I would like to thank Piyanshan Hot Spring Hotel for a fairy tale that lasted me 5 days. Everything was so good, beautiful, tasty, healthy! There was beauty everywhere, the whole atmosphere was magical! The people who work in this amazing place are just as wonderful! A vacation that will be remembered for a lifetime. I found a place that I want to return to and that remains in my heart. Thanks to the fact that my room had its own access to fresh air, I was able to see the beauty of the night sky, beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Thank you for the gift you gave me. Due to a change in our itinerary, we booked a hotel on short notice. Upon check-in, we found it far exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and tidy, the service staff was very professional, and a heartwarming incident occurred. After checking out, I was over 100 kilometers away from the hotel when I realized I had left my wallet in the room. After contacting the hotel, the staff immediately helped me find my wallet. Because cash can't be delivered by express, the waiter put the money in my card and transferred it to me via WeChat. They were very patient throughout the process, and the problem was quickly resolved. It's inevitable that there will be omissions when you're away from home, but it's very touching to meet such people! A big thumbs up to the hotel staff 👍🏻

Love this hotel! Thank you Ms. Xinxin for arranging everything for us. Even though, the staff cannot speak English much but they are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is various choice. The room is warm and well-decorated. The hot spring is just amazing, they have both indoor and outdoor. The entance to Changbaishan mountain park is nearby the hotel.

The stay was amazing. Hotel staff were very helpful. We had a staff member allocated to us for any questions. We are non-chinese speaking travellers and we communicated with the staff through WeChat which was very efficient with the auto translate function. We had RAIN who was responsive and helped us with a lot of questions. RAIN also provided great dinner recommendations as well as arranging transportation Location is great, right next to the ski lifts and food hall The Onsen (Soup) included in the package has amazing facilities. Inside the onsen thouguh the soup temperature did not feel hot enough The food hall at the ski resort was very good as well, a great variety and value

If it's your first time visiting, don't hesitate to book this place. They'll take care of everything for you, but make sure to contact the hotel in advance – and I mean *definitely* in advance. You can ask your butler for recommendations on local attractions, how to get there, how to buy tickets, and even how to hail a taxi. They also offer free train station pick-up and drop-off to the scenic area entrance, free skiing, and free hot spring access. If you need a car temporarily, they can arrange one for you (at your own expense), so no worries at all. And the hot springs – you *must* go! Their hot springs are natural and located right within the scenic area. Soaking in the hot springs while it's snowing is truly wonderful. If you avoid weekends and holidays, it's not even crowded.

Our trip to Changbai Mountain this time was fantastic, and I have to give a huge shout-out to the excellent service! Right from the start, Manager Benjamin had everything perfectly organized, from details like ski equipment deposits, operating hours, and hot spring reservations, to even sending videos of the routes to the ski resort. We didn't have to worry about a thing. What was most thoughtful was how customer service would proactively remind us of every schedule point, such as breakfast times, shuttle departures, and when the ski resort closed. They were more punctual than my own alarm clock! The hotel rooms were also clean and tidy.

Room facilities: Everything was well-appointed, and watching the snowflakes fall from the balcony was incredibly picturesque. Value for money: This Hilton hotel was the most worthwhile booking of my Changbaishan trip. The package included hot spring and skiing tickets, both of which were very practical and made the entire trip incredibly fulfilling. Breakfast: There was a good variety of options, more than enough for us women with smaller appetites. Bed: Very comfortable, just the right firmness. Restaurant: On the first day, we had Korean BBQ at the hotel. The dishes were exquisite; it didn't look like much, but two of us ate until we were stuffed. Location and transport: The location is excellent, very close to the entrance of the North Slope scenic area. Service: What deserves the most praise is the hotel's truly outstanding service. They meticulously arranged transportation for us to every attraction, which was incredibly thoughtful. Every staff member was enthusiastic, helpful, and answered all our questions, making us feel like old friends. They went out of their way to accommodate our requests for a room upgrade and late check-out. Next time I come to Changbaishan, I must stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton again.

The moment you step into this hotel, you feel instantly transported away from the city's hustle and bustle. Located within Beihu National Wetland Park, it's a true vacation oasis. The architectural aesthetics of the hotel are stunning. It doesn't strive for overt luxury but instead embodies a sense of understated, tranquil Eastern charm throughout. It blends the delicate grace of Jiangnan water towns with the elegant style of classical Ming and Qing architecture. Even in winter, the snow-covered northern landscape outside the windows creates a beautiful contrast with the warm, Zen-like atmosphere inside. I was particularly impressed by the hotel's expression of culture and art, such as the origami art installation in the lobby, inspired by the Siberian tiger – it's creatively beautiful. The hotel service maintains Banyan Tree's consistently high quality, but with an added layer of sincerity and warmth unique to Northeast China. The hotel is quite large, offering 24-hour shuttle service. The best part is that in the frozen winter, you can experience a variety of ice and snow activities. To put it simply: great decor, spacious rooms, attentive and warm service, plenty of ice and snow activities nearby that kids absolutely love. The breakfast selection is also extensive and very good.

I was very satisfied with this stay, and what surprised and touched me the most was the butler's service. He not only paid meticulous attention to every detail, but more importantly, his genuine care made the entire stay feel incredibly warm and personal. His service didn't feel like a rigid process; instead, it was filled with a natural, friendly thoughtfulness. What impressed me even more was that due to my oversight, I forgot to return my ski pass upon check-out. With my high-speed train departure time fast approaching, I couldn't handle it myself. After contacting the hotel, the butler actually offered to make a special trip to the high-speed train station, outside of his working hours, to collect the pass and return it for me. This level of help completely exceeded my expectations, not only solving my immediate problem but also showing me their truly responsible attitude towards guests. Thank you for his outstanding work. He not only represents the service standard of the hotel but also made this trip especially memorable because of this wonderful human connection. Thanks to the butler's hard work, this journey ended on a perfect note. I highly recommend it to all friends who value quality and service details!

It's truly a positive development to have a hotel of this caliber in the Northeast region. The facilities are excellent, the amenities are top-notch, and the service was good. My child went down the slides over fifty times and wanted to keep playing the next day! It's a shame we only booked one night, but we promised them we'd return. The service was good overall, but some amenities are still being progressively added/improved. For instance, after the hot springs, there were no assisted bathing services like body scrubs or milk baths, which made the relaxation experience feel a bit incomplete. Also, evening entertainment options around the hotel were a bit far to reach on foot. We look forward to seeing further development in the future.
