"The hotel room is quite big, and the front desk can all speak Chinese, which is very worry-free. There is a KTV in the middle, but it doesn't seem to be noisy. Maybe the KTV doesn't have much business. There are a lot of taxis parked downstairs, which makes traveling very convenient. A taxi to the airport usually costs 400,000 VND. It would be nice if the hotel provided breakfast."

"The apartment is very big, especially the living room, with two toilets and a shower, and the price is affordable. You can wash and cook by yourself. The drying rack is very convenient. The downside is that the breakfast is too simple. It is not Chinese style. I am not used to it. The shower has no water barrier, and water is everywhere. Overall, it is worth recommending."

LLinhJust stayed at this new hotel and honestly, I was really impressed. The room I got had a balcony and it was super spacious – way bigger than I expected! The staff were all really friendly and helpful, which made the whole stay even better. Breakfast was good too – decent variety and everything tasted fresh. Plus, the location is perfect – close to pretty much everything you’d want to see or do. Definitely a great spot if you’re looking for something comfy and convenient.

GGuest UserThe waiter can speak Chinese, there are many Chinese restaurants around, and the breakfast is not bad. The towel is a bit old, feels black and a bit hard. The slippers are the kind that are clipped next to the big toe, which is uncomfortable to wear. I want to change to another slipper but I haven't found it yet.

I stayed at this business hotel on this business trip. The overall experience was very satisfactory. Whether it was the environment, accommodation quality, sanitary conditions or service attitude, I felt that it was excellent value for money.

The hotel is located in the city center, with convenient transportation and all dining and shopping around. Although it is located in a downtown area, the sound insulation of the room is very good, completely free from outside noise, so that I can rest at ease. The lobby is simple and generous in design, full of modernity, giving people a professional and comfortable feeling.
**Quality of accommodation:**
The room is spacious, decorated in a simple business style, and the lighting is soft, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The beds are moderately hard and soft, the bedding is clean and tidy, and it is very comfortable to sleep. The office area is equipped with ergonomic chairs and a spacious desk, which is convenient for me to handle work affairs. In addition, free high-speed Wi-Fi is provided in the room, and the network is stable, which is very practical for me who need to deal with emails and meetings at any time.
**Sanitary conditions:**
The room was cleaned very clean, the floor and tabletop were spotless, and the bathroom did not have any scale or smell. Towels, bath towels and other supplies have been disinfected and are very safe to use. The daily cleaning service is also in place, and the staff will carefully organize the room and supplement the spare parts.
**Services:**
The hotel's service staff is kind and makes people feel at home from check-in to check-out. The front desk staff not only checked in quickly, but also provided transportation and catering information around. Room service responded quickly and any needs could be solved in time. GGuest UserI just saw a friend leave a bad review, and it had the same experience as mine: 1. If you arrive early, you can't check in and have to wait until 2:00 PM. If you want to check in early, it's a 400 RMB fee. This is the hotel's policy, and since you've chosen to comply, there's nothing wrong with that. But what happened next was outrageous. 2. I wanted to extend my stay in my original room, and the front desk told me I could do it (there were rooms available online at the time). I assumed I didn't need to arrive too early. When I went to check in, they told me the on-site rate would increase by over 200 RMB, which I refused. I asked Ctrip for help, and Ctrip customer service was very attentive and tried to communicate with me for a long time, but the front desk said no, there were no rooms available. I had no choice but to move to another hotel, but an hour or two later, the same price and room type were available. What a scam! 3. The hotel's breakfast wasn't commensurate with the price. There are some good points, though; it's a new hotel, and the facilities are decent. I hope they can be more sincere and less tactical with Chinese customers.

GGuest UserVery spacious room, great view on the 15th floor facing the older parts of Bac Ninh town. A lot of local flavor behind the hotel for those willing to explore on foot. The historical Bac Ninh Cathedral is nearby and hosts Christmas light-up activities. Good breakfast at the hotel buffet, but avoid going at other times because there are few other guests and the serving time is long. almost seem like they had to call in the chief to prepare your meal. A burger took close to 1-hour 3 separate times. Comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels changed daily, but the carpet could use some refreshing. very friendly staff.

The front desk service is 10 points good. I can't communicate with the rider when booking takeaway. The front desk lady also solves it for you one by one. I also help to call the car to the airport for free. For me who is not familiar with the road, it is 10 points considerate.
The room is in ideal health, the facilities are quite new, there is a washing machine in the bathroom, there is also a small kitchen, I am quite satisfied with this rental.
