Good hotel…Good Service…Good Location. Generally good as it suits my business meeting.

Good service and v clean and comfortable. Only issue is with the water pressure and heater - unstable

Quite good, got free upgraded Club Floor but only for breakfast, not the daily lounge usage but its fine.

checkin takes forever, 4pm arrived and my room is not ready, hotel room key have to change few times in order to enter the lift. and worst is the staff enter my room without my consent even do not disturb sign is there. very bad experience. and also air con is not working in summer time. overall, nothing good for me to comment about this stay.

Great location, one of the best hotels in the city. Parking was easy underground and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The room had a great view of the city and was incredibly clean. Overall; an excellent stay!

The Hotel was very good, and the service was excellent!

Reception is very helpful and extremely welcoming.. Mariott always lives up to its name. It's the only hotel that allows me to change money into smaller change. Room is comfortable and cosy. Worth every single cent. Location is great too. 2 malls are within walking distance.

Definitely the nicest hotel in Baotou. Great location near good restaurants and very easy to get a taxi if you want to go further. Service was very help and breakfast had great Chinese and Western options. Even during Spring Festival everything was very clean and service was attentive. Will definitely stay again!

There are many types of breakfast, the taste is good, the hotel environment is good, the location is good, it is close to the Baotou Museum and convenient to Baotou Station. The hotel has full marks for details.

It's speechless. Marriott is such a big hotel, but the service and facilities are so poor. We have to leave overnight. First, we checked in and got a room that was not cleaned up and was a mess. I contacted the front desk, and the front desk said to wait a minute, go to eat first, and tell us when the room is ready. So we went to eat first. At night, when I returned to the room, I found that the hot water in the room was only about 30 degrees, and the water I swim in is 28 degrees. The toilet was blocked and the master couldn't fix it. It was almost midnight, the children hadn't been arranged to go to bed yet, there was no hot water, the toilet was broken, the door lock was broken, and the faucet was broken. I waited for a long time and said to change the room, but there was no response. I called the front desk, and the front desk was hesitant and had no ability to respond. Asked me what to do? Isn't this funny? It was past 12 o'clock, and they said they would change our room. When we got to another room, the water was still warm. It was so cold in Baotou those days, only 10 degrees, and the wind was very strong. There was no way to take a shower with such cold water. I contacted the front desk again, but they didn't know what to do. They said they would solve it immediately and reply to me later, but they didn't reply. I called again, but they didn't answer the phone. It was 1 o'clock at this time, and the child was also suffering. I wanted to refund the money immediately and change the hotel directly, so I contacted Ctrip customer service to help mediate the contact. Then the hotel refused to refund the money. Ctrip customer service was very thoughtful and let us rest first, and the fee would be refunded to us by Ctrip. The child couldn't bear it anymore, so we had to let her sleep first, so we spent the night and left immediately the next day. Too bad, too bad! I will never give a bad review.
