My recent stay in the courtyard room revealed a significant gap in overall experience. Both the facility design and service responsiveness need improvement, as detailed below:
Areas for improvement:
1. The privacy of the courtyard hot tub is severely lacking. The hot tub is outdoors with almost no cover, making it directly visible to passersby. This made it impossible to use comfortably. After reporting this to the room butler, I was offered a 'downgrade' option. Reporting it to the front desk led to no follow-up or resolution, indicating a lack of service closure.
2. The lighting design in the room is flawed. The bathroom light cannot be fully turned off, causing significant light leakage at night and continuously disturbing sleep. For a hotel focused on leisure and relaxation, this basic experiential issue is truly unacceptable.
3. The room layout is impractical. My room was extremely far from the hot spring area, requiring a long walk through public areas. This severely disconnects from the core 'hot spring resort' experience. I suggest the hotel optimizes its room layout or shuttle service.
Relatively satisfactory aspects:
1. The breakfast offerings were commendable. The variety was rich, and the quality consistent. The window seats offered an open view, and the dining atmosphere was pleasant.
2. The check-in process was smooth. A butler had already contacted me before arrival, and upon reaching, I was directly escorted to my room with my luggage delivered simultaneously. The overall handover was efficient, demonstrating appropriate service awareness.
Summary:
The hotel performs adequately in its initial service handover, but there are clear shortcomings in hardware design details and post-service response mechanisms. Especially the privacy issue with the courtyard room – if not improved, I would not recommend it to guests who value privacy. As a resort hotel, I hope more attention will be paid to the completeness of the guest experience.

This hotel is incredibly comfortable, truly a paradise for families with kids. I was hesitant to go before because of negative reviews online, but once I went, it was a whole new world! Although it was indeed crowded, it was very well managed. Breakfast was served until 12 PM with a continuous supply of delicious, not just perfunctory, food. The temple fair was also crowded with lots of fun activities. You can take the kids to play first and then go eat later; after 8 PM, there are no queues for food. For around 200+ (presumably RMB), there are all sorts of snacks, salmon, steak, malatang, teppanyaki, various Thai desserts, snacks, and entertainment – seriously, it's more than enough! The hot spring area is also excellent. The hot spring pools are continuously refilled and cleaned. The complimentary snacks, drinks, teas, desserts, ice cream, bread, and fruits are constantly replenished. Towels are readily available. There are also several ball pits where you can leave the kids, allowing adults to enjoy their meals and activities with peace of mind. Before going, I thought it was expensive and crowded, but after experiencing it, I realized the price was totally worth it. I'll definitely go again!

This hotel truly liberates guests from wasted time, allowing every precious minute of their vacation to be spent creating happy memories. From skipping queues with exclusive access to the shuttle bus's precise minute-by-minute schedule, and the in-room fast-charging facilities with high-speed Wi-Fi, it's all designed for efficiency.
The hotel itself is a living, interactive 'nature laboratory.' Encounters with animals aren't just passive observation; they're designed as multi-faceted active explorations: a casual glance from the restaurant terrace, a detailed look through binoculars at the viewing platform, or participating in a zookeeper's educational talk. This tiered approach ensures guests of all ages can find their comfortable connection with nature. The rooms are clean and tidy; the bedding is spotless and dry; the hotel's location is excellent; and there's a WeChat butler, Shule, who responds quickly. The lobby also has security personnel, standing at attention like retired soldiers, providing a strong sense of safety.
The service demonstrates 'proactive empathy.' It anticipates the hidden pain points of family travel: providing bed rails and sterilizers for toddlers, preparing rest stations for the elderly, and even offering light meals for guests arriving late at night. This comprehensive care, even before being asked, significantly reduces the mental burden on trip organizers.
What impressed me most was its 'scenario-adaptive capability.' Whether it's sunny or rainy, the hotel can quickly convert outdoor experiences into equally engaging indoor activities. Whether you're a boisterous family group or a solo traveler seeking tranquility, everyone can find their own undisturbed space here. It's like a brilliant director who has prepared the perfect stage for entirely different scripts.
It's not just an accommodation; it's a complete operating system for how to efficiently, comfortably, and deeply enjoy a themed resort. It proves that true luxury isn't about piling on elements, but about providing a calm, comprehensive, and well-managed experience.

I took my girlfriend out to play. My girlfriend said she was very satisfied. The hotel service was very good. The front desk gave me a very warm impression. The warm reception of Xiaozhi and Manager Li offset the fatigue on the road. It was my first time staying in a hotel and I felt sincerely received. Although the room had closed windows, it gave people a Hakka walled house style. The night view was particularly beautiful! The Four Points by Sheraton Bavaria was beyond expectations. The environment was beautiful, the facilities were well maintained, not as scary as the reviews said, and the hygiene was also very clean. It is an old hotel, and it seems that a lot of effort has been put into maintenance. I have the opportunity to bring my family back for vacation. Thank you Xiaozhi and Manager Li for their warm reception.

You can tell a lot of thought went into the details.
**Amenities:** There's a stream nearby for fishing and playing in the water. On-site, you can barbecue, camp, have bonfires, experience intangible cultural heritage activities, practice calligraphy, and enjoy tea ceremonies. It's a rich and diverse offering, providing entertainment just steps away – you'll never be bored.
**Room Interior:** Equipped with a Laifen hairdryer, disposable bathtub liners, mountain spring water for tea ceremonies, both disposable and reusable towels, comfortable bedding, and a separate wet and dry area.
**Dining:** Breakfast was very rich and varied (I forgot to take a picture!), served in a nine-compartment style, with fruit and soft drinks in the fridge. For lunch and dinner, they can help you order from a local farmhouse to eat at the guesthouse, or you can barbecue directly at the guesthouse. There's also afternoon tea, which is exquisite and delicious, and the freshness of the fruit really shows their dedication.
**Service:** The service was very thoughtful. It was cold, so they brought breakfast directly to our room.
I'll definitely come again!
The environment and service here are excellent; it's a very peaceful place. The accommodation is quite close to the Hot Spring Palace, and all the staff I encountered along the way had a great service attitude – a big thumbs up! 👍 Plus, the hot springs are very comfortable to soak in, making it perfect for a winter trip with family and kids. Both children and seniors were very satisfied. Breakfast was also quite abundant, with both Chinese and Western pastries available. The hotel building features traditional Huizhou architecture, full of Chinese charm, which I really loved! They also offered a complimentary travel photography service.

The service at Sanying is really good; the staff are polite, enthusiastic, and proactive. The buffet offers a good variety and is quite decent. The room hygiene is excellent, and I appreciate the separate toilet and shower, which is very thoughtful. However, I hope they can add a clothes rack in the shower area or another door near the vanity, which would be more convenient for families with children. Also, I suggest having someone specifically check for loose screws on the balcony door locks. Paying attention to these small details would further enhance the brand's reputation.

A truly wonderful stay! The hotel boasts excellent natural surroundings with fresh air, peace, and comfort. The facilities are top-notch, and the staff are incredibly warm and friendly. They upgraded us to a suite and promptly provided a bed rail for the baby. We even received complimentary dessert soup in the evening! The private hot spring pool in the room was clean and convenient, and soaking in it melted away all my fatigue, significantly enhancing the joy of our stay. Whether for relaxation or a gathering with family and friends, this is an outstanding choice. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

My first trip to Lingnan led me to Yinsha Hotel, and fortunately, it didn't disappoint my picky self – in fact, it brought pleasant surprises! The hotel's design is refreshing. Stepping into the lobby, you're immediately greeted by the sparkling, floor-to-ceiling expanse of the ocean, almost like walking into a painting. The entire ground floor of the hotel is semi-open, enveloped by lush greenery and beautiful scenery – blue sky, white clouds, sunshine, beach, and vast blue waters. Everything feels within reach, making you feel part of the landscape, relaxed and at ease. The hotel boasts a spacious lobby, restaurant, rooms, balconies, and even a large shower room (thoughtfully split into two, with one half for hanging clothes). The toilet is also generously sized, so no worries about bumping into things [chuckle] – comfort everywhere. The hotel's management appears relaxed, offering guests a sense of ease, comfort, and ample freedom. Yet, their butler service is surprisingly attentive, a testament I experienced firsthand with my butler, Betty. After checking in at the front desk, Betty was incredibly responsive. Before I even arrived, she had already upgraded my room and meticulously fulfilled all the requests from my Trip.com booking. After showing me rooms, she adjusted them based on my actual needs, providing two options to choose from. She tirelessly went back and forth, up and down, just to ensure my satisfaction, even asking in the evening if my stay was comfortable. We loved the hotel so much that we decided to extend our stay. Betty immediately offered me the best value package and clearly explained how to book it, handling the reservation for me. This led to two extensions, and we ended up staying for ten days – that's how much I love this hotel! Betty's emotional intelligence is off the charts; she's incredibly empathetic and highly efficient. Throughout our ten-day stay, she was always available to help and resolve any issues. We were truly amazed by Yinsha Hotel's butler service management. A heartfelt thank you to Betty!
This hotel is definitely the best in the Liuzu's Hometown Resort. Although it's been open for nearly ten years, the environment and facilities are very well maintained. You can enjoy hot springs in winter and water activities in summer, and the nearby Guo'en Temple caters to those seeking spiritual solace. The two-bedroom, one-living room villa we stayed in was quite spacious, and the gentle, soothing aromatherapy in the rooms was a hit with the whole family. If I had one suggestion, as it rained during our stay, it would be great if a transparent roof could be installed over the private hot spring tub so it could be enjoyed even on rainy days.

WWoduiaiqingyoujiepiWe wrapped up our Guangzhou trip at Forest Sea, spending three days there. We'd traveled from Beijing to Guangzhou for winter break with our child, and stumbled upon this family-friendly hotel. It turned out to be an unexpected gem! The room was spacious and bright, with a thoughtful design. The indoor and outdoor kids' water park is huge (and the water quality is excellent), and every staff member was warm and responsible. In the evenings, there was a bonfire party and a fireworks display, which was a lovely treat since we can't see fireworks in Beijing. The hotel offers a wide range of recreational facilities; we even took our child on a helicopter ride to admire the beauty of Forest Sea from above. During our stay, we met our housekeeper, Miss Meili, who was incredibly attentive and professional. She gave us a detailed introduction to all the hotel's activities and facilities and reminded us about the parent-child activity schedule. She reminded me of the saying: 'True service makes guests feel like they're being cared for by a friend.' She always seemed to appear exactly when we needed her, while maintaining a perfect sense of boundaries. This kind of professional warmth is more valuable than any luxurious hardware. Before we left, she even gave our child a souvenir. A big thumbs up to Miss Meili! We hope to have the chance to bring our whole family back again.

First of all, I was amazed at the fact we were welcomed and checked in long before 2 pm, as soon as we arrived at noon.
Next great thing was that the receptionist helped us to swipe rooms, as we booked one king size bed but for the family of four it was a bit inconvenient, so in a matter of 10 minutes we got a spacious room with 2 wide beds. So the night sleep was unmatched.
The location- from the first glance - looked a bit weird, coz actually the hotel is the part of the bigger residential area, although multi-stored houses are still in the stage of development and not fully inhabited. But, on the second day, when we explored the whole area we found out there were much much worse districts with entirely damaged roads, abandoned structures and left behind businesses. So after that ugly image I changed my initial impression and have to say the hotel is just right for family and perfect rest.
We had a wonderful time while taking baths and even the hot springs square isn’t large we counted no less than 20 bath tubs with great proportion of aromatic and herb additives so you may enjoy the fragrance while bathing.
Meantime you also can sip various herbal tea or water at the bar or have a nap on the hot stone platform.
Cool place for kids too, with the separate pool, mini aqua park, swimming pool for adults was also beautiful though not the right season for swimming.
Nice playground for infants and snooker tables for adults.
We loved the breakfast too, many options including European food and coffee.
Maybe one of the best benefits of choosing this hotel was proximity to the gorgeous mountain park also designed for families with young kids. The zigzag mountain road, the panoramic views and the hiking trail were simply amazing.
Traveling that area means you may try local food which is goose, duck and home raised chickens, river fish and the main local specialty- rice cooked in the bamboo tree. All tasted great.
GGuest UserI'm starting to dislike the hustle and bustle of big hotels, and instead, these tucked-away mountain guesthouses are much more soothing for the soul. While they might not be as luxurious, the quiet surroundings, lush greenery, and the sounds of birds and cicadas bring such a sense of peace. The air is fantastic too! The guesthouse manager was also very amiable and easy to talk to. After checking in, they provided detailed instructions for everything. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. It's the perfect place to unwind when you're feeling stressed.

AAmideeThis is a lovely place to go for a night or two to just relax. Also a pet friendly place, so that makes is ideal for me! The front desk are really helpful and you can add them onto your wechat to contact them directly anytime. They provide all essentials to be comfortable. I did ask if I could have a kettle for inside my tent, for coffee, which they were able to provide for me. Dinner options, you can choose chicken hot pot or the crawfish hot pot at their reception, which you can do yourself by your tent, or tell them you’d like to cook it in their dining area. Otherwise you can also barbecue your own things at your camp sight. It’s suggested to take your own food to bbq there, as their choices are limited. They did provide me with some sweet potato when I asked, and the chicken hot pot was really tasty and filling! The tent was clean, comfortable and has AC. We stayed in the smallest tents they provide, and it was perfect for what we needed. They have a swimming pool facility that is open from 4:30-6:30pm only. It would be nice if was available in the morning as well!! There’s not a lot to do in the surrounding area of the resort. You can do fishing, go for walks through the forest along the stream. I suggest to take some activity things to do like badminton or other board games etc. There are great play areas for kids, and fun slides are incorporated into the designs of some of the rooms. There are plenty different types of tent facilities and some have some really nice privacy looking onto the stream and have some outdoor hot spring tubs (plunge pool). The small tent porches don’t have privacy, but they are adequate for a short stay in nature. Getting there is easy by didi or hired car, getting back you just need to make your search on the app more wide because the location is a bit isolated from busy areas, but otherwise that’s also not a problem.
Aanthony panizalesPros:
-Big and Clean room with a nice balcony and view.
-Bathroom with bathtub, separate shower room and toilet.
-Comfortable and smells good beddings.
-Bathrobe, towels, slippers, vanity kit (toothbrush, comb, cotton buds, shower cap) provided
-Laundry service available (love the laundry detergent scent too)
-Accommodating and kind staff even with language barrier.
-Good variety Breakfast
-Welcome fruit in room, free lime water and candy in reception.
-Free access to Hot Springs, sauna, shower, locker with free drinks (tea or water) and fruits in 2nd flr.
-Free entrance to Dafengmen Forest Park (need to book a ride or your own service car going there though)
-Free entrance to Dipola Paradise (nearby)
Cons:
-Far from airport and city center in Canton (about 80-90km away, more than 1hr travel time)
-Hard to book a ride for 6people (only 4 passengers available nearby)
-Free shuttle service/cart only available inside the resort premises up to the gate.
-No Bidet😓 (hard for people who are used to it)
-No convenience store or other restaurant nearby.
-Communication is somewhat a hassle and a little inconvenience. Should download a good translator
-No ATM and currency exchange available, International Credit Card payment doesn't work too (heads up for foreigners) *Download weChat (weixin pay) ahead and linked you cards for ease of payment.
Overall, we still have a good time, rest and stay at this hotel. May come back and prepared next time.

YYuanqixixi## Family Trip Recommendation: Yingde Baojing Palace Swan Lake Resort
As dusk draped itself across the lake, the glass dome of our boathouse room became enveloped in moonlight, drawing the starry sky and the full moon into its embrace. Our child, nestled in the swan-shaped bathtub, enjoyed a tea-infused hot spring bath. As water splashed, the lake's shimmering reflection outside danced in harmony with the stars visible through the dome. Later in the evening, our family relaxed on the private terrace, listening to the gentle lapping of water against the boathouse and watching the moon weave a silvery path across the lake. It was then we truly realized that the fairytale dream of 'living on the moon' could be a wonderfully tangible and magical experience.
GGuest UserWe've stayed here multiple times and always had a fantastic experience. The front desk staff kindly offered a complimentary room upgrade. A special shout-out to Jiayi and Lizhijun at the front desk for their incredibly warm hospitality. We brought our kids here during the summer holiday, and they had an absolute blast! 🥳 We also booked the buffet dinner. Children under 1.5m were only 19.9, which was incredibly affordable and excellent value for money.

Outstanding
GGuest UserThis is my third stay here; I'm a returning guest. As a visitor from out of town, Jiāhuá is always my first choice, and Liu Yan's service is excellent. I have two suggestions:
1. Many hotels now offer complimentary breakfast to guests. For example, the Wuhan Marriott, Xi'an Yunhe Yebo, and Ganzhou Hilton Garden Inn – I've stayed at all of these, and the hotel proactively offered a free breakfast. I feel this really elevates the hotel's service (these hotels also tend to proactively offer gifts and room upgrades). If Jiāhuá could extend similar courtesies to loyal customers, it would definitely earn even more positive reviews.
2. The hot spring actually opens at 9 AM today, but the restaurant reception told me 8:30 AM. Neither the hot spring reception stopped us nor informed us otherwise. My mother and I changed and entered at 8:40 AM, only to have to wait in the dry sauna. I suggest strengthening internal training.
Otherwise, everything else is great.
