Lisbon Hotels with balcony

My overall stay at this hotel in Lisbon was excellent. The room was spacious and newly renovated, and the front desk staff provided exceptionally high-quality service. A major bonus was the unlimited complimentary bottled water available upon request, which is a rare find in Europe where most hotels only offer one free bottle. Another highlight was being able to watch the light show directly from my room every evening. Although the hotel isn't in the absolute city center, it's conveniently located right next to bus and metro stations, making getting around incredibly easy. The only minor drawback was that the room cleaning wasn't always as thorough as it could be. Occasionally, there were lingering stains or residue on towels, cutlery, or bed linen. I'd recommend checking these items upon arrival and simply calling the front desk for replacements if needed. Overall, my stay was very comfortable, and I'd highly recommend this hotel; its service quality is top-notch in Lisbon.

Important Considerations for Travelers: - If you book a room with breakfast included and have an early flight on your departure day, consider purchasing breakfast separately. The hotel does not offer a refund for unused breakfasts, and in my case, they neither refunded nor provided any form of compensation. This policy, though minor for the hotel, can leave a negative impression, as a small gesture of goodwill would go a long way in enhancing guest satisfaction. - The hotel does not provide bathrobes, which may be inconvenient for guests accustomed to using them after a shower. - Nighttime temperatures can be quite low, so it is advisable to turn on the air conditioning in advance to ensure a comfortable sleep. - The rooms are compact, making this hotel a better fit for solo travelers rather than couples or families. - While it is rated as a four-star property, the breakfast selection is quite simple and limited. Guests can expect pastries, a small assortment of sliced meats and cheeses (1-2 types each), yogurt, toppings, scrambled eggs, ciabatta, a modest selection of sliced fruit, juice, and some alcoholic beverages. Hotel Perk: - Unlimited coffee is available in the lounge, which is a nice bonus for guests. - The hotel is situated in a district neighboring the city center, offering convenient access. Guests can reach the embankment and historic center within a short walk. - Upon my arrival on the first night of check-in, I received a welcome kit that included complimentary access to the in-room bar. Room size and amenities are excellent. There is some drainage smell in the bathroom during my stay but the water pressure and temperature offset that part. It's important to have a nice shower and hair wash in Lisbon summer after going out everyday. The little kitchen and dining table is absolutely value-added. Location is fair though you could still walk to the city centre in 25 mins if you don't want to pay for transport Lots of breakfast options in the surrounding. During my 4-night stay, we came across with fire alarm in the midnight at 3am ish. Everybody went down stairs to find out what happened. As everything is digitalised, no guest is able to speak to a real person staff to find out what happened as the fire alarm keeps ringing for over 20 mins. The emergency sign along the stairs is not clear enough. We didn't know we by-passed ground floor already so we kept going down until we reached the car park which is 2 floors down the ground floor, ie. Basement. We had to go up again inside the car park and found the exit to the ground floor. Imagine if a fire takes place and it gets lots of smoke around, it's could be life threatening in such a situation. Some of the residents retrieved the booking confirmation email and found the emergency contact which led us to contact the property via WhatsApp and saying someone will be on site to find out what happened and whether it's safe to re-enter the building again. We got automated email asking us not to enter the building until it's clear what happened In about 30 mins, a guy from the fire alarm company arrived and turned the alarm off. He explained one of the rooms triggered that alarm. But the guest staying in the room was with the main group on scene and said she was sleeping when the alarm rang! No cooking or smoking inside the room at all. That guy re-assured it's safe to re-enter the building so it was about 4am when we back to our room. We couldn't sleep again given adter running up and down. So this is how it goes. The hardware of the room is perfect but if you want real person support at the time when tou needed it most, I'm not sure if that's your choice.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and everything was extremely clean and well organized. The location is wonderful and close to everything, which made my stay very convenient. The service is fully digital, but it works very well and makes everything quick and practical. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again. 10/10!

On a busy street, it’s not very quiet, but you can wear earplugs. Your experience depends on the other travelers, of course, if they are considerate. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The reason I like this place is because it has a lot of character. It’s a turn-of-the-last century, 1890s palace, with very fancy ceilings, parquet wooden floors, and a marble floor lobby. It’s a real palace, one of many in Portugal! In 1914 it was rented to the Swiss Ambassador of Portugal. Although the place is quite dated now, it still has a lot of class. If you have a little more money, you can rent a small suite, higher up and quieter, also with credit card points (free or almost ). Unfortunately the internet only works in the lobby if you have a mobile phone. It seems to work fine for iPads and computers, strangely enough. It has a kitchen and washer / dryer. The fridge is old-style retro, as well as the deco in the whole hotel / hostel. (small fridge, but it does have a small freezer, too.) The place has a restaurant, which is popular. If you eat a large breakfast you can include it with your rent, it costs about 9€ (I don’t , so the kitchen was fine – modern electric stove top, microwave – no oven!) The top bunk of a three-tiered system is fairly safe, as it has steps, instead of ladder rungs. It has wooden lockers (bring your own lock) and small boxes, hidden in the stairs at every bed level. Not for the faint of heart or those afraid of heights… or those who can’t do stairs. Two flights of stairs up! Shared rooms on first and second floors, kitchen is on the first. No elevator to the shared rooms, unlike the suites.

Overall the hotel is good, location is great. You can use lime Scotty or Cycle to reach there. Breakfast have good options. You need to deposit €50 in advance which they will return at checkout. Metro stations, groceries and couple of food options nearby.

Stayed before but was worse this time. Bed and pillows were really poor and wouldn't come back because of that. It genuinely gave me back pain and affected my sleep The room was also too hot. The internet was sufficient  The breakfast is and was good and the value for money was decent Location is useful - Bolt to the airport costs less than 5 euros. 

I recently stayed at thisserviced apartment hotel in Lisbon and had a very pleasant experience. The location was excellent, close to public transportation, restaurants, and many of the city’s main attractions. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a small kitchen and a spacious living area. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the reliable Wi-Fi, which made it easy to relax or get some work done. Overall, this was a great place to stay, offering both the comfort of a home and the convenience of a hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again the next time I visit Lisbon.

The room with bathroom inside the room with balcony. No curtains on the beds, the light can bother, no privacy. There is elevator, no problems with luggage. There is a kitchen, but is closed in the night time. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hostel is located about 3km walk from the center city, but does have some close by attractions (such as the Jeronimo's Monetary) The room is extremely small, if you seat on the edge of the bed and try to stretch your legs, you'll most likely hit the wall. We had our room replaced, as the first room had zero privacy for the toilet and the second room gave the illusion of privacy (as you can see in photos) We've not seen any of the management, as everything is done thru WhatsApp to contact them and they will respond. Breakfast was OK, it had a bit of choices but there was more cakes and cookies then actual food.
