From the moment you enter the hotel area, you will feel that it is a relatively independent and private environment. The overall decoration is very stylish. I heard from the housekeeper that this is the owner's own house, so the decoration design and materials are very carefully selected. It is very different from other B&Bs that are rented out.
The housekeeper contacted us by phone shortly after we placed the order. We booked the cheapest price and upgraded it when we checked in. Any questions during the stay were responded to in a timely manner. The overall service experience was great~
Before coming here, I was worried about whether it would be inconvenient to eat, but when I arrived, I found that my worries were completely unnecessary. The hotel provided a Hainan-style rice noodle breakfast, which was simple but fully met the needs. There was also Hainan-style afternoon tea. If you want to dine in the hotel, you can also make a reservation in advance with the butler. In general, during the stay, you can fully meet various needs without leaving the hotel, and the experience is not inferior to that of a high-star hotel!
When I checked in, I saw models taking photos. The housekeeper told me that they also had some water sports experiences. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time this time, so I’ll just leave it for next time. I’ll definitely come again if I have the chance!

GGuest UserA great stay experience. I hastily decided to come to Lingshui for only one day. When we checked in, the housekeeper was very enthusiastic and took us to the place where we stayed. Although it was a hot summer day, it was beautiful as soon as we opened the door. With the sea view and the sea breeze, it is indeed more comfortable to sit on the balcony and watch the sea. The location is also very good, very close to the seaside, and there are small animals to feed. The quality of the sea water and beach here is not inferior to that of Madai. It's a pity that the time is too short and the children haven't had enough fun yet. There will be only next time.

GGuest UserI saw many posts online about Kimpton Lingshui, and since it's a new hotel, I made a point to stay there after arriving in Sanya. Overall, it was quite good.
Facilities: As a new hotel, the facilities are impeccable. The bathroom amenities are excellent, with Marvis toothpaste and a cute massage cushion comb. The room decor and public area design are exquisite.
Hygiene: Personally, I think the hygiene needs improvement. The shelf in the bathroom might have been overlooked, as there was some dust. Also, on the first morning after checking in, my daughter woke up with one eye swollen. Based on an online consultation and subsequent developments, it was an allergic reaction due to contact with or a bite from an insect. Since she was fine before going to bed, it was highly likely she encountered the insect in the room. I reported it to our butler Winnie the next day, and she immediately arranged for pest control, which was great!
Environment: The hotel's scenery is beautiful. The ocean view from the room is very healing, and every step you take around the hotel offers a new picturesque view.
Service: All the staff I encountered were very friendly. Even if they weren't sure about something, they would actively help inquire and resolve it. I'm most grateful to our butler Winnie; I could report anything to her, and she would quickly help resolve it. She was very proactive and had an excellent attitude throughout, asking daily if there was anything she could assist with. This deserves high praise!
Food: Perhaps my expectations for breakfast were too high due to all the positive online comments. The quality was excellent, and it's available until 12 PM, but I felt the variety was a bit limited. We tried all the hotel's restaurants; both the Japanese restaurant, Pelican, and the Cantonese restaurant offered very good cuisine, better than some top hotels in Sanya.
I'd also like to offer some suggestions. Besides needing to supervise hygiene more closely, the hotel needs to pay more attention to maintenance, including in-room facilities and outdoor landscaping. For a hotel that opened recently, the maintenance is not quite up to par, for example, with the drainage, TV, and remote control in the rooms. I hope the hotel can pay more attention to these areas and continue to improve.

The hotel is excellent, divided into a main building and an annex. The main building has 21 floors, primarily offering standard guest rooms. The annex, building 5, is dedicated to family stays, with 5 floors mainly featuring duplex themed rooms.
We stayed in a duplex family room with a slide – how cool is that? The kids could play on the slide right in our room!
The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with entertainment spaces for both children and adults. It boasts its own Bi Xin Tu amusement park, a water park, an infinity pool, and a stargazing pool.
The butler service was outstanding. Our assigned butler, Tian Tian, provided thorough and thoughtful service throughout our stay. She informed us about room arrangements in advance, and during our stay, she was not only responsive to all our questions but also incredibly quick to resolve any issues. Even on her day off, she promptly responded and handled matters – truly dedicated!
We will definitely stay here again next time and will recommend it to our friends.

The hotel is sparkling new and clean, with a modern and luxurious design. There's absolutely no new-decoration smell. From the lobby to the rooms, every detail is exquisitely crafted. The blue and white ocean theme is incredibly soothing and perfect for photos! The facilities, bedding, and bathroom amenities are all premium brands, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay.
**Excellent Child-Friendly Details, Stress-Free Parenting**

* All wall and table corners are protected with anti-collision strips, so kids can run around barefoot without worrying about bumps.
* There are different themed parent-child activities every day: crafts, story time, beach games, and mini-classes – the kids were fully engaged throughout.
* A kids' pool, children's play area, and all essential parent-child amenities are available. Cribs and baby gates are provided free of charge.
**Mermaid Legend Theme, Dreamy Family Getaway**

From the moment I stepped into the stargazing pool lobby with its water feature, I was completely captivated. And the service from our culture and tourism officer, Joe, truly elevated this vacation experience to a whole new level of happiness!
The hotel's location is exquisite, tucked away in a tranquil spot yet easily accessible. The private beach and gardens shield it from the hustle and bustle, ensuring zero disturbances throughout our stay. We entered through an exclusive通道, and while the public areas are stunning, they never felt crowded. Even the pool and restaurants maintain a perfect sense of distance, allowing couples on vacation or business travelers to comfortably enjoy their private space – truly achieving a feeling of being 'away from it all, without being isolated.'
Rooms start at a spacious 88㎡, far exceeding comparable hotels, and feature panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows with private balconies that open to breathtaking views. The interior design blends Eastern aesthetics with modern luxury, using natural materials and soft color palettes to create a serene ambiance. Details like Dyson hair dryers, a full set of high-end toiletries, and a daily replenished mini-bar all speak to its refined style. The public areas are an artistic wonderland – the library bar, the water-feature lobby, the garden pathways – each spot feels like a meticulously designed art piece, perfect for stunning photos.
I absolutely must give a special shout-out to my dedicated culture and tourism officer, Joe! He proactively contacted me before check-in to understand my preferences and tailor an itinerary. Upon arrival, he accompanied me throughout, meticulously explaining the hotel's culture and facilities, and even shared some insider tips for local hidden gems. His responsiveness during our stay was astonishing; I casually mentioned wanting to try some local specialty tea snacks, and they were delivered to my room within half an hour! When I had a last-minute itinerary change, he immediately helped rearrange everything, professional and efficient. What's even more remarkable is his genuine enthusiasm – it wasn't just standardized service, but heartfelt sincerity that made me feel a warm sense of home even though I was far away.
The breakfast offers a rich variety, with freshly made Hainanese rice noodles, Baoluo noodles, and Western pastries all being excellent. The bar's 6 PM 'Nightfall Ritual' is incredibly atmospheric, and the complimentary custom cocktails are both visually appealing and delicious.
In summary, Capella Hotel perfectly embodies the essence of 'discreet luxury.' Its privacy, design aesthetic, and service quality are impeccable, and our culture and tourism officer, Joe, was the cherry on top. I've already listed it as my top choice for future trips and sincerely recommend it to anyone seeking a quality vacation experience – you can't go wrong, just go for it!

PPCh€nPretty good service apartment with a solid sea view. One of the balcony is converted into a bedroom, you literally wake up to the seaview. The surf shop double up as a front desk. Communication was easy. The toilet had an awkward translucent panel which was not fully covered by the blinds. More suited for couples, less so for families and friends. Overall, a good apartment within walking distance to several eateries next door.

GGuest UserDisadvantages: 1. The geographical location is extremely remote. Apart from being close to Bianjiezhou Island, which is about 8km away, it is far away from anywhere. You can’t take a taxi or order takeout, and none of the restaurants that can pick you up are willing to pick you up. It’s basically impossible to travel without a self-driving car. To eat seafood, we have to go to Xincun Pier. It takes nearly 2 hours to drive there and back. We have dinner and go out at 6 o’clock, and come back at 10 o’clock.
2. It says that breakfast is delivered to the room, but there are very few types. If you stay in other hotels, you can eat breakfast as lunch. If you can eat well, you can't expect it if you stay here. If you don't have enough, you can't eat well. You have to go out for lunch. The transportation is not convenient, which adds a lot of time and money. hidden expenses.
3. The TV remote control is very insensitive and the air conditioner is very noisy.

The bedding is clean and there is a refrigerator. 3️⃣ The staff sent us to the high-speed rail station. 4️⃣ The food was good and they gave us free fruit. 5️⃣ It's less than ten minutes' walk to the deserted beach. I believe the facilities will get better and better in the future. I look forward to staying here again next time (very suitable for elderly people to live in. The infrastructure is very good, the toilet has handrails and a shower bench. The staff are super patient and enthusiastic! !
