It such a bad experience for this this first time stay and final. The aircon have a problem on cooling system and even water leakage. I spend my first night with an extra fan and everyone sweating. It seem there no manager who in charge of it. Disappointed spending with roughly 80$ per night. I stay for 2 night, If there is no pre-paid i will move out since the first night. Not recommend !

The perfect place to rest after a day of temples, cozy stay, really clean and spacious rooms.

Gem in the middle of Siem Reap. The place is a little old but it is very cute and feels like a mini tropical forest.

I asking for a lower floor and they has confirmed, but finally they provided me top of the floor (3th floor) and the room is so hot while the air conditioner working not well. About the stay rating is 1/10 but their service and staff is good.

Hotel is within walking distance to central area but still in quiet area. Room is large for solo travel, and the amenities are great. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

This is a hotel in Siem Reap with a distinct Ubud vibe. Tea and snacks were provided upon check-in. I stayed on the first floor, with a tropical balcony. The room was spacious and cleverly had my name spelled out in pinyin. The curtains were black, which blocked out the light, but wasn't very stylish. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the showerhead was integrated, so the water temperature was inconsistent. The room lighting was a bit dim, which was a bit straining on my eyes when putting on makeup, but overall it was a good place. It's a bit lonely near the city, but you can walk 🚶🏻♀️ to get there.

100% recommendable accommodation. Despite only spending one night in Siem Reap, we loved the accommodation. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the pool, the friendly staff, and the thoughtful touch of putting our name above the bed. I would definitely stay there again.

I really liked the hotel. The hotel building itself is not very large and is located in such a way that it seems lost among the greenery that grows on the grounds and around. There is a lot of greenery there. Flowering trees and palm trees are right above the pool, which is quite a decent size. Near the pool there are sun loungers, tables and a bar counter right by the water. The restaurant is small. Breakfast is prepared to order from a selection offered. In terms of taste, everything is excellent. Inside the hotel and in the rooms it is very clean. The design is classic Franco-Cambodian (personally, I like it). My room was on the top (3rd) floor, very spacious, with two balconies with a great view of the surrounding area. The room has everything you need. The water runs and heats well. The air conditioning is adjustable. The bed is large and comfortable. The hotel staff speaks good English, is very friendly and ready to help with any requests. We were given a very warm welcome. Cleaning is every day. The location of the hotel is super. I think you can’t imagine a better place. In fact, it's almost downtown, but... 27th Street, where the hotel is located, is located between two adjacent, wider streets, and therefore is not very busy. However, near the hotel, there are several cafes, a bar, a kebab shop, grocery stores, a laundromat, a tailor shop, and a hairdresser. Pub Street is a 12-minute walk from the hotel at a leisurely pace, almost in a straight line. Unfortunately, I noticed one drawback about the hotel: during the rainy season, a lot of rainwater ends up in the pool. Therefore, during such times, the cleanliness of the pool, as well as the cleaning, chlorination, and salting of the water, must be constantly monitored. Apparently, the hotel doesn't do this as often as they should during such rainy season, and therefore the water in the pool has a somewhat stale odor, especially in the far left corner of the pool. I really hope the hotel management will pay attention to this. Otherwise, everything is great!

The hotel has a good environment, excellent staff, good service, clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and a great location, close to the city center. I will choose this hotel again next time.
