All good…the staff very friendly

The hospitality is great, and the breakfast mostly Indonesian food, is decent. The room is clean, but what I didn’t enjoy was being placed in a smoking room. As a non-smoker, it was really unpleasant to smell smoke coming from the neighboring rooms. I don’t see any benefit for the business in allowing smoking in hotel rooms. Overall, the hotel is well-located, just a 20-minute walk to Kuta Beach, with many restaurants nearby. Most of the guests appear to be Indonesian. It’s a good option for a short stay or transit.

All staff are commendable for being so hospitable and accommodating. I have made an error in booking for extra night and extra bed for extra pax, the extra night was not refunded since i booked it in trip.com but the extra bed was booked directly to the hotel and it was refunded 😍. The room is very pleasant, was cleaned and refilled everyday, the hotel breakfast was nice too, bread, cereals, salads, omelettes was freshly cooked upon ordering and has nice selection of info food at the buffet. Location was far, if you are going to walk towards the beach and just 10minutes i think for a car ride. Our stay was pleasant especially because of the kindness and hospitality of the staff. Thank you, from the travelers from the Philippines.🥰

Nice, quiet room. Helpful staffs, various tasty breakfast, not salty and not too spicy but tasty. They even have jamu. The pool is clean and nice. Room is clean, with plenty of bottle water, we have 4 each day. More than we expected.

We were completely shocked by the hotel. The location is extremely unfortunate. We lived there for 4 days, once we went by taxi to Kuta beach, where it is impossible to swim, the beach is exclusively for advanced surfers. When you leave the hotel, you find yourself on a narrow dirty street with a narrow sidewalk. The deluxe room is very small, the towels and bed linen are so terrible that sometimes it seemed that they did not even wash it. In general, I do not recommend the hotel. The pool is small with cool water. Breakfasts are very modest. The only five plus in the hotel is the service staff. They are simply brilliant. Both the reception and the boys who meet and see you off at the hotel are mega positive and helpful. That's all. We did not find any more positive moments.
