We enjoyed our stay at Lake Hotel. We had a view of Taal Lake (and Taal Volcano) and enjoyed having coffee with that view. Food is great and service is superb. Waiters were readily available - assisting us to bring our plate back from the buffet table and helping bring up our bags as there were no elevators. Location is great - Conti’s beside the hotel and other restaurants to the left and right. Wish I was able to swim. Great view of Taal from the pool

_nonameatallIt is always a pleasure to be back at Sotogrande Batangas!
This was my third visit, and it has truly become my ”go-to” sanctuary in Batangas whenever I need to relax and de-stress. My post-birthday celebration was just as perfect as I hoped it would be.
What keeps me coming back is the consistently high standard of service. Your employees are not only the epitome of professionalism but are also incredibly kind and thoughtful. A special thank you to Ms. Cess for always accommodating me so warmly—your dedication is a huge part of why the service here is so exceptional.
I also have to mention the dining—the food is consistently on cue and sobrang sarap! I’m already looking forward to my next breakfast there.
While the pool area remains the ultimate stress reliever for me, I have two small suggestions: it would be amazing to have a jacuzzi installed in the future, and perhaps a more discreet entrance/exit to the pool area, as walking through the restaurant to get there can feel a bit awkward!
Overall, this remains the best hotel experience I’ve had so far. Thank you for making my birthday celebration so memorable. I will definitely be back soon and will continue to recommend you to all my friends and family!

Kareen DPI rarely leave voluntary feedback for hotels we stay at,
but this one definitely deserves it.
Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didn’t say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out.
The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we weren’t able to try most of the restaurant’s menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels we’ve stayed at. 😁 We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.

Anonymous UserWe had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay! It's one of the most family-friendly hotels we've visited. The amenities were excellent, especially the kiddie pool, which our kids absolutely loved. The farm activities were a huge hit too. They were fun, interactive, and gave the little ones a chance to experience something different. We also enjoyed the complimentary movie night, which was a nice way to end the day.
The breakfast buffet had a good variety of delicious food, and everything was well-prepared. Our room was also very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay even more relaxing.
Overall, Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay is a great choice for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway. We'll definitely be back!

Guest UserReally enjoyed our stay at Seda Nuvali. We got upgraded and stayed at two nice and spacious rooms. The facilities were excellent: the gym, pool, and game room. The large mall complex was also just across. Breakfast selection was also good and enjoyable. We hurriedly left our room in a mess to attend a wedding and came back to it clean and organized. Great job by the housekeeping staff. We felt so embarrassed leaving it that way. Only down side was that parking was open so the car was exposed to the sun and very hot. The nearer parking area was also full often so at times we had to use the farther parking lot.

Summit Ridge Tagaytay, in my opinion, is quite good. However, there are a few things that are not my cup of tea.
Negative points:
1. This is my main concern. I found myself waking up every hour, especially when noisy vehicles passed by. Although there’s not much that can be done about it, I had to wear noise-cancelling headphones while sleeping.
2. Breakfast selection is just average. Enough to get you through the morning.
3. The bottom part of the shower door wasn’t properly sealed, so water leaked out every time I took a shower.
4. The weirdest issue was with the water. The faucet water for brushing teeth and washing my face smelled fine, but sometimes the shower water had a slightly unpleasant odor. Not dirty, just odd.
Positive points:
1. My favorite thing about Summit Ridge Tagaytay is the view. I love that they have a sky lounge where you can take clear photos of Taal Lake. During the day, you can enjoy the lake view, and in the evening, you can capture a beautiful golden hour.
2. Great access to supermarkets, restaurants, and many other good spots nearby.
3. Free drinking water is a nice plus.
4. The amenities are also quite good, they even have swings in the lobby.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, the linens smelled fresh, and the amenities were complete. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it perfect for resting. The staff members were friendly and accommodating. From check‑in to check‑out, the service was smooth. The food options were good, and the quality was satisfying. The breakfast selection had a nice variety, and everything tasted fresh. The pool and common areas were clean and well-kept. A great staycation spot for relaxation and comfort. I would definitely consider returning in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant getaway.

Dada LorenzoOverall, our stay at Club Balai Isabel was enjoyable, especially because of the beautiful lakefront view. We booked a lakefront room, and waking up to Taal Volcano right in front of our door was definitely the highlight of our trip.
However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The room seems quite old, and the floor was very dusty. Even after housekeeping cleaned it, the dust was still noticeable. Whenever our feet got wet, they would immediately become dirty from walking on the floor.
The bathroom also had an unpleasant odor. I’m not sure if it’s because the property is close to the lake, but the smell was noticeable throughout our stay.
The internet connection was also weak. We had to call the front desk to report the poor signal before it improved.
The swimming pools were fun, and our daughter had the best time, which made the trip worthwhile. However, after swimming, we all experienced itchiness. We stayed on a Saturday when the resort was quite crowded, so perhaps the pools need to be cleaned or monitored more frequently during busy days.
Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay because of the stunning scenery and the family-friendly atmosphere. With better housekeeping, improved bathroom maintenance, stronger Wi-Fi, and more frequent pool maintenance, the experience would be much better.
