Romantica Villa with Private Pool

We flew in from HK/China for a week-long holiday in celebration of a friend's birthdy in Bali. The entire journey was all lovely except for this villa, which was a huge disappointment. First, this villa is significant overpriced for what it offers: Four of us paid ~HK$1.8k (about USD230) per night for the villa, which should have been about the price range of at least a four-star hotel in Ubud, but what we received was horrendous: 1) This villa features three bedrooms on its Trip.com ads, but only two bedrooms are usable. The third one, despite being built more recently, is damp, dark, windowless, and moldy - the same vibe you'd pick up from a ******* apartment. Small, black insects were crawlling all over the place, under the pillows and on the floor in the night we arrived. (*One of friends moved out early due to the unusable third room. We asked for a partial refund/an early check-out given the third room was entirely unusable. The local manager tried to help arrange that, but his foreign owner couldn't be reached on time. We are still waiting for a response till today.) 2) Some bed sheets are stained with a few water marks on them. Towels are only changed every other day, but even newly changed towels give off an unpleasant moldy smell. ACs are ancient, esp. the one in the Guest Bedroom. Washing machine is probably from 1,000 years ago so nobody dared to use it. The villa's highlight, its room decro paintings, feature... well, what I'd call a modern Satanic Hellish style. This villa easily makes the Top 3 WORST places I've ever stayed in the past five years. Having said that, its manager and cleaning staff were very helpful. They seemed to have made great efforts to resolve our compliants but said there was nothing much they could do if the owner decided to let it slide.
