Overall was a good experience! Only issue was there is no microwave in your hotel room so when you and your family come back from a nice dinner or just have leftovers in general you have to go to the main lobby where there is only one microwave inside a cabinet for everyone in the hotel to use! Now here’s my real issue….inside that cabinet…not microwave just to be clear…. was a dead roach….we immediately alerted the staff and they were shocked just as we were! Staff said they would handle it so with good faith the next morning my kids were hungry went back down to that same microwave and the roach was still there‼️‼️‼️
It is still very good to sleep at the transit station of the trip! The hotel is very new, and the bedding is very comfortable, which is the quality of Marriott. Hotel parking is 22 dollars a day, but the opposite parking building is only 6 dollars, and they usually recommend guests to park diagonally opposite. It was 6:00 in the morning when I checked out, before dawn, a girl was going to pick up the car from the parking lot diagonally opposite, and the hotel even sent a security guard to accompany me to see me get in the car to ensure my safety! He said that Toledo is a small Detroit, and the law and order in some places is not very good! So they are going to walk with me to get the car! Great hotel
The front desk employees were friendly and the room and facilities were clean. The Trip app said the deposit could be paid with either cash or credit card, but upon arrival, they only accepted credit cards, so be aware of this, especially travelers from mainland China who might not have a Visa/MasterCard. If you only have a Chinese UnionPay card, this hotel will not accept that. The swimming pool was small but clean, and the gym was small but clean, also. You can hear the noise from my he freeway nearby from your room, so if you're a really light sleeper, you would need earplugs. The location is good, near a major highway interchange so it's easy to get around Columbus from here. The rooms don't have amenities that are commonplace in Chinese hotels of the same category, like toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, slippers, nor bathroom scandals. The bathroom only had bar soap, hair conditioner, body lotion, toilet paper, and a hair dryer.
The room is relatively small, and there is no microwave or other facilities. The hotel is quite large, with a bridge connecting two buildings, and the Hyatt is next door. There are a lot of conference halls, so many people come to the meeting, and it is inevitable that it is very noisy~~
The location was perfect to get to local attractions, including the zoo, shopping, and hiking trails. The room and hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and good amenities. We had breakfast elsewhere, as there is no continental breakfast, but that wasn’t a big issue for us. The only negative was that the fan in the bathroom was not functioning - or rather we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. Otherwise, a good place to stay for a night at a reasonable price.
Hyatt's hotel is a bit old, the facilities are old, the room is quite big, for the United States, such a five-star in the country can only be considered Samsung's place is generally OK! However, we booked the advanced king room and prepaid the full price to guarantee. After that, we still told us that the big bed room was gone, and finally only gave us a double bed! The front desk said that we would change it the next day but we didn't mention it until we checked out! We are not going to care about these when we go on a business trip! There are very few breakfast items. There are only five or six things besides omelet. The location is very good. It is in the city center and there are many restaurants nearby. Overall, Columbus is a small city and quiet, this hotel is not bad, give 4 points! Add a sentence, you can see the sunrise 🌅
There's no hairdryer in the room, but the surrounding area is very green and quiet at night. There are several burger joints nearby, including McDonald's, Wendy's, and Burger King. There's also a gas station and convenience store.
This hotel is located in the center of Canton, surrounded by many meals, parking can be parked free of charge on both sides of the hotel. Breakfast has to be purchased separately, a typical American Samsung hotel breakfast, you know, the only bad thing is that every time you do not give the hotel's bill, it is said that it is a third party, find a third party. This is the only hotel to say this.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a very good location, with a direct view of Lake Erie from the window, which is great
Facilities: Complete and thoughtful, but the sink drains very slowly
Sanitation: Clean!
Environment: Beautiful
Service: Friendly service, freshly made breakfast, great!

GGuest UserClean/Dedicated Staffs/Facility:
This Hilton is our fav place to stay when in Cleveland. As soon as we get checked in, we were welcomed (thank you, Caden!). As we arrived late at night after a long road trip, his warm welcome and communication to ensure us a comfortable stay meant a lot. At midnight, a couple of staffs were very kind to search my lost bag. Overnight Manager MJ checked on us before our checkout. Great communication during our entire stay. There is a great selection of healthy food and beverages available for 24 near the front desk. Room was very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. We’ll keep coming back here! Thank you, all dedicated staffs.
AAdam KimeWhile the building was attractive, the rooms, the amenities, and the service were no better than what you'd get at a Day's Inn.
There were also some odd things about the service and the facilities. First, the hotel boasted both an outdoor and an indoor pool (and a hot tub). The outdoor pool was closed and the hot tub was drained. On top of that, the hotel required that you wear paper wristbands to use the pool (or you will be evicted without refund), but you need an active room key to get into the pool in the first place. At one point, the desk manager came and asked families in the pool to get out and get the wristbands, which was really awkward. The pool set up is neat and unusual. The outdoor pool communicates with the indoor pool, and you can have a pool-side room with sliding doors that open to the outdoor pool area. It would be a neat feature-- as long as the outdoor pool is open, which it wasn't.
There were also odd breakdowns-- like the ice machine not working and housecleaning trying to clean out our room before checkout time.
All in all, I would have rather gone to a cheaper hotel. The experience was not worth the extra cost.
GGuest UserI was traveling to Cleveland for a conference and preferred an apartment style hotel to stay out to cook meals and generally not stay at the convention center hotel. I highly recommend ROOST Cleveland - the location is incredible and there's a lot of cafes and a grocery store in walking distance. I was also able to quickly take the bus to visit some museums on my last day! The space was so big and luxurious and cozy; having the ability to do laundry and run a dishwasher made being it feel like I was right at home.
GGuest UserThey took very good care of my mother who was disabled. It was a closed off walk to the convention center which was perfect. They also helped pack the car. There is also elevators everywhere so if you cant climb steps.
