Regarding the shower slippers, some guests previously reported a room odor, but the cause was not immediately identified. After multiple investigations, we determined the problem was with the shower slippers. We urgently addressed the issue and requested a replacement from the supplier. However, due to delivery issues, the new slippers were not available in time. However, all new slippers have now arrived, the odor has disappeared, and they will be provided as normal going forward. We would also like to clarify that although our hotel is near the high-speed rail station, it is quiet at night, so you don't need to worry about your sleep quality. Trains only occasionally pass by after 9 a.m., and there is some noise from the tracks. If you're a light sleeper and plan to stay up past 9 a.m., please bring earplugs. Furthermore, the issues you mentioned, such as water pooling at the foot of the toilet and hair on the floor and pillow, are serious oversights in our cleaning process. We have reviewed our cleaning procedures and are strengthening inspections. Regarding the improper bathroom design that led to the leak and the failure of the front desk to promptly address the accumulated water, we will promptly implement improvements and strengthen front desk training to improve response efficiency.
