It was our second hotel on the trip to Bali, we picked it to celebrate my 35th birthday and it was the right choice! The suite was super spacious, with a huge bathtub! They offer just EVERYTHING you might need! Once checked in, you even have a butler service 24/7, who can arrange anything. The ocean is literally across the road with free sunbeds and umbrellas.
The breakfast has both- all you can eat buffet and a la carte options. The view from the rooftop bar is to die for.
I am so grateful I got to stay there and will recommend it to anyone, who’s planning to visit Seminyak

Staff is very friendly and helpful. We are able to check in a few hours before 3pm. Booked a ocean view room was given a room which has a shelter infront of our balcony and it was kind of disappointed. Alittle concerned of the privacy as they serve the welcome drinks to our room but we are at the balcony so did hear the door bell and person just came in to our surprise. Indicated DND sign but they still came in to the room and put a letter explaining they did not make up our room due to DND sign. It can be considered attentive or lack of privacy. But overall we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Their beach club has closed down though.

Please stop reading reviews for this hotel. It’s amazing … the building the location the rooms the food .. you can’t find a better hotel than this if you can afford it.

The hotel's name presents itself. The best suite room you can find in Kuta. Breakfast is at the rooftop restaurant with the stunning view of Seminyak beach. All the staffs are friendly and willing to help you in any situation.

We had a lovely 2 night stay in their ocean view deluxe suite. The facilities in the room are amazing with staff being really attentive and friendly. There is a huge choice for the breakfast and you won't get bored.
We had an evening in the floating pod and were completely amazed by the choice of drinks and food and again service was impeccable.
