The hotel is excellent! Excellent service, beautifully decorated, lovely staff, but the hotel is located in a less pleasant area (it didn't bother me as much). Great pool and restaurant on the roof!

The guest relation manager John iş the best told him it was my mama birthday he organized it amazing gifted us two bottles of wine and macarons . Even write a handwritten letter, very cute thank you. The hotel breakfast was bomb , pool is small not like in the pictures . Room amazing stylish , fancy . Everything great . Thanks John

Really nice stay at this hotel. The location is perfect - the breakfast really good quality. Air con :) Fitness center good. Roof top pool small but nice when the weather is really hot. We really enjoy our stay.

I was a bit disappointed when they did not let me add in my kids 5 and 7 for free but they let us stay on a bigger room with a discount. Location is central and amazing rooftop pool with a great view

Great location of the hotel right in the center. Excellent service and the room was very clean, the room was cleaned every day, towels were changed every day. Large selection of food and drinks for breakfast. The rooftop offers beautiful views of the city and the Acropolis, and you can also use the jacuzzi, which is open all year round. We had a great time there. Of the minuses, unfortunately, the size of the room is small, the window of our room faced the wall of the hotel, because of this there is practically no daylight in the room. Very small bathroom, inconvenient shower; you cannot close the door to the shower room properly, as there is no lighting in it and because of this it is very inconvenient to take a shower. There was dust on the jacuzzi.

A little overpriced for what it offers. + the rooms are clean + the breakfast is good, they offer a lot of options + staff are nice and helpful + the location is super convenient - the pool, if you search for a good option with a pool, it’s not one of them, the pool itself and the area are way too small for the amount of people staying here, so it makes no sense to go to the pool even, it’s too busy and only works from 10 to 7 - the rooms are dark and barely have windows - the ac makes noises in the middle of the night, maybe it’s too old - the vent doesn’t seem clean as well Overall, not a bad hotel. But rather than booking a hotel with a pool you’ll barely use, I’d suggest to check beaches in Athens, which are very beautiful, clean and not far from the city centre (about 8km).

Breat location near metro/subway station. Price is reasonable. However, seems like lots of rooms without views outside the window.

Pros: well-maintained place, friendly staff, amazing breakfast, nice rooftop views. Cons: unfortunately, enough that I wouldn’t stay here again. - The neighborhood is not the safest area, especially at night. - The hotel has no control over the cigarette smoking. Supposedly it is a non-smoking hotel, but I constantly had the smell of cigarettes coming into my room at all hours, even after mentioning it to the front desk. Friends in other parts of the hotel and on other floors experienced this too, and we were there a week. - The amenities are closed in the off season, and this was not disclosed at booking. (Pool, jacuzzi, rooftop bar, etc.) - Unless you book a deluxe room with a view, you will be in a black box with no natural light, facing a building with broken windows. - The light design of the rooms is impractical, especially the swinging neon light in the bathroom, which blinds you and makes it impossible to look in the mirror for more than a few moments at a time. There are a million switches to turn things on and spotlight overheads that don’t provide enough light.

Breakfast was the best thing about this hotel! The staff are helpful and friendly. Comfy beds, room is relatively small, however the most annoying thing about it is that there is no sufficient light, and the window was really small so even during the day we didn’t get much natural light, and per my understanding upon discussing this with the workers, this is the situation in most of there rooms. Location wise - it was about 5-10 minutes drive to most attractions, in the future i would probably choose a hotel in Syntagma area.

This hotel is beautiful. Situated on Omonia Square. We were welcomed by friendly staff offering us Prosecco . We also had water and a small bottle of Prosecco in our room. Rooms are small but this is expected in a city hotel. Great rooftop pool. Wonderful breakfast which is served until 12pm and you can have cups to take away coffee. If you book balcony room make sure you book urban balcony room as classic balcony rooms have view of derelict building. The only downside to this hotel is the lifts. There are 2 lifts and they are always full and slow. We were on 6th and ended up walking the stairs most of the time. Metro station is opposite the entrance to the hotel and hop on hop off buses stop opposite the hotel. Lovely square to walk around but I would not walk off the square as a lot of homeless people in the streets.
