The hotel is very beautiful, its location with a beautiful view of the lake, views that have all the rooms and restaurant of the hotel. The staff were very helpful, and I was very helpful. Our large, comfortable room and bathroom with balcony looking at the lake, first-level bed linen, perfect air conditioning, no noise, with repos of amenities, generally an unforgettable stay. If I had to comment on something negative, I think the prices of the restaurant's letter are somewhat high, just that. And finally, a suggestion would improve the illumination of the cartel with the name of the hotel that in the night doesn't look very well.

The location of the hotel is far from the bus stop. If you take the transfer from the airport, it will be the last time you arrive at the hotel. The room was still very good and clean. But there is no free water, there is no minibar in the room, if you need to buy water, you have to go to the restaurant. The breakfast options are not very rich.

El hotel en sí está todo remodelado. Las habitaciones de hotel son amplias. Las camas cómodas, los baños amplios y todo muy limpio y minimalista. El desayuno buffet súper bueno. No varia mucho de un día para otro, pero tiene realmente de todo. Además tienes acceso gratis al spa una hora al día y al gimnasio y piscinas climatizadas externas todas las veces que quieras. Tiene vallet parking disponible y la ubicación es inmejorable. Realmente cerca de todo y con una vista espectacular. En nuestro caso, la vista al volcán, estaba maravillosa. Volveremos sin duda.

Why stay elsewhere when you can stay at a brand new, clean, comfortable and stylish hotel in the heart of the town? Since they are new they only offer breakfast so make sure if you don't want to go out you have the UBEREATS app and you can have groceries and meals delivered anytime including beer & wine!

Located in the center of Pugon, there is a parking lot for rental cars, so you can safely store your car. There is a park right in front of you, and if you pass through the park, you can take a walk to the lakeside, so it is convenient to go for family or private travelers. The facilities are a bit old, but clean and the staff are very friendly.
