is undergoing major renovations, and the signage is very unclear. I had to ask several people for directions, and saying 'Marriott' seemed to be more recognizable to the locals.

The room exceeded expectations and regretted staying for two days on the weekend. A family of three set two bedrooms and two bathrooms, Trip.com wrote 70 square meters, it feels more than, it is estimated that the area is used, the child is very satisfied with his own space. Modern accommodation in a great area for exploring Mexico city for a day or two. It's not a hotel so obviously the service is totally different than you'd expect For cleanliness and?overall amenities..But it's totally ok for a good night sleep and a convenient, safe, and nice location to stay. Wish they could PayPal bit attention to details, for example in trio.com?app it says the room had a?balcony and when we arrived we didn't even have windows. Exhausted from a long trip we didn't want to cause trouble but that could have been advised earlier. We were two people but only had one hand towel so that was an inconvenience that could have probably been avoided of the management would pay a birthday more attention to the bookings. Overall ok stay for an one night stop-over in Mexico city. Walking distance to restaurants and nice Polanco area day off night.

It is located along the main Reforma avenue. I think the location is relatively safe. The exterior of the building has a slightly eccentric Day of the Dead illustration on the wall. The interior of the lobby has a stylish feel. Contrary to the eccentric illustration, all the staff were very polite and helpful. The room is old, but it is clean. No refrigerator or toothbrush. I didn't really understand how to use the security box. Considering the safety of the location, I think this is a good value hotel.
