GGuest UserThe room was upgraded for free, the breakfast was healthy and delicious, and the facilities were good. The most important swimming pool is great. In the morning, I watched the hotel staff carefully clean the swimming pool for almost 2 hours, and then went in for a happy swim. The sea and sky were all the same color, lawns, woods, beaches, and sea water. Compared to the kind of seaside villas with unobstructed views , the progressive depth of different landscapes, and the sense of envelopment brought by the mountains and the sea, let people blend into the embrace of nature in a very safe state, and return to the most authentic state,,, through the woods When I saw the local people sitting or standing on the rocks on the seaside in the distance, Zheng Zhihua's sailors instantly came to my mind. The freedom and power shown in this picture will also become a kind of spiritual nourishment that will nourish the future. Life, this is one of the meanings of travel.

GGuest UserA great stay experience. I hastily decided to come to Lingshui for only one day. When we checked in, the housekeeper was very enthusiastic and took us to the place where we stayed. Although it was a hot summer day, it was beautiful as soon as we opened the door. With the sea view and the sea breeze, it is indeed more comfortable to sit on the balcony and watch the sea. The location is also very good, very close to the seaside, and there are small animals to feed. The quality of the sea water and beach here is not inferior to that of Madai. It's a pity that the time is too short and the children haven't had enough fun yet. There will be only next time.

GGuest UserOur recent stay at Raffles was smooth in every aspect. The hotel's location is just right, offering both privacy and convenience. The common areas are well-designed, blending practicality with aesthetics, and are well-maintained. Our room had a sensible layout with good natural light and ventilation, and the bedding and bathroom facilities were comfortable and functional. The breakfast offered a good variety of common Western and Chinese options, catering to different needs. Our butler, Chloe, was highly communicative during our stay, responding promptly to our inquiries, which provided real convenience for our trip. Overall, the stay met our expectations, and we would definitely consider it first for similar travel needs in the future.
This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The kids spent all their time in the pool. The tropical plants in the hotel's public areas made us feel like we were in Southeast Asia, and combined with the staff's Southeast Asian-accented English, the holiday vibe was absolutely perfect. A special thanks to our butler, Chloe, for her timely responses, which made traveling with kids so much easier.

I drove here, and there were plenty of parking spots right at the entrance. As soon as I arrived at the lobby entrance, a doorman opened the car door, took my luggage, and guided me through check-in! The front desk lady was very pretty and enthusiastic, patiently explaining everything! A concierge also helped deliver my luggage to the room!
Let's talk about the room. The sofa in the living room is super comfortable – no complaints there! The facilities are complete, and every detail showcases excellent design; even the hangers are unique and creative! Every small detail is incredibly thoughtful! There's a hidden vanity, Dyson hairdryer, Marshall speaker, Maison toiletries, Duravit bathroom fixtures, smart toilet, and the TV supports screen mirroring. The entire room's color scheme exudes old-money charm and is very carefully considered! The minibar is generously stocked with a variety of complimentary drinks, and the bedding is very comfortable! The lighting design is excellent, with bright and soft modes to choose from, and the night light design perfectly suits my habits – not dazzling but still providing light!
Breakfast is served until noon, which is super friendly for those who love to sleep in – pure bliss! There's a good variety of breakfast items, semi-buffet style, and everything is delicious! I'd stay here for days just for the breakfast!
There are also free tricycles available at the hotel entrance, but you need a motorcycle license. Taking one out for a spin in the morning is incredibly pleasant!

I blindly chose this Hilton Garden Inn for our family vacation in Hainan, and it was absolutely divine! The entire experience was flawless, so I have to write a heartfelt review and strongly recommend it to all families with kids!

The hotel is sparkling new and clean, with a modern and luxurious design. There's absolutely no new-decoration smell. From the lobby to the rooms, every detail is exquisitely crafted. The blue and white ocean theme is incredibly soothing and perfect for photos! The facilities, bedding, and bathroom amenities are all premium brands, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay.

* All wall and table corners are protected with anti-collision strips, so kids can run around barefoot without worrying about bumps.
* There are different themed parent-child activities every day: crafts, story time, beach games, and mini-classes – the kids were fully engaged throughout.

Ppopolanlan1983Our stay at Capella Sanya unfortunately coincided with Typhoon Maysak, but it didn't dampen our spirits at all. We thoroughly enjoyed a peaceful and secluded getaway. The hotel is nestled in Tufu Bay, and its iconic stargazing dome creates a wonderfully atmospheric setting with stunning light and shadow play. The Lè Shuǐ Residence is spacious, and the bedding is comfortable. The daily mini-bar selection is generous; a small suggestion would be for the hotel to perhaps replace some of the carbonated drinks with more child-friendly options. The afternoon snacks and evening cocktail ritual added a touch of ceremony, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. During our stay, we tried both the Thai restaurant and the Lan Ting Chinese restaurant, and both offered excellent food, ambiance, and service. The travel photography experience was also a nice touch. All in all, staying at Capella is a great way to escape the hustle and bustle, perfect for relaxing and unwinding – a truly healing vacation experience. I especially want to thank Luna, our cultural tourism butler, for her attentive and thoughtful 24-hour service. Her overall service was meticulous and gentle, always accommodating our requests, and she even prepared a thoughtful farewell gift!

GGuest UserI traveled with my best friend and stayed at the hotel for two days, so I wanted to write a proper review. We didn't do any research before choosing Xiangshui Bay; we just picked this hotel when we saw it. We drove there ourselves, which was convenient. The hotel is about 700-800 meters from the street, located in a villa area. The butler had informed us of our license plate number beforehand, as other cars aren't allowed in this area. Upon entering the villa area, I was struck by how large it was, but it felt a bit deserted. The check-in area wasn't what I expected. Having stayed at Raffles Hotel before, I assumed it would be similar, but there were only two young men there to greet us. However, I must say that the two men who greeted us were incredibly patient, and they should have upgraded my room for free—it was a whopping 500 square meters! After check-in, the butler took us to our room, and wow, it was huge! It took several minutes to get there in the sightseeing vehicle. Now, let's talk about the hotel itself. For this price, the room was excellent value. While the hotel facilities weren't particularly new, they were comprehensive and very comfortable. We had such a pleasant stay that we didn't want to leave. The butler was always available, which was wonderful. The hotel's public areas were a bit messy, perhaps due to the heavy rain, but the overall scenery was nice. I wasn't very satisfied with the food; breakfast wasn't a buffet. The hotel has its own restaurant, but it seemed rather empty. It's better to eat outside the hotel; the seafood restaurant across the street is particularly delicious, with great taste and reasonable prices. For those who prefer a quieter atmosphere, this is a great place. Renting a car would be more convenient, as it's quite far from the hotel. I would definitely bring friends here again next time. ✌️

It is clean and tidy and looks very comfortable. The hotel's service is very considerate and attentive. The smiling service throughout the stay gives people a feeling of returning home. The most important thing is that it is only a two-minute walk from the beach! ! ! There is a food court a few hundred meters away from the hotel. It is close to the scenic spot and is very convenient to enter and exit. There are also small electric stoves for rent near the hotel. There is no pressure to travel. Parking is free. Recommended! ! !

GGuest UserSelf-driving around the island in Hainan: Lingshui. Since I am traveling with my parents, I booked a family room... which is more suitable for families with children. If they are all adults, a suite or two rooms are more suitable~
About facilities
Parking🅿️: Although it is located in front of the hotel, it belongs to the public parking space of the adjacent store. There is no charge and there are almost no parking spaces. Since our model is an MPV, we still have to wait for a suitable parking space~
Room 🚪: Due to the renovation of the hotel, the normal-sized single bed and double bed, the bathroom, the sink, the toilet flush normally, the floor drains without odor, the shower head flushes and the hot water is normally equipped with disposable toiletries (dental set/shaving/care package) /shower cap)….There is no small refrigerator in the room. The TV channels are clear and there is free WiFi.
Regarding hygiene, hygiene at sight is acceptable.
Regarding the environment, there are teahouses and music restaurants in the external environment. If you don’t want to be disturbed, ask the front desk for a quiet room in advance. The internal environment is normal and the space is fully utilized.
Regarding the service, there is a proactive greeting at the front desk. High ⭐ hotel necessities~
Regarding catering, there are two breakfasts in the room. You pay the member price at the front desk and get an extra breakfast. Although you have to walk one floor to the breakfast floor, the breakfast content is very good. The taste is also very good. The service attitude is also very good.

Cleanliness: It was quite clean, with daily housekeeping.
Environment: The sea around the island was generally clean, and you could see a 'glass sea'. I want to specifically mention the direct ocean access from the balcony, which was a key factor in choosing this room type. The water level here is quite high in the mornings and evenings, generally over 2 meters deep. The tide recedes from morning to afternoon, especially from 12 PM to 6 PM, when the water level is shallower. After going into the sea, there's a complimentary 'Elf Village' snorkeling experience. Personally, I felt there were some floating objects in the water, which staff said were coral secretions. From the balcony, you could see manta rays and schools of fish. Picture 1 shows what you can capture from the balcony, and Picture 2 shows feeding the manta rays.
Service: Not enough water was provided in the room, just two bottles a day, replenished daily. Although the front desk gave us a few small bottles when we asked for more, they suggested we buy our own at the supermarket.
