It’s basically quite good, but the renovation was done a bit early, and the room facilities aren’t very modern.

Very small room. No window , safe was not working.

Excellent location and staff. But the room is falling apart especially the washroom, poorly maintained, dirty towels….. lot of facilities are broken.

racist front desk lady. We didn't do anything, but she started rolling her eyes when she saw our faces.

Great location, close to Arc, easy to get around, lack of amenities but can obtain from reception.
Missing USB or Type C charging dock.
Urban twin looks big from website image actual size not that big.

8€ delivery cost for a 19€ Caesar salad with room service.
Two reusable bottles of water. One of mine was full of tea…
Means that reusable bottles are not checked by staff before selling the rooms.
3 nights on site, only 3 sticks of dehydrated coffee without any renewal during the stay.
The last day I asked for the bill. No way! Must be provided by travel agency. First time for me in 15 years !!!
I spent 300€/night this is scandalous. I’ll never go back there!

Had a great time, everything was nice except the shower, somehow it made loud noises wheni turned the water on but well aside from that it was ok

The location is excellent, and the hotel is quite large for Paris! The staff are friendly; when my child ran into the front desk area during check-in, they made him laugh and told him about a new colleague! Thumbs up!

The staff were friendly and polite, and the room was clean and very spacious.
The location is very convenient, close to the subway station. The only drawback was the weak water pressure from the showerhead. Everything else was great.
I hope they can improve this; I would come again next time.
