Stayed in this hotel just for Disneyland. The hotel provides free shuttle to disneyland and some perks (e.g., rental of portable chargers and tour guides for Disneyland). Both are quite worth it!

Location of the hotel is great with many food options and convenient stores just downstairs. One of the downside is that the parcels (from TB or any online platform) are placed at the little room just outside the hotel, so its not monitored or kept safely - there’s always a risk of someone stealing your item. Room space wise is quite good, just that we found double eyelid tapes left behind by the previous guest in the toilet. But the staff responded quite quickly and gave us a free upgrade (but the moving was quite disappointing because we felt super rushed to change room). 

Also, they will add you on wechat to provide personalised service but it feels a little pressuring when they keep asking you for good reviews and even requested us to show them what we wrote first before posting 😅 But gonna just keep it real here. Overall, its quite a good hotel within the vicinity that is a good alternative to disneyland hotels. 👍🏼

From check-in to check-out, my entire experience was absolutely perfect. Coming back for a vacation from overseas, I wasn't familiar with hotels in Shanghai. Seeing that this was a Four Points by Marriott property, I felt confident about the service. Upon arrival, I had a lot of luggage, and the bellhop helped me with it all the way. The staff were all warm and polite, patiently answering guests' questions. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-15 minute drive to the Bund, without traffic. My originally booked king-sized bed room was upgraded for free to the suite shown in picture three. The room was clean, tidy, and the facilities were very new. I will definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation on my next visit to Shanghai.

The room was cozy and smelled pleasant. The huge window offered a great view of the entire Daning commercial district, and the environment was quite serene. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Although the furnishings were a bit old, they were spotlessly clean. The only minor issue was an occasional odor from the toilet drain, which could ideally be flushed with disinfectant.

Environment: European architectural style, beautiful surroundings, lakeside design, comfortable and quiet, very relaxing and pleasant.
Service: First-class service, the front desk staff were very polite and check-in was fast. The staff interacted with guests in a friendly manner.
Hygiene and Facilities: Clean, with complete entertainment facilities such as a swimming pool and gym. There's a large park in front of the hotel, suitable for children to play in. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to Legoland. It's very popular with families.
Hotel Restaurant: High value for money. Beef noodle sets or chicken noodle sets are 58 RMB each, with large portions and great taste.

This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Shanghai. I booked a 2-night package deal in advance for 849, which was valid even during the summer holiday and included breakfast for two. Despite being a package deal, the hotel's service was excellent; the staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to all our requests. The breakfast spread was generous and filling. Our room was spotlessly clean. The hotel is conveniently located about 6 kilometers from Disneyland, making it easy to get there by taxi or subway. Best of all, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from Disneyland! This was an amazing perk. Highly recommend!

Service: I have to say that the service is still very positive. There is a stuffy smell when entering the room. In addition to opening the window for ventilation, the waiter also helped to bring an air purifier.
Hygiene: Overall it is OK. Maybe there is too much dust in Shanghai, the exterior glass is a bit dirty, but the hygiene of the room is still OK
Environment: It is not far to various tourist attractions. It is generally about 3 kilometers by taxi. You can walk to the surrounding restaurants to eat farm food.
I have to say that the hotel's lunch set was beyond my expectation. It was very delicious. The smoked fish was delicious and the chef's skills were first-class👍

Here again, staying one night before heading to Hong Kong 🇭🇰

Facilities:
The swimming pool and gym are still excellent, five-star standard.

Cleanliness:
Clean.

Since I booked multiple rooms, I got an upgrade to a mountain view room, which was a bit small. Due to an issue with the room's facilities, they moved me to another room, which was larger. There's a picture of the mountain view room for reference.

Service:
As consistently good as ever.

A heartfelt thank you to Tina at the front desk and every colleague who showed us warmth and care throughout our stay: from the attentive reception by the professional ambassadors at the front desk, to the meticulous cleaning by the room attendants; from the enthusiastic breakfast service by the 19th-floor restaurant staff, to the friendly smiles of the bar colleagues who joined our family for a game of billiards; and also to the ever-smiling team members who greeted us warmly at the entrance. It is precisely because of your dedication and thoughtfulness that we felt the warmth of home and immense happiness during this special birthday weekend. The entire weekend was filled with laughter and touching moments, leaving us with many wonderful and unforgettable memories.

My experience at Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen Bay was absolutely fantastic! The facilities are thoughtful and practical. The 24-hour gym is well-equipped, and the 24-hour self-service laundry room is incredibly convenient. The location is exceptional; you can enjoy views of the Shahe Golf Course greens right from your window, and Shenzhen Bay Park is within walking distance. The cleanliness was impeccable; the bedding and bathroom in the guest room were spotless. The service was warm and attentive; they proactively provided tips for passing through Shenzhen Bay Port, which made my travel much easier! Allan, the front office manager, always arranges everything perfectly for my stays – he's very dedicated. And the beef at Ruiwan Restaurant is incredibly delicious; I highly recommend it!

Absolutely fell in love with this hotel! Huge thanks to Ctrip's honest reviews – they really helped me avoid a bad experience. The hotel's location near Phoenix City subway station is a huge plus, and it's just a 10-minute walk to the Wanda commercial area, making it incredibly convenient and great value for business trips. The room had excellent soundproofing and a wide-open view from the window. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety. Customer service was prompt and responsive. My good mood for the trip started right from booking!

The hotel is located right in the middle of high rises in the financial district. While vicinity to metro, pier, restaurants etc is very pleasant, it's also super confusing to get to and feels a bit claustrophobic.
The room was nice as such, a lot smaller than the previous hotel I stayed in in NYC (no seating option except the desk chair here). Housekeeping seems a bit unorganized; I stayed two nights and on the day I spent in NYC completely and left the hotel around 10am for sightseeing, returning around 5pm, no room service had been done at all. On the next day, when I was due to check out, housekeeping knocked on my door at around 9am when I was still in the shower. 
For a decent price I would consider staying again but with other alternatives available would likely choose something else.

After 14 hours of our trip from middle east we have slept well in their comfy bed. My family and I have enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very cozy and very convenient. Aside from close to the train station there is also a place called chinatown who offers great food with a lot of variation with an affordable prices. Though the hotel has incomplete stuffs such as no bathrobe, slippers and service is 6/10 still there is a room for improvement. Overall i can recommend this hotel and we will definitely be coming back in our future plans. Thank you so much and keep it up!

I was a little skeptical reading online reviews but my stay was excellent.  Location was excellent, I pretty much walked everywhere.  Subway station is across the street.  Toiletries were of good quality, even makeup wipes were provided!  Wifi signal was strong.  I wanted to give a special shoutout to Monica from front desk.  She was very helpful and ever so friendly.

My husband and I went to spend Christmas in New York, with my son, daughter-in-law and two granddaughters. Even though we made reservations on different apps, they not only placed us side by side, but also upgraded us to the 17th floor. Everything's good!!

The hotel's location is close to the subway station and easy to get to and from the airport. The hotel is clean, with 1.5-meter-wide twin beds. There are many restaurants nearby, including a Chinese restaurant with delicious Sichuan cuisine. Although the hotel, like some other hotels, does not have toothbrushes, slippers and other supplies, the price of just over 1,000 yuan is acceptable in Manhattan.
