Basic. It’s alright for a hotel stay near Chinatown. I wished there were more hangers on the toilet wall, and a shower screen. Sound proofing in the room is weak.

I recently stayed at Rema Residence in Chinatown and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the heart of Yaowarat Road, making it perfect for exploring Bangkok’s famous street food and cultural landmarks. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite being in such a busy area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. Facilities are basic but well-maintained. There’s no restaurant or pool, but the surrounding area has everything you need. It’s a great place for travelers who value location, cleanliness, and simplicity.

Big room and toilet, but need to share fridge. You can walk from MRT Wat Mangkorn for 10 mins, 5 mins to China town, 10 mins to Song wat Road.

It’s ok for the location you get. But these rooms have no windows and the most annoying thing, the mattress is really bad… I had pain the next morning. it’s like a delux hostel.

The hotel location was great, quiet and comfortable. The only thing that didn’t like a lot is that there were no windows in my room and one of the lights was blinking. But still would go back 100%.

The lobby and corridors are beautifully designed and give a great first impression. However, the actual room I stayed in was quite dated and clearly not yet renovated. From other guests’ photos, it seems some rooms may have already been updated, but mine felt temporary and unfinished. There was no kettle provided to make coffee in the room, which was disappointing. The walls were also extremely thin—I could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms, which made it hard to relax. On the plus side, they do offer complimentary biscuits and a communal coffee table, which is a nice touch. Overall, while the common areas are impressive, the rooms themselves don’t quite live up to the same standard.

This place is super convenient, right in the heart of Chinatown. You’ll find everything you need, from amazing food to cool attractions and easy transportation. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the place is spotless. It’s also super close to a bunch of Michelin-starred restaurants, so you can indulge in some fancy food if you’re feeling fancy.highly recommended

Not appreciate. The Hotel is during under construction with noise start from 6am. The room is not ready for services and not keep the noise and the hotel still push it for services. The price is not reasonable.

Didn’t quite meet our expectations as far as the rooms go. We were also notified the day of our stay that construction would be going on outside from 8 am to 8 pm, so not much of a heads up there.

Reception so nice . Room is big and clean . Close the food market and rooftop bar.
