Waking up early the next morning, I could clearly see Qixianling from the balcony, a place I'd spent hours hiking the day before – it felt like an effortless hike. Before breakfast, I swam in the rooftop infinity pool, enjoying the misty Qixianling and the slender, swaying areca palm trees – a truly delightful experience 😀. The room was well-equipped, with a view from the bed, and the courtyard and lobby areas were beautifully decorated. The receptionist was excellent, doing her best to make us feel right at home."

"I really don't recommend this hotel. There is really no experience. There are only four hot spring pools. One of them is only shallow enough to reach the calf. The water is very dirty and the water temperature is very cold. There is no one to manage the hot spring hotel pool area. Bathrobes can only be placed on the floor where bath towels are placed. The hotel service is too bad. First, I called to send a few bath towels. The front desk said that it is the peak season and they will charge a bath towel washing fee of 10 yuan per towel. Second, I saw it on Ctrip reviews. I called the front desk for late check-out and they said it was the peak season and I couldn't check out late. They were very rude. No matter what I asked for, they would just use the peak season as an excuse. However, only a few hot springs were open. There were not many people eating breakfast. There were no people in the whole hotel. The hotel staff are lazy and mean. Don't believe the recommended posts on Xiaohongshu. They are probably just advertisements. I booked this hotel because I believed the post on Xiaohongshu. The room type, environment and service are all like a guesthouse. The hygiene level is also worrying. I really admire that the bathroom does not put toiletries but put them on the sink. That means I have to take them in myself. The room is also very dirty, as if it has not been cleaned. The breakfast time is only until 9:30. You get up late. You can't have breakfast at one o'clock. I didn't eat it anyway. My parents went to eat and said there was nothing to eat and it was very unpalatable. All in all, this hotel really has no advantages. Please avoid it and don't book it!"

I called the front desk and they said that the pump was broken recently and the hot spring water could not be filled. The wild stream hot spring is about 300 meters away from the accommodation, and the wooden steps are high and steep. I heard from the swimsuit girl that there are betel nut worms in this season, and the swimsuit I brought is really useless 😭 Sanitation: The sanitary conditions are not good 👎. On the day of check-in, I found stains on the ground as soon as I opened the door. It felt sticky when I walked. I called the waiter but no one answered. I called the front desk N times but no one dealt with it Environment: The natural environment here is beautiful, and it belongs to the place where God gives food to eat Service: The natural conditions are unique, and the service should keep up. There have been bad reviews on the Internet before, and it should be improved in time. It is better to book a hotel on Ctrip. "The private hot spring in the room offered more privacy and a sense of security, with beautiful views. The staff were very welcoming; they even brought candy, nuts, and fruit while we had tea in the public area – very thoughtful. The electric curtains and electric toilet in the room were very convenient. The breakfast was incredibly plentiful, generous in portion and delicious; brunch is the bare minimum of respect for a vacation trip, fantastic! I'll definitely come back next time. There was welcome fruit, the passion fruit was delicious, and they even provided tools. There's a private parking lot, which is very convenient. Don't turn on the lights if you're taking a herbal bath at night. If you want to sleep in, remember to bring earplugs (they're provided in the room), as the noise isn't from the chickens, ducks, or geese. If you're particularly prone to mosquito bites, apply mosquito repellent beforehand. My two-day stay was so comfortable; the weather was great, the sky was incredibly blue, and the rooftop pool had a fantastic view. Waking up naturally every day, having breakfast, drinking tea, swimming, hiking, and eating farm-style food was incredibly relaxing. This is what a vacation should feel like – so refreshing! I'll definitely come back next time!"
