This was my second day at the Shangri-La Eros in New Delhi and I was very disappointed by the attitude of the staff members. Upon completing the security check to enter the hotel an issue was flagged with my baggage, which I had to solve myself and was judged by the security guard before myself even having the opportunity to discover what the problem was. This did not make for a very friendly and warm environment for a problem, not of my own making. The stay at The Roseate was an experience from the moment I arrived. The welcome begins with a traditional blessing ceremony, followed by fresh juice, sweets, and water. Everyone makes you feel genuinely looked after.
The spa was very good, but the highlight of my stay was definitely breakfast. It is, without question, the best hotel breakfast I have experienced. The variety of choices is outstanding, the service is exceptional, and even the use of technology—a serving robot—adds a fun touch without taking away from the hospitality.
There is one area that could be improved: cleaning . I found a hair in the bathtub, and the divan behind the cushions was dusty and hadn’t been cleaned properly.
Next time, I will check the room when I arrive and ask for anything that needs attention to be cleaned.

Good hotel near the centre of New Delhi. It’s a 5 star hotel, but maybe not by westerner standards-more like a very good 3 star, low 4 star, except for the staff who were excellent throughout the hotel. The room was fine, a little tired in places and there was a stain on the pillow case-not what you expect from a 5 star hotel.
Breakfast was excellent, mostly Indian dishes, but did cater for all tastes in some way.
Staff were excellent in all areas of the hotel-could not do enough to help.

My stay at the Ambassador Hotel in New Delhi was a very special and welcoming experience.
The location of the hotel is right next to the “Khan Market” metro station, in a central area but yet quiet and peaceful. The room and facilities are of a high standard, and the breakfast offers a wide variety, including Indian specialties as well as Western options.
As it is my first time visiting India, I had many inquiries, the front office team (Wasi, Tashi, Nipaisn, Kishan, Vansh, and the Front Office Manager Lakshay Nirvla) were very patient and helped me navigate in Delhi. Furthermore, after checking out, I had difficulty booking trains for my next destination, but they all helped. Thanks to them, I had all my journey arranged, including taxi drivers and train tickets.

The hotel is a decent property located at a prime location in New Delhi. The rooms are a tad bit small and look a little dated. The house keeping team does a fantastic job of cleaning up each day and it feels good to be back to a well made bed and clean room after a long work day. The key cards seem to be a recurring issue with them needing repeated activation. Breakfast spread is decent and not much to brag about. In room dining is pretty expensive and is quite a deterrent. I had chargers with Chinese slim flat pins, but the hotel sockets mainly supported Indian round pins. This hotel location is 100% ideal but more than that is the service & hospitality. Sauraub front desk manager is incredibly accommodating & always ready to find prompt solution to any issues. Very clean! Bed and pillows are comfortable. I chose one that’s far away from the lift, and on high floor with a city view. It was very quiet, and nice natural light!

Impressive that there’s a cafe that’s opened 24/7 downstairs that serves coffee, pastries and cakes. Gave a very good option in the middle of the night, and early morning should you need to grab something fast for an early morning flight. The coffee was good.

Raju was very prompt, polite and friendly. Thank you! Especially appreciated that the pick up arrangement just had a sign of the hotel, vs having your name displayed on a big sign, which isn’t the case with many other hotels. Very thoughtful.

I'm a bit of a germaphobe, but there wasn't a single thing that bothered me. (Literally, not a speck of dust!) The entire room was clean, and I had a very comfortable stay.

This was the most satisfying aspect of my stay. Just before my trip, the national rail train tickets I booked through an agency were suddenly canceled, leaving me in a bind. The concierge immediately arranged replacement tickets for me. I expected to pay a hefty service fee, but they actually secured tickets that were cheaper than what I had originally booked myself. They also provided detailed information on how to access Delhi's tourist attractions, which really helped me enjoy my sightseeing. I'd like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the concierge.

There's a 24-hour restaurant within the hotel, and the Aerocity shopping mall (or something similar) is right next door, so finding food is never an issue. Also, perhaps due to recent terror concerns, there are security gates with luggage checks for all vehicles and guests entering the hotel, which made me feel very safe during my stay. The surrounding area also felt reasonably safe, even late at night.

Stayed at Andaz Hyatt Delhi and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel has a resort-style atmosphere that feels relaxing despite being in the city near to airport, and the service throughout the stay was consistently good. Security was also reassuring, making the environment feel safe and well-managed.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-designed, the sliding full size mirror between bathroom and bed is a plus point. The room is equipped with day and night curtain.
However, there are a couple of areas for improvement — the bathroom floor can be quite slippery and would benefit from better anti-slip measures, and the breakfast area tends to get very busy, resulting in queues for tables during peak hours. I was truly satisfied with my stay at Hari Piorko. The accommodation fee was reasonable, the room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly and recover from my fatigue. On my way to the hotel, nearly 20 Indians spoke to me, and I gave up trying to come from New Delhi Station. For those planning to come from New Delhi Metro Station, please be aware.
