The hotel is a 5-8 minute walk from T3, with a decent-sized supermarket next door that's well-stocked. It seems to be quite popular, as 7-8 PM was peak check-in time, and I had to queue. The room was a bit small, and the facilities were basic, as were the beddings. However, the service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very friendly throughout. The breakfast wasn't great. Also, Vienna Airport is actually quite close to the city center; it's only a 16-minute ride on the CAT train.

The room was incredibly clean, which was my first impression. The free, cold, and delicious drinking water available at the front desk was a lifesaver. I struggled a bit with the airport transfer, as I wasn't sure what to do, but I followed the instructions from a previous review (looking at the photo) and simply asked people around there, and they helped me. No need to contact the hotel. Just wait by the pillar with the hotel's name on it. I was worried if the bus would actually stop at the stop, but it did, so no need to worry. Get off one stop before the last stop. To get from the hotel to the airport, just wait at the same bus stop where you were picked up from earlier. It was a very comfortable stay. Even though it was short, it made my trip a great memory. I was very satisfied with the range of services and the cleanliness. I felt that there were few amenities like toothbrushes, but it was relatively affordable, and I'd recommend it for those using late-night or early-morning flights.

A great option for a one-night stay if you have an early flight from Vienna. It’s less than a minute's walk to the airport. However, the accommodation is always quite expensive. The beds are comfortable, and the room includes water, tea, and coffee. Dinner (buffet) costs €29, with drinks not included.

Great hotel for a one night stop over. Located within 8 mins walk of the Central Train Stn which is as it says is located in the centre of the town. Good size room with excellent sized bathroom, equipped with a good shower. Breakfast is similar in nature to the Premier Inn. All staff extremely helpful with a special mention to Anna on the front desk who so kindly help me with my Taxi arrangement's during my stay.

It was a pleasant stay. The mattress is excellent for us as we stayed in a couple of other hotels during our trip there. However, we observed stain on the cup, which we washed it ourselves and use it again. Location wise is far from the city center. But there are shuttle service available. The shuttle service is easy to get and does not require long wait. Alternatively, Bolt is also quite accessible over there. Other than that, everything else is fine. The receptionist is very helpful and accommodating as well.

An excellent hotel, centrally located near Wiener Neustadt's main train station, yet very quiet. Outstanding value for money. The staff were excellent and very friendly. I can't think of anything that could be improved. I would gladly stay here again!

Nice hotel with amazing view. Pool was too cold. and no Jaccusi so we didn't get to relax in such cold weather. Food was delicious but it would be nice if they can change the menu every day. Vegan & vegetarian friendly. No bathrobs or slippers in the room. we had to ask... The bathroom was missing amenities such as cotton swabs, body lotion, conditioner.

Awesome stay experience! The hotel has a good location, convenient transportation and complete surrounding facilities. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the hygiene is particularly in place, giving people a refreshing and clean feeling. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the washing area is reasonably designed and easy to use. The staff is enthusiastic and proactive, patiently answering various questions, and will also provide practical travel advice. The price is reasonable and the price is super high. It is suitable for short-term travel or long-term stay. It is strongly Amway for everyone!

Large hotel with basic facilities, has the Westfield shopping mall nearby which has most shops. However far away from city centre, requiring frequent trip by Uber or train.

On this trip to the Wachau Valley in Austria, I chose to stay in the small town of Krems. Set on a hillside between the vineyards, this 4-star hotel is a great choice for relaxing, enjoying nature and food completely, not far from the city.
