The place was spotlessly clean, and it's super convenient being right by the BTS Skytrain. The staff were absolutely wonderful. I'll definitely be back!

I like this hotel. Near victory monument, center one and another shopping mall. Good location, is n't far from bts victory monument. Good price. The hotel didn't have elevator. Closed to Santipab garden park. You can walk.

It was a great stay we had fun but I just hope they will put a notice that they don’t have elevator in the hotel because we have to carry our luggages up to the 4th floor.

Very good location and good value for money if you’re looking for a place to base your exploration of Bangkok. Beautiful park right across the street. Rooms are very clean and quiet; however since it’s a budget hotel, don’t expect much in terms of amenities (e.g. no hair dryers).

the location is pretty nice…quiet peaceful neighborhood with a beautiful park, about 15-20 minutes walk to bts. this hotel has a little veranda where you can wait for a taxi/have a bite hairdryer, iron and etc are on reception. cleaning was every day! they even fold your clothes if you leave a mess..the staffs were polite and friendly but don’t expect them to speak in english fluently. no washing machine, no elevator so it was a bit inconvenient but i guess it’s okay for the price point.…also lightning in our room was not good. overall this hotel left a good impression

Great location with beautiful views, perfect for a relaxing stay. The only drawback is the lack of motorcycle parking.

No elevator. Had to ask the staff for a hairdryer. The TV was old, and the AC was very outdated, with a slight musty smell.

This place offers excellent value for money. A 7-Eleven is conveniently located less than a 5-minute walk away. Since I didn't take the BTS, I can't comment on the walking distance from the station. The hotel doesn't have a lift, but the staff helped carry our luggage up, so it wasn't a major issue.

Conveniently located near Santiphap Park and shopping areas, it offers easy access to transportation. The rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly.

The location is supernice. The room somewhat a little old but clean. The staff is nice

No elevator , so be careful if u get the room on high floor :/ No toothbrushes , so prepare on your own Wifi super slow
