This hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, but in reality, it's more like a 3-star at best. I would rate it a 7 out of 10, definitely not the 8.5 some sites claim. The biggest issue is the noise — it's extremely loud at night due to the bars and clubs nearby, with music blasting until early morning. On top of that, motorbikes on the street add even more noise, making it very hard to sleep, especially for light sleepers. The reception and housekeeping staff were also disappointing. They were unfriendly, unprofessional, and did not show respect or courtesy to guests. Any requests or questions were met with bad attitude and no real help. The bathroom was old and not well-maintained, with visible stains and wear everywhere. The towels provided were also worn out and felt unhygienic. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for families. It’s not comfortable, not quiet, and the service needs serious improvement.

A return guest. This is my go to hotel in BKK. Great location for bts, restaurants and bars. Clean, comfortable and quiet considering the location in the middle of Sukhumvit. Staff are aleays friendly.

Lots of sible use plastic in the rooms Rude cleaning staff. I asked for a water bottle (which is complimentary and was not given to me) and she wanted to charge me 50 bath The hotel is on a little alley full of "girls bars" so you get kind of harrassed every time you go out and in..

The location is very central in Bangkok and next to BTS, however, it is a also a rather shady area. I selected this for convenience, so couldn’t complain much about that. The rest are ok given the price I paid

I had a terrible experience at Aspira Sukhumvit. When I arrived, the air conditioning didn’t work, and despite calling the front desk, they were not helpful. They told me to wait 30 minutes to an hour, but it was still not cold even after that. The room was infested with mosquitoes, and I had to call for someone to come and spray, which was inconvenient and unpleasant. To make things worse, one of the staff members, a *******, was extremely rude, and the other staff were unfriendly and unapproachable—they looked like they couldn’t smile if they tried. When I checked out a little late, they cut 800 baht from my deposit, which felt unreasonable and unprofessional. The bed was full of bed bugs, and I was itching all night long. There were no basic supplies like a toothbrush, and the room was tiny, poorly maintained, and had a musty smell. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great hotel and customer service best.. will book again

I found this hotel to be overall fine. The location is OK as it’s right off the main road, but it’s right past a lady boy bar where they are ultra aggressive. They are constantly grabbing at you when you walk by.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The room lacked hot water and had low water pressure, making it uncomfortable during my stay. Additionally, the insufficient lighting made the room feel quite scary at night. To top it off, the receptionist was rude and unhelpful, which further detracted from my experience. I hope the management addresses these issues for future guests.

Stayed here before. This time I was given a small boxroom even tho I paid for a superior room. Not the best stay this time compared to previous visits

Generally very comfortable and clean hotel that is located right in the center of tourist nightlife area. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable and strong shower. For the price it was bargain place to stay...some good restaurants within 5 minute walk.
