"Is this hotel for real❓❓❓ I spent three days in Lingshui and chose this hotel near Clear Water Bay. The moment I walked in, I thought I'd accidentally stumbled into a coffee shop ☕️. If it weren't for the front desk staff, it would've felt more like a photo op spot. After checking in, I didn't even drop my luggage before snapping a couple of pictures 📷. It felt like I'd just saved myself the cost of afternoon tea! The lighting was so gentle, making everyone look just right. As soon as I entered the room, it was incredibly spacious. The table and chairs were on a raised platform, giving it a fantastic sense of artistic space and an open view 🌲. Everything was controlled by a smart assistant, so you could control everything without lifting a finger – truly a godsend for lazy people! The shower water was super comfortable, and it even had a smart toilet. Plus, there's a laundry room with a dryer. My best friend and I washed all our dirty clothes from the past few days 👔. Taking them back to school warm and dry felt amazing. I even got a fever one night, and the front desk staff thoughtfully provided a thermometer – super helpful! After we checked out, I realized my daughter had left her small toy in the room. I contacted him, and he immediately found it, carefully packed it, and shipped it out the same day, even proactively providing the tracking number. Throughout the process, he communicated patiently and even thoughtfully covered the shipping costs himself. This kind of responsible and meticulous service made us feel the hotel's sincerity long after our trip ended. My daughter was overjoyed to get her lost toy back. This level of care, far exceeding our expectations, was truly unforgettable.

MM237498****We had an unforgettable birthday vacation with our children at Capella Sanya. Daisy, our cultural ambassador, made us feel so welcome from the moment we checked in. The room was beautifully decorated for the birthday, and our child was absolutely thrilled. Every staff member greeted us with a warm smile, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself is like a tropical garden, with palm-lined pools leading to a stunning beach. Every step is a picturesque view. The kids' club offers a wide array of activities, and the water park kept our child entertained and laughing. The facilities are excellent and well-designed, making every moment, whether strolling along the beach or relaxing by the pool, utterly delightful. This stay perfectly blended friendly service with natural beauty, leaving us with cherished memories as sweet as the sea breeze. I wholeheartedly recommend it. From Capella Shanghai Jian Ye Li all the way to Sanya, Capella has never disappointed me. Highly recommended!

MMickyshumaomaoFor a hotel in Clear Water Bay, this one offers great value for money. The front desk upgraded my room from an Elegant Twin to a Garden View Twin, on the second floor. The balcony overlooks the pool, so the view was excellent. The interior decor doesn't quite feel like a star-rated hotel; it's more like a guesthouse, a bit dated, but still clean. The garden behind the hotel is very beautiful. To get to the beach, you have to walk through the entire garden. You need to swipe your card to exit the building into the garden, and again to go from the garden to the beach, which feels quite secure. The pool closer to the beach offers paddleboarding for 30 for half an hour or 50 for an hour, which is pretty good value. The beach has many rocks and lots of crabs, and I even caught a sea snake tail; it's also great for collecting seashells. The breakfast had a good variety, but the taste was quite mediocre.
