The hotel was well-maintained and clean. The front desk even proactively offered a complimentary upgrade to a Milk Dragon-themed room and free stroller service, which my child absolutely loved! There are also plenty of diverse dining options downstairs, all within walking distance, and it's close to many attractions, making it very convenient. I'll definitely choose Sheraton again next time I'm in town!

Terrible experience.
1. From 1 AM to 2 AM, there was drilling upstairs, likely renovation work. I was repeatedly woken up and slept terribly (I'm usually a heavy sleeper, so the noise was extreme).
2. The air conditioner, as shown in picture one, is very old and makes a clunking noise when turned on. Luckily, it's winter, so I didn't need to use it.
3. There's only a bathtub for showering. You have to climb into it to shower. It's easy for short people to slip when climbing in, and tall people will hit their heads on the ceiling if they stand in it.
Pros: Good location, with a view of the 'Three-piece Suit' (likely referring to a landmark or building cluster) outside the window.

The room was cozy and smelled pleasant. The huge window offered a great view of the entire Daning commercial district, and the environment was quite serene. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Although the furnishings were a bit old, they were spotlessly clean. The only minor issue was an occasional odor from the toilet drain, which could ideally be flushed with disinfectant.

This hotel was great! We stayed here for a night after spending a full day at Legoland with the kids, then headed to Fengjing Ancient Town the next day. The room's air conditioning was very comfortable – not too hot and dry in the dead of winter, nor was it not warm enough. There's also a lawn, which was perfect for taking the kids for a stroll in the morning. We even got a free upgrade to a lake-view room, and seeing the sunrise from the balcony was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was also good. Overall, I highly recommend it. If you're planning a two-day, one-night trip to Shanghai including Legoland and Fengjing, this is an excellent choice for accommodation. Plus, the hotel offers a shuttle bus to Legoland, but we didn't use it as we went straight to the park in the morning and checked in afterwards.

When I first came, I initially booked a room, and later extended my stay through Ctrip. Overall, the hotel room was clean and tidy, and the pillows were quite comfortable. The only issue was one morning when the upstairs renovation was really noisy, but it stopped the next day. The front desk staff were very professional and helpful when they found out about it. If I have the chance, I would definitely come back again.

Service: I have to say that the service is still very positive. There is a stuffy smell when entering the room. In addition to opening the window for ventilation, the waiter also helped to bring an air purifier.
Hygiene: Overall it is OK. Maybe there is too much dust in Shanghai, the exterior glass is a bit dirty, but the hygiene of the room is still OK
Environment: It is not far to various tourist attractions. It is generally about 3 kilometers by taxi. You can walk to the surrounding restaurants to eat farm food.
I have to say that the hotel's lunch set was beyond my expectation. It was very delicious. The smoked fish was delicious and the chef's skills were first-class👍

This hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Hong Kong and close to both Futian Port and Huanggang Port, making it incredibly convenient for travelers going back and forth between Shenzhen and Hong Kong. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, and there's a wide array of shopping and dining options nearby, offering guests great accessibility. 

The staff's service attitude receives high praise; employees are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Check-in at the front desk is efficient and professional, and room service is also very good, leading to high overall guest satisfaction. Some reviews mention the hotel offers luggage storage and an efficient check-in process. Although the hotel is a bit dated, the facilities are comprehensive and meet basic needs. Rooms are clean and tidy, bedding is comfortable, bathrooms feature wet/dry separation, and water pressure is ample. The swimming pool and gym are lauded as nice bonuses. The hotel's overall hygiene is considered to meet five-star standards, with clean and sanitary rooms. The hotel is regarded as excellent value for money, offering larger rooms and better prices compared to hotels in Hong Kong. Despite the somewhat older facilities, the overall experience aligns with the price, making it a more economical option in Shenzhen.

A truly satisfying stay! The service was professional and attentive, the room offered great views, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The location is convenient with plenty of dining options. Overall, the quality is excellent, making it the most reliable and trustworthy hotel in the Bao'an area.

This hotel boasts an excellent location with incredibly convenient transport links, an abundance of great food options nearby, and fantastic shopping. The moment I stepped into the lobby, a lovely lady at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile. Check-in was fast and efficient, and she thoughtfully shared some recommendations for local attractions and dining spots.

The room itself was cozy and comfortable, featuring a high-quality King Koil mattress, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless, and the toiletries provided were top-notch. I was particularly impressed with the soundproofing; the room was incredibly quiet, with no disturbance from outside.

The breakfast buffet was extensive and diverse, offering a wide array of both Western and Chinese dishes, all of which were delicious. The restaurant environment was elegant, and the staff were diligent in replenishing food, making for a very pleasant dining experience.

Furthermore, the hotel's facilities are comprehensive, with a well-equipped gym. Any requests I had were promptly addressed by the front desk staff.

Overall, my stay here was absolutely perfect! I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone! 😘

Absolutely fell in love with this hotel! Huge thanks to Ctrip's honest reviews – they really helped me avoid a bad experience. The hotel's location near Phoenix City subway station is a huge plus, and it's just a 10-minute walk to the Wanda commercial area, making it incredibly convenient and great value for business trips. The room had excellent soundproofing and a wide-open view from the window. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety. Customer service was prompt and responsive. My good mood for the trip started right from booking!

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, the front desk attendant's smile and efficient service made me feel incredibly welcome. Check-in was lightning-fast, and she thoughtfully introduced me to the hotel's facilities.

The room's cleanliness was impeccable, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, washing away all my travel fatigue. The biggest surprise was the shower system – the water pressure was just right, and the toiletries were excellent. The city night view from the window was beautiful, and the soundproofing was superb, allowing me to enjoy a rare, deep sleep.

I must commend the cleaning staff for their meticulous attention to detail; even the corners were spotless. The breakfast offered a rich variety, and the freshly ground coffee smelled wonderful. At checkout, the front desk even proactively asked for my feedback, an attitude that values guests' opinions and was truly touching. It offers incredible value for money, and I highly recommend it to travelers seeking quality. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit this city!

This hotel's location is truly fantastic! The area right outside is bustling, and it's super convenient for walking around and finding places to eat. I really regret not choosing it when I first arrived in Kunming, and it's a shame I only stayed one night.

It's only a few hundred meters from Nanqiang Street and Kunming Old Street, so you can walk there very quickly. There are also several large shopping malls nearby, so everything you need is right at your fingertips.

The hotel is quite new, and the room facilities are all pretty good. It was a very comfortable stay.

I do have a small suggestion: even if you close the shower door carefully, it still bangs quite loudly. I'm worried it might break if someone isn't paying attention.

Also, the fragrance in the hotel lobby isn't very pleasant; it has a slightly common or cheap smell. I'd suggest switching to a fresher scent. That would make for a much more pleasant first impression when guests walk in, haha.

There's a Majia Beef Pancake stall downstairs that always has a long queue. Out of curiosity, I bought two – one beef and one beef with preserved vegetables. The plain beef one was definitely more fragrant and tastier. The latter was good for the first bite, but then it became overpoweringly salty. It's probably not worth waiting in such a long line for; it's not a must-try.

The last hotel on our trip! 

**Location:** We took taxis to and from the hotel, so I didn't experience the subway, but it seems to be about 800m away. 
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. There's a laundry room on the 2nd floor, and they even have a dedicated bar area. 

**Facilities:** I have to commend them on this. They have screen mirroring, which is something I really value because it greatly expands your entertainment options. The moment you open the door, it feels very high-end, with a separate toilet and shower. The view from the window wasn't great; just a Walmart across the street. The in-room air conditioning was easy to operate, with simple cold/heat switching. 

**Service:** Excellent! Several times, services were delivered by robots. The front desk staff were also very attentive. 

**Cleanliness:** I have to praise the cleanliness; it looked exceptionally good. 

**Amenities:** There's a free pool table on the 1st floor; just ask the front desk to get started!

Stayed one night for transit. Arrived in airport midnight, counter staff called me in advance to confirm pickup time,  driver arrived at the airport on time with good communication.
A helpful counter staff (Eason Yang) help me to book a ticket for ＜Dynamic Yunnan＞, and a car to airport during check out.

Cleanliness: Overall quite good, very clean. However, there was a large, dried toothpaste stain on the sink that wasn't cleaned.
Facilities: Excellent, there's even a swimming pool.
Service: The front desk service was great. But the lady at the noodle station during breakfast, when she was getting me buns and sweet potatoes, someone else came up and asked her to cook 'er'si' noodles. She hadn't even finished serving me when she started cooking for them. I waited for a long time. I even said, 'You can just give me the tongs, I'll get it myself,' and she just threw the tongs down in front of me??? I was shocked! Is the service worse than a budget hotel???

The stay was fantastic! The hotel was quiet and elegant, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Shirley, the staff member, was friendly and attentive, paying attention to every detail. It was great value for money, and I had a comfortable and worry-free stay. I highly recommend it!
