"The sea view was absolutely stunning, and my kids loved it! Head up to the 7th floor rooftop for an even more amazing sunrise and sunset experience. The front desk service was excellent too; they were very prompt with printing and opening doors for us. It's a testament to their popularity that there's a constant stream of guests at the front desk, even at this time of year. The surrounding area, a Tanka fishing village, has a relaxed, down-to-earth vibe that we really enjoyed. In the evening, we could stroll along the boardwalk on the opposite beach and even saw some 'catch-the-sea' aunties (women foraging for seafood). The only minor drawback was that the cleanliness could have been a little better."

GGuest UserThe room was huge, bigger than any Sanya hotel I've stayed in before, and the balcony was incredibly spacious! The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, giving it a strong Southeast Asian vibe. There's even a waterslide by the pool, which the kids loved 🛝. The sand on the beach was incredibly fine, they even call it the 'singing beach' 🏝️. Breakfast offered a wide variety, with both à la carte options and a mix of Chinese and Western dishes. My favorite was the freshly made and cooked lobster wontons 👍. There was also a great selection of fruits. The hotel's Southeast Asian restaurant was also good 👍, with authentic Thai flavors. The Baiwei Chinese restaurant was decent too 👍, meeting our expectations! As a Trip.com guest, we received special treatment and were upgraded to a sea-view room for free! This stay was an excellent value for money, especially since I used my Trip.com member points 👍.

From the morning Tai Chi ceremony by the lobby's water curtain to sunset cocktails on the terrace in the evening, each day is perfectly filled with a sense of ritual. It feels as if you're cut off from the hustle and bustle, enjoying an exclusive sense of tranquility and relaxation. Linda from the guest relations team was incredibly thoughtful! She found out my husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and specifically helped us upgrade to a room with a better view. She also meticulously prepared flowers, a cake, and various snacks – we couldn't have been more delighted! 😆 It was such a special surprise and incredibly touching ~ thank you very much!!! During our two-night stay, every request was met, and she even helped me resolve a sudden small issue. She was both patient and professional!!! A huge, huge thank you to the lovely Linda for her assistance these past few days! Definitely a five-star review! 😘

It is worth mentioning that we agreed to have a safety seat before we went, but we did not communicate with the housekeeper when we delivered the car on the day.
