Absolutely fantastic! There were even fireworks on New Year's Eve, which was such a pleasant surprise~ It felt incredibly special and ceremonial. **Facilities:** The facilities are very comprehensive. The breakfast buffet is rich, with both Chinese and Western options, and the portions are small enough that you can try many different dishes. The complementary recreational activities are quite fun; you can even continue playing after checking out, including pickleball, mini-golf, basketball, and more – very enjoyable. **Hygiene:** Clean and tidy. **Environment:** The greenery is well-maintained, it's not noisy or crowded, and has an upscale vibe. **Service:** The service is excellent. Items delivered to the room arrive quickly, and they help with luggage.

Wow what a resort! The breakfast, dinner buffets, hot springs, massages, the staff, the rooms, everything was wonderful! The staff were wonderful at welcoming this first-time China visitor, the dinner buffet experience was incredible - with entertainment built into the experience and the daytime attractions were great too! Excellent cuisine and wonderful staff made for an incredible stay. Don't neglect to visit Jintai temple nearby! It's around 6km away and it is absolutely beautiful. Shoutouts to Vivian on the front desk, Pidelo ( I hope I'm spelling that correctly) in Management, Alex at the bar, the fabulous French chef at breakfast and all the staff members who went above and beyond during this stay.

The hotel lobby is very grand. When I arrived at the hotel, Manager Li and Xiaozhi were very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. The hotel is European in style, with well-maintained facilities. I am very satisfied with the overall feeling. The guest rooms are clean and tidy, and the park environment is beautiful, suitable for taking photos and checking in. Thank you Manager Li and Xiaozhi for their patient explanations. I will stay here again next time I have the opportunity. It is a recommended tourist resort.

You can also take a boat ride or have your photos taken for an additional fee (3 photos are free). 😍😍😍 Jeremy took photos of us, and they turned out amazing.

The hotel rooms were comfortable and spacious, but its location on a hillside made getting to and from the lobby by golf cart quite inconvenient. We arrived at 12:00 PM, and the hotel told us check-in wasn't until 2:00 PM. After lunch, we returned at 2:00 PM only to be told our room wasn't ready and we had to wait. The check-in process was very slow, with only one person at the front desk. In contrast, at checkout, there were two staff members who seemed quite relaxed, resulting in a very long wait to get checked in. The hotel breakfast was good, but the dinner buffet dishes and taste were just average, and the selection of dessert cakes was limited. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel's main building was overpriced and the food was absolutely terrible; it was much better value for money to eat at the small restaurants nearby. The hot spring area had excellent facilities, with several different pools, hot stone beds, and a fish spa. However, there were people smoking in various areas of the hot springs, disturbing others, and people on the hot stone beds were loudly playing videos, which was very noisy, and no one seemed to be managing this.

We have heard of Zhongshan hot spring resort and finally we got a chance to spend time here. The rooms are spacious, the bed is huge. All the staff is very supportive, including front desk and cleaners. The mini bus driver offered us a ride and took us to and fro the mountain. There is no need to say, that everything is nice and clean in the rooms. The breakfast was very good. Hot springs met our expectations. Everything was really nice and clean. Sauna and pools are great, we stayed as family and all of us including kids enjoyed it. Would we come back and recommend the place? Definitely, Yes! Thanks a lot to all the staff and see you later!

This hotel has a wonderful view of the sea and the rocky reef bar. Can take many beautiful photos here with the helix like bridge hanging over the reef, and the spiral shape chapel. Buffet breakfast has many choices of food. Lobby staff Ada is so pleasant and helpful. The rooms we booked were for level 4 to 5, but she upgraded us to level 29 rooms after hearing that we had brought our 88 yo mum for holiday. She added us on WeChat and sent us information on the hotel activities. When I told her we want to buy the hotel rubber slippers, she arranged for them to be sent to the room. The only bad points are: 1) irresponsible pet owners who didn't leash their pets (my girl was scared by a dog that chased her in rounds), 2) the beach sand is quite rough and full of pebbles.

The epitome of style over substance. The most common sign in this hotel is ”Watch Your Step” – why on earth does a hotel have so many steps?! I twisted my ankle before even getting to my room! The service is equally backward; staff are more concerned about not getting penalized by the hotel than ensuring customer satisfaction. I took my child to the outdoor pool and repeatedly explained I was just supervising and wouldn't be swimming myself. My child was wearing a swim cap, but we were still denied entry because I, the adult, wasn't wearing one! When I tried to reason with them, the lifeguard just said, ”Don't make it difficult for him...” Thank goodness I only booked one night!

The service attitude of all staff at the hotel was excellent and very friendly. The facilities and equipment are quite new. The sweet potato and taro soup in the lounge area was fantastic, very fragrant, sweet, and rich. Since the hotel might not have been open for too long, there's significant room for improvement in certain facilities: 1. The private hot spring pool on the room balcony needs enhanced privacy. 2. The dry sauna spray heads don't have enough water; there's a water shortage. 3. The outdoor hot spring area needs more seating and sun umbrellas/shades. Soaking in the rain is quite miserable and very unpleasant. 4. I suggest adding small hooks for hanging towels.
