The hotel service was fantastic! They offer airport pickup, shuttle service to Disneyland, and even to the subway station. Not only does it save money, but it's incredibly convenient and hassle-free! Dining options nearby are also excellent. There are noodle shops, Chinese restaurants, hot pot, fast food, coffee shops, and convenience stores, all super close – so close you don't even need delivery! The front desk service was great too, and they even prepared thoughtful farewell gifts!

From check-in to check-out, my entire experience was absolutely perfect. Coming back for a vacation from overseas, I wasn't familiar with hotels in Shanghai. Seeing that this was a Four Points by Marriott property, I felt confident about the service. Upon arrival, I had a lot of luggage, and the bellhop helped me with it all the way. The staff were all warm and polite, patiently answering guests' questions. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-15 minute drive to the Bund, without traffic. My originally booked king-sized bed room was upgraded for free to the suite shown in picture three. The room was clean, tidy, and the facilities were very new. I will definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation on my next visit to Shanghai.

The service was excellent. Lily, the cleaner on the 8th floor, was a diligent and thoughtful older lady. Many foreigners stay here, and some of the Anglo-Saxons had a bit of an arrogant air. The facilities aren't brand new, but there's a gym and a pool. I didn't get a chance to use them, even though I brought my goggles, cap, and trunks...

Environment: European architectural style, beautiful surroundings, lakeside design, comfortable and quiet, very relaxing and pleasant.
Service: First-class service, the front desk staff were very polite and check-in was fast. The staff interacted with guests in a friendly manner.
Hygiene and Facilities: Clean, with complete entertainment facilities such as a swimming pool and gym. There's a large park in front of the hotel, suitable for children to play in. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to Legoland. It's very popular with families.
Hotel Restaurant: High value for money. Beef noodle sets or chicken noodle sets are 58 RMB each, with large portions and great taste.

This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Shanghai. I booked a 2-night package deal in advance for 849, which was valid even during the summer holiday and included breakfast for two. Despite being a package deal, the hotel's service was excellent; the staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to all our requests. The breakfast spread was generous and filling. Our room was spotlessly clean. The hotel is conveniently located about 6 kilometers from Disneyland, making it easy to get there by taxi or subway. Best of all, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from Disneyland! This was an amazing perk. Highly recommend!

Service: I have to say that the service is still very positive. There is a stuffy smell when entering the room. In addition to opening the window for ventilation, the waiter also helped to bring an air purifier.
Hygiene: Overall it is OK. Maybe there is too much dust in Shanghai, the exterior glass is a bit dirty, but the hygiene of the room is still OK
Environment: It is not far to various tourist attractions. It is generally about 3 kilometers by taxi. You can walk to the surrounding restaurants to eat farm food.
I have to say that the hotel's lunch set was beyond my expectation. It was very delicious. The smoked fish was delicious and the chef's skills were first-class👍

About 35mins from the airport or high speed train station depending on traffic. Convenient spot for many shopping centres. Halal Chinese food options just opposite or within the hotel vicinity, Halal western food. Service was attentive and approachable helping us to book for 7 seaters to airport. Great location for your shopping spree. Clean room, comfy bed with full amenities, free flow of bottle drinking water at lobby. Recommended location that meets your holiday needs.

Had a wonderful experience! The location is fantastic, close to everything in the city center. Just a short walk downstairs, and you'll find plenty of food options. There's also a small alleyway nearby with many hidden culinary gems where the locals eat – it's like a community or neighborhood secret. 

The service was excellent. The staff even upgraded my room for free, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was a comfortable junior suite, not huge but well-equipped with everything I needed. 

The bedding was good, though I occasionally found small stones or something under the sheets. I hope they can be a bit more thorough with cleaning next time, but it's a minor flaw that doesn't detract from the overall experience. 

Breakfast, to be honest, was quite average. Limited variety and not many choices, and the rice noodles were just okay. 

Overall, it was a great stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kunming.

As someone who prefers a relaxed travel style and avoids early morning flights, I carefully compared several hotels and chose this one near the airport. Overall, my stay was excellent.

Firstly, the location is great, just a 10-minute drive from the airport, and the hotel offers airport shuttle service. Secondly, the hotel is new, and the soundproofing is excellent; I wasn't disturbed by any aircraft noise, ensuring a good night's sleep. Thirdly, the service was impeccable; Manager Yang and staff member Erics Tang at the front desk were very welcoming. Lastly, the breakfast offered a rich variety, including a fresh coffee machine, and started at 6:30 AM, which was very considerate.

[Suggestions for Improvement]

1. The navigation information for the hotel's location wasn't accurate enough. The driver picking me up from Kunming Station had to circle around once to find the parking lot entrance at night.
2. The hotel's sign and exterior wall colors are too similar, lacking contrast. It's hard to see during the day, though it looks better when lit up at night.
3. There were only 2 bottles of mineral water in the room, which is a bit few. It would be good to increase it to 4 bottles. If possible, placing some mineral water near the elevator on each guest floor would also be a nice touch.
4. Given its proximity to the airport, the hotel likely has more guests checking in at night. Offering a simple late-night snack menu would provide an even more thoughtful service for guests.

Cleanliness: Overall quite good, very clean. However, there was a large, dried toothpaste stain on the sink that wasn't cleaned.
Facilities: Excellent, there's even a swimming pool.
Service: The front desk service was great. But the lady at the noodle station during breakfast, when she was getting me buns and sweet potatoes, someone else came up and asked her to cook 'er'si' noodles. She hadn't even finished serving me when she started cooking for them. I waited for a long time. I even said, 'You can just give me the tongs, I'll get it myself,' and she just threw the tongs down in front of me??? I was shocked! Is the service worse than a budget hotel???

The location is excellent, convenient for travel, and surrounded by complete amenities. The room was bright, clean, and odor-free, with good soundproofing, and I slept very well. It was a very satisfactory stay. Maitlyn, the staff member, was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. It was a great experience! 👍

The hotel is located right in the middle of high rises in the financial district. While vicinity to metro, pier, restaurants etc is very pleasant, it's also super confusing to get to and feels a bit claustrophobic.
The room was nice as such, a lot smaller than the previous hotel I stayed in in NYC (no seating option except the desk chair here). Housekeeping seems a bit unorganized; I stayed two nights and on the day I spent in NYC completely and left the hotel around 10am for sightseeing, returning around 5pm, no room service had been done at all. On the next day, when I was due to check out, housekeeping knocked on my door at around 9am when I was still in the shower. 
For a decent price I would consider staying again but with other alternatives available would likely choose something else.

After 14 hours of our trip from middle east we have slept well in their comfy bed. My family and I have enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very cozy and very convenient. Aside from close to the train station there is also a place called chinatown who offers great food with a lot of variation with an affordable prices. Though the hotel has incomplete stuffs such as no bathrobe, slippers and service is 6/10 still there is a room for improvement. Overall i can recommend this hotel and we will definitely be coming back in our future plans. Thank you so much and keep it up!

I was a little skeptical reading online reviews but my stay was excellent.  Location was excellent, I pretty much walked everywhere.  Subway station is across the street.  Toiletries were of good quality, even makeup wipes were provided!  Wifi signal was strong.  I wanted to give a special shoutout to Monica from front desk.  She was very helpful and ever so friendly.

My husband and I went to spend Christmas in New York, with my son, daughter-in-law and two granddaughters. Even though we made reservations on different apps, they not only placed us side by side, but also upgraded us to the 17th floor. Everything's good!!

The hotel's location is close to the subway station and easy to get to and from the airport. The hotel is clean, with 1.5-meter-wide twin beds. There are many restaurants nearby, including a Chinese restaurant with delicious Sichuan cuisine. Although the hotel, like some other hotels, does not have toothbrushes, slippers and other supplies, the price of just over 1,000 yuan is acceptable in Manhattan.
