Grand Hotel Mosè
"Beautiful property in a resort area, great experience."
Villa Athena Resort
"A beautiful hotel with a private gate offering direct access to the Valley of the Temples, and tickets are available for purchase directly at the hotel. We were assigned a room with a view of the Temple of Concordia, which offered a stunning and unforgettable panoramic view. The interior space was comfortable and clean. Bottled drinking water was provided free of charge and replenished nightly, showing great attention to detail. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, good food, and excellent live music. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great. However, it's important to note that getting to and from the city center is inconvenient. There are no shops nearby and no direct public transportation. After getting off the bus, some sections of the road lack sidewalks. Non-drivers are advised to take a taxi; negotiating the fare beforehand is recommended as it can be a quicker and safer option."
Hotel Exclusive
"Great new building! close to existing hotel but with great kitchen & bathroom facilities. Sunny outlook into town from balconies. Great!"
La Dolce Vita rooms & suite
"Lovely accommodation high above Agrigento, with ocean views from the terrace. It requires climbing several flights of stairs to reach the accommodation. The rooms are clean, with spacious bathroom, and everything is very well maintained. Breakfast was good, with freshly baked, warm croissants."
Hotel Della Valle
"Hotel nestled in a meticulously maintained green area. The pool was clean, and we had a great dinner with local products. The breakfast was excellent and varied. The room was very large with a view of the Valley of the Temples."
Hotel Foresteria Baglio Della Luna
"If you drive by yourself, it is highly recommended. The hotel building is a historical building. The room interior is also very good. The courtyard is beautiful. Dinner in the open-air restaurant is very pleasant. Everywhere is beautiful for taking photos. If you have a car, it is not far to the temple and the Turkish stairs."
Hotel Tre Torri
"This hotel deserves high praise. It's inexpensive and the conditions are quite good. Parking in the courtyard is convenient. However, it's only suitable for those traveling by car; otherwise, it's a bit far to walk to the Valley of the Temples."
Atenea Luxury Suites - Atenea Collection
"The host was very welcoming. Since we arrived late, he was especially friendly and proactively offered solutions. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, and the decor in the room and common areas was tasteful. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town, surrounded by unique shops, restaurants, and bars. While it's bustling at night, the room was quiet and noise-free. Check-in convenience: I made an appointment with the host in advance, and they greeted me and explained all the details. Safety: Very safe. Amenities: Air conditioning, full Wi-Fi. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping. Environment: Quiet amidst the bustle."

Borgo Giallonardo Wine Relais
"Our stay at Borgo Giallonardo was one of the highlights of our 18-day trip to Sicily. The service was outstanding and the food was exceptional, we ate there 3 out of the 4 nights. The design of the property is exquisite, combining traditional accents with a fresh modern twist. Our suite was comfortable, spacious, quiet and well appointed, by far the nicest accommodations we had during our time in Sicily. The location is an oasis of olive trees and grape vines, all which are highlighted at the restaurant. We used it as our base to explore the area, and felt compelled to take some time to enjoy the resort-like feel and beautiful view of the hills and the mediterranean. IMO, it deserves more than 3 stars. We would go back in a heart beat!"
Luna Minoica Suites and Apartments
"Ideal location, a stone's throw from the super pretty, clean and quiet beach for our stay at the end of October. Very pleasant swimming pool area, very good breakfast. Please note there is no direct access from the room to the swimming pool/dining area, you have to walk a bit (climb). No problem for us but maybe a little annoying for older people. There is a small cart service for luggage!"
B&B Albachiara
Adler Spa Resort Sicilia
"A very placid 5 star resort, recently built with a far east touch and adeptly tucked into a terracced landscape. Unobtrusive, attentive and excellent service, very friendly too, all facilities are state of the art and very well kept, housekeeping impeccable too. In a nutshell - two thumbs up to the staff. breakfast buffet may profit from improvement in terms of variety and maybe offer the coolies and co from the dinner - but that‘s a matter of taste. The dinner menu is modern, light and very, very good. The prices on site are also reasobable."
Doric Eco Boutique Resort & Spa - Sicily
"This is a very quiet and unique hotel. All 25 rooms have private swimming pools. The warm and thoughtful service plus the unique natural scenery of Sicily are worth staying for a few days. The restaurant charges a lot but the atmosphere is great! If I go to Sicily, I will stay there for a few more days!"
Mangia's Torre Del Barone Resort
"Excellent place"
Verdura Resort, a Rocco Forte Hotel
"Wonderful place and fantastic service, we’ll definitely return back next year!!!"
La Dimora del Duca
Baglio Caruana Cantina & Relais
"Beautiful place Warm welcome by the owners with a glass of wine from the estate Large bedroom upstairs Pool area 🏊 very pleasant, large swimming pool We had dinner, excellent, plentiful, tasty, Sicilian specialties with tasting of wines from the estate and visit of the cellars with the very friendly owner who is driven by a passion for wine. Pantagruelian breakfast with local products, homemade This baglio has a soul"
Hotel Costazzurra Museum & Spa
"Would need a refresher"
Villa Concordia
"Close to the Greek Temples. Convenient, quiet. Off a side street in a town near Agrigento. Decent bed. Good sleep. Private parking area. The in-house breakfast facility was not available, so the manager sent us to a nearby breakfast spot (quite good) and reimbursed us. "
Hotel Villa Romana
"I’ll highly recommend this hotel which is really good for travels"
B&B Baglio Santa Croce
"I am also unsure about the reliability of a lot of the positive reviews that I have read, most of which are glowing while suspiciously non-specific. The place is objectively below standards, the owners are probably struggling financially and thus trying to run a low-budget operation -- and it shows. But it is not really a cheap place to stay either... The room is clean (but as noted by others, that is a must), comfortable and spacious, that much I agree with, and the air conditioner works (something that one cannot take for granted in Europe) but that is basically where the positives end. This is why I am giving it two stars instead of one. The location is inconvenient, In order to get just about anywhere it is necessary to walk up a steep hill and that can be a problem for people with limited mobility, no supermarket in the immediate vicinity and there is no public transportation available; hence, one must call a taxi or just walk. If one drives one's own car, the B&B has parking but there is a charge. The owner/manager is never on the premises and can only be reached via WhatsApp; if you need assistance and do not use that app, you're out of luck. The fridge in the room is functional but very tiny, and because (see below) one will likely need to buy one's own food (especially for breakfast), the small size is inconvenient. Alright, now we come to the breakfast part -- after all, that is what a B&B gets half of its name from. Um, wait... breakfast? What breakfast? Are you kidding me? As far as I am concerned, whatever it is that they have is no "breakfast" by any stretch of imagination. Breakfast is only served from 8 to 9:30, which already makes it inconvenient because people on vacation like to start their day earlier than that. One walks into this furnace that is the breakfast room (there is an air conditioner but they keep it off to save money), the person in charge greets you and offers you one teeny tiny croissant and some barely drinkable coffee (brownish hot water basically). There is a table where you find literally vending machine snacks (still wrapped in plastic), a sliced honeydew melon and no other pieces fruit (not even bananas), a few other supermarket items (e.g., 4-5 commercial yogurt cups, jam etc.), two jars of fruit juice (non-standard flavors), a few slices of swiss cheese and ham, stale sliced bread and a few hard boiled eggs and a cake from jurassic age... that's it. No water, no butter, no local/fresh pastries, no scrambled eggs, no vegetables, no orange juice. And if that's not enough, they do not replenish anything, so, you get there late... oops, too bad... Thankfully it is Sicily and there are plenty of places where one can go and enjoy amazing food for relatively little money but that is no reason for a B&B to fall so catastrophically short. I am quite sure that for the same money one can do much better in that area, so before you settle for this (as the very last option), do your own research. Not recommen"
Masseria del Carboj
"We had the most wonderful experience during our stay at Masseria del Carboj! The ambiance was absolutely charming, and the attention to detail in the decor made me feel like I was in a serene oasis. The staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was enjoyable. The food was exquisite, showcasing the flavors of the region, and the comfortable accommodations provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. I cannot recommend Masseria del Carboj highly enough – it truly made our trip unforgettable. Thank you for the exceptional hospitality! Ps: the best Octopus we ever had ! Compliments to the chef !"
