We are sorry regarding your experience with us, that didn't match at all with your expectation. Your feedback is very important to us, and we strive to provide an atmosphere of professionalism and comfort for all our guests. Ancona is a smaller city is true but has many historical stories to discovery surrounded and absolutely the wonderful seaside cost of Conero. Hope you enjoyed the Seaview by the room, although old style which I'm totally understand your point and i can say that we already started a project to re-styling our room and we hope to continue sooner with the others as well. In about your mention of our Chefs, we apologies for that, is not in our Hotel's concern to use that dictionary at all. I'll report to them in order that must not happens again for sure. We are sorry about your inconvenient with cab, however it's managed by external companies which normally working till late at night to guarantee the services at the airport arrivals. What I can say wit h Public transport in the most of town/city in Italy there are not too many late services at night, which could be fixed out. Our staff always willing to help and support our guests to find a solution specially with foreign people. You did not write any comment about the stay on our Hotel, as I can see of your response on cleanliness and service, to understand why your stay did not reach your expectations at some points.
