A must-see. Set aside a whole day. Choose a weekday. We went on a Tuesday. It's easier to get there by metro. We didn't arrive at opening time; we arrived at 11:00 AM with pre-purchased tickets. There was no line at all. The longest we waited was 55 minutes for the only ride in the Jurassic World; there was always a line like that (not worth noting). The other rides take 15-40 minutes, and we even got to ride Harry Potter twice. We left right after the first light show. I didn't like the butterbeer.

I was there in October 2025. I loved everything! I had a great day.

The place is wonderful, the locations are excellent, especially Harry Potter and Kung Fu Panda. Butterbeer is a must-have. All the virtual reality rides are great. My wife and I, and my grown-up children (16 and 22) loved them: Minions, Jurassic Park, Harry Potter. The slide in the Transformers area is absolutely amazing, with lots of twists and turns. We went in the evening: everything was illuminated. Our lunch and dinner were included in our ticket. The portions were large, everything was delicious. We got some cakes in the Jurassic Park—they had Lara the T-Rex covered in cream.

The park is great, but either get the early access for an hour or the fast track.

I really enjoyed it! I was unlucky with the weather, though; it was quite cloudy.

This isn't our first visit to the Forbidden City. This time, we decided to go there in costume. And, of course, it was an unforgettable experience. Everyone wanted to take pictures with the funny Europeans in traditional Chinese costumes :). The weather in July is super hot, the sun is bright, everything is beautiful, but there are a lot of people. Then we went to the Temple of Heaven. Google says it's average, but in reality, there were millions of people there.

Everything was fine. You can easily get through with your Russian passport; they scan it, and the system clears those who paid for it. A couple of us tried to buy tickets, but they don't sell them on the day. We decided to go to the Fool's Market without a reservation, but despite the huge crowd, it didn't work out. We ended up standing around for about 40 minutes and then went for a walk. The price was okay; it would be cheaper to buy tickets on site, but only if you're planning a long stay in Beijing, otherwise you might find that reservations for your dates are already sold out. Overall, I recommend it; everything went well; it's a fantastic place for those interested in Eastern cultures.

🏯❤️ The Forbidden City was, without a doubt, my favorite place in Beijing! If you’re visiting Beijing, this is a place you absolutely shouldn’t miss. The palace is incredibly grand, and it’s hard to believe how massive and beautiful it is until you see it in person. Every courtyard and building is full of history, making the whole experience unforgettable.I had watched Story of Yanxi Palace three times before coming, so visiting the real palace felt even more special. 😂 It honestly felt like I had stepped into the drama, and I kept recognizing places from the scenes. That made the experience so much more exciting!I highly recommend getting a guide as well—it was one of the best decisions because I was able to understand the fascinating stories and history behind the palace instead of just walking through it.If I ever return to Beijing, this is definitely the first place I’d visit again. ❤️

Compared to Disneyland Paris, it's a million times better! I definitely recommend buying ride passes in advance: we ignored the bloggers and did it anyway, and we were delighted. On a weekday lunchtime, the lines were about 60-130 minutes long. The food is an acquired taste: expensive and not at all tasty. I highly recommend the Pirate Battle—we went there twice, it's truly amazing. We also liked Zootopia and Tron. The other rides were less impressive—they weren't even memorable. A big drawback is the heat while waiting: it's tough to stand in line, and the fans are barely any help. It only gets easier closer to the air-conditioned areas—it's strange that they didn't think of this with the constant high humidity and heat. I'm also surprised by the lack of Russian language support. We've had a visa-free regime for a year now, and usually there's at least basic Russian translation in tourist areas, but this one was lacking. Overall, Disneyland is really cool—I definitely recommend visiting!

My first Disney castle ever! 🏰 It fulfilled my girlish dream. The weather was perfect in early December – cool and pleasantly sunny without being too cold. The park had so many great photo spots! 😍 And the Christmas atmosphere was wonderful! 🧑🏻‍🎄
