China Eastern Airlines is an airline of the People's Republic of China, with its headquarters located in Shanghai. It is known as one of the three major state-owned airlines in Chinese mainland along with Air China and China Southern Airlines.
The predecessor of China Eastern Airlines was the Flight Squadron of the Shanghai Administration Office of Civil Aviation of China, which was established on January 9, 1957. In 2011, it successfully joined SkyTeam, connecting over 1,000 destinations worldwide. Based on passenger capacity and fleet size (more than 800 aircraft), after years of market operation, it has now developed into one of the world's top ten airlines. China Eastern Business Class | VIP Lounge

If you are departing from Sydney, the lounge is of course Qantas' first-class lounge. The lounge is very spacious and is divided into areas for dining, resting, washing up and Spa. When you come in, you can ask the front desk if there are any vacancies at the Spa. If you happen, you can get a massage. First-class passengers of Qantas can make reservations in advance. The lounge has a full-length floor-to-ceiling window, offering a breathtaking view of the planes.
The mechanical flight display screen and the decorative style of raw wood and white marble are all paying tribute to the classics!
There are many choices for breakfast, including fried corn and Benedict with a glass of champagne.
We came for lunch quite early, so we could sit in a scenic spot, have a meal and watch the planes take off and land. How pleasant! The signature fried squid was tender, chewy and excellent. The slow-cooked beef for the main course was also perfect. The dessert ended with a must-order Pavlova.
