Cleanliness needs to be stepped up, there were ants on the table and in the toilet basin top. Amenities wise, I requested for toothbrush and toothpaste and they provided one day and not the next. Toothpaste was very small enough for 2 use at the most. Service staff at the lobby were very polite and helpful. However they lacked tourist information, I asked about Song Wat street and they were clueless. Asked how to take the bus and they were equally unaware. I hope they can be more informed.

As a female traveler, I felt completely safe and welcomed here. The street and surrounding area feel secure, and the staff — especially the GM, Peter— are incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay warm and inviting. The property is brand new, spotless, and very affordable. The room is surprisingly spacious for the price, and the location is excellent — just steps from EmSphere, Emporium, and EmQuartier. You can even walk through the mall as a shortcut to Phrom Phong BTS station, or take the hotel’s free shuttle for extra convenience. This has now become my go-to hotel whenever I visit Bangkok!

The location is very good, and it is convenient to go to BTS station and Terminal 21. The living room is comfortable and the air conditioning is sufficient. The staff are very polite and helpful。
